I didnt bring my kicks in for a oil changemy husband did.The appointment was for 11:00He got there a little early at 10:15.They took care of him right away!By 12:00 my kicks was ready, & my husbandwas on his way back home.I never had a problem, with the serviceat Zeigler Nissan.Everyone there is knowledgeable & they goAbove & beyond...to make your visit a good one!

The Service Department area looked very nice! It looked very hi-tech. My Service Advisor Carlie Wilkins was very helpful, professional and informative. She was receptive to answer any questions that I needed to ask. I also enjoyed the loaner car that I was provided by Carlie until my car was ready.. If I ever needed to have my car serviced here I would like for Carlie to be my Service Advisor again.

This was my second time going to their service department. They are friendly and efficient when you arrive. The wait time without an appointment is minimal.Any employee who sees you waiting always ask if you are being helped.My wait time to get my work done was what I was told. The service writers let me know when my car is almost completed.I was told I needed a new backup camera because a clip broke off. I declined that at this time because I needed to do my homework .

Today was the first time I’ve visited the Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park, Illinois.My service today consisted of an oil change and the service advisor Mike Madison was wonderful. Mike was very professional, kind and ensured the vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. He made me feel valued as a customer. The car was washed when returned to me and l had not expected that service because it had been drizzling.The receptionist did not acknowledge me or even look up at me when l approached her counter when it was time to pay. I won’t hold that against her because she was having a busy morning.The overall experience was very good and l will return there again.

No issues with the service and it was completed in a relatively timely manner however, maybe it would be best not schedule so many people at the same time. The waiting room was full and not enough places to sit with amount of people waiting. Also, beware the prices have increased to the extent it is no longer a value to go to the dealer for a simple oil change. It used to be worth the inconvenience of making an appt and having to wait more than an hour for them to complete the job but that is no longer the case. Will seek other more reasonable service providers in the future. One last thing, the 3 people ahead of me who received the same service as I did paid less. No one could explain that one to me. Gave me a BS answer and will be contacting the service manager.

I got an oil change here, they checked me in promptly, told me about an hour wait. The waiting room was nice and clean, tea, water and coffee were available with vending machines, free wifi a plus! My son and I ate lunch and played games while the car was worked on. They added air to my tires and had it ready to go within an hour. The staff were courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. I have been to several dealerships before for assistance and this is by the far one of the nicest I have been to.

I was very happy with the excellent service Keisha gave to us when helping us find the car we were looking for. She was not only professional, but very friendly and great to work with!! While I under stand there is a shortage of workers, we had to wait an hour for the finance person to wrap up the sale, so that was the only drawback to our experience. Other than that, a good place to purchase a vehicle.

I’ve been coming to this location for my Nissan services for 6 years because they’ve always done a great job but today they went beyond that. I was helped by Kevin at the service desk. I had my kids with me and ask how long the oil change would be. He informed me it would be about an hour to an hour & a half. When I told him that was fine that I would order an Uber and take them to the store so we weren’t in the waiting area the whole time he offered to find us a co worker that could drop us off and pick us up. I was not accepting that. They did drop us off and pick us up. I was very grateful that they offer to go above the normal customer service requirements. It shows me they really cared. This will continue to be my favorite location.

Ive been a customer for years now...great cars and great service. Yesterdays visit was the first time that my car was returned to me in worse shape. The tech who did the oil change re-adjusted my seat, steering wheel, rear view mirror, knocked my floor mat out of place -- just a complete nightmare. If you are picky like me, you spend days trying to find the right position of comfort for your seat and mirror. Now it is ruined and I cant get it back to how it was. The seat was raised so high that I could not even fit into my car. I guess he was really short...? Since when is adjusting my seat and mirrors part of an oil change? Why was the floor mat unsnapped and crooked? I literally had to stop at a car wash on the way home to vacuum my floor and re-attach the floor mat before it got stuck in between the foot pedals and caused an accident.Plus, he left the dirty protective paper on the floor and everything. I hope they coach these new techs to do better!

I have had 2 experiences going to Ziegler and they were both Top Notch experiences! I would highly recommend taking your car there. They truly care about their customers. These jokers add a $3,000 destination fee to a used car purchase. The prices might look low online, but you need to add $3,000 to that number. We wasted nearly two hours driving to the dealership and test driving a car only to find out that the price they advertise is far lower than the actual price they charge. The cost of a used SUV was advertised at $24k, but went to over $30k after taxes and their made up fees. Very deceitful advertising!

This is the 3rd car that Ive purchased from Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park. The main reason I come here to purchase vehicles and for maintenance is the customer service. Their customer service has been 5 star consistently. I literally drive pass a couple Nissan dealerships to go to this one due to their exceptional customer service. I purchased a vehicle on 7/7/21 and worked with Kyle Garza. This young man was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, he helped move the process along in a timely manner and he was personable, yet professional. I walked out of Nissan extremely satisfied. Bonus points for the cultural diversity in the showroom as well as in maintenance. The finance man was great as well. Unfortunately, I dont remember his name.

Highly do not recommend coming to this Nissan dealership. I was about to purchase a car and the salesman didn’t bother to tell me he added an additional $3,000 for repairs that happen BEFORE the car was even put on sale. The places I was looking at before fixed these things and DID NOT ADD TO THE ORIGINAL PRICE. And when I chose to decline the purchase of the car, the sales person became mad and started raising his voice. Lost my business INSTANTLY. Like I said, highly recommend you go to a different dealership who won’t add on charges at the last minute. I told my friends and my 57k YouTube followers about my experience here and suggested that they never come to this dealership

I ordered a set of illuminated kick plates for my 370z and had them installed today at Zeigler. I was there for 3 hours but overall it was a good experience and as far as I can tell, the job was done well. They took care to respect the cleanliness of my car, which I cant say is always the case with certain shops.

My experience there at Zeigler Nissan was pleasant. The advisor was informative and professional.My only complaint is they ask you if you want your car washed but they only wet your car no hands on nothing touches the car but water. Basically they just rinse your car. If that’s the only thing they will do is just rinse your car I rather they not attempt to wash it. I do understand that hundreds of vehicles come through there but if they cannot accommodate then they shouldn’t ask you if you want your vehicle washed! Thank you😊🙏🏽

I brought my 2014 Path Finder in for an oil change. I asked the the service advisor Tony Ortiz to check to see if there was anything that need to be done that might be covered under the warranty. After having my vehicle inspected Tony advise me that my front ball joints were loose and said he would call the warranty company to see if it was covered. They said it was and he got the work done right away. The last advisor I asked to do the same thing and he said he would but he did not. When I asked why he did not he said they were just to busy and that I needed to call myself.I am grateful to Tony for taking the time to offer excellent customer service. I think the other advisors should follow his lead.

Buyer Beware! Would not recommend this dealership. Will not honor CarGurus pricing. They tack on packages that are not even disclosed on website that they claim you HAVE to have. Was ready to make a sale with them until they slapped us with $1500 for z guard which we did not want along with Etch fees and CPO fees.

I chose to go to Zigler Nissan because I heard their service department was exemplary. In fact I was specifically told to ask for Mike the service manager. There is actually a Nissan dealer that is considerably closer to my place of residence but I chose to go to Ziegler and I’m quite happy that I did. I cannot think of any other place that has treated me better then this establishment and special praise goes to Mike in the service department. Mike treats people with courtesy and respect and is extremely informative when it comes to describing the problem that you are having with your vehicle. Several of my friends and family members have Nissan automobiles, so you know where I’ll be sending them for the very best service. Again thank you very very much.😁😁😁😁😁

I have a 2016 maxima. On Mon 9/30 I had my car towed to Nissan of Orland. I was told about 4 that evening that they received it late so they weren’t able to look at it till the next day. Even though the car was dropped off by AAA at 10 that morning I understand that there is issues with Nissan staffing at this time. That Tuesday I called all morning and afternoon to no avail.That evening I spoke with Kevin as was told that the car needed a battery and a sensor. The car was at Nissan from Monday the 30th until Tuesday the 7th.. I am still having the same issue with my car. It is even worse now because it will not start.I feel Nissan of Orland is miss representing the brand. I would be grateful if I got some feedback from my comments

I wanted to take a moment to rave about our recent buying experience at Ziegler Nissan.First of all, we came to Ziegler specifically based on their inventory of cars and selection online. Kudos to the internet sales team!When we arrived we seen a salesperson right away occupied with another customer so we look around briefly and then moments later Keith Buttrom asked if we needed some assistance looking at a car. He took time out to acknowledge us and even made sure he provided us with someone that he said would treat us right because he was assisting another customer at the time. We were impressed with Keith’s focus and attention to detail on his customer and others that were interested in buying as well. Keith kept his promise in providing us with a good salesman- Jose Silva!Jose Silva was the perfect salesman he came out introduced himself very personable and very down to earth! He had us laughing right off the bat and made us feel like we were talking to one of family members. Jose continued to remind us that the car we were looking at was our car! Jose Silva was professional, polite and patient! Trust me he needed patience to accommodate our every need and questions in regards to our purchase! One star is too generous. They are an extremely shady dealership. The owner is disrespectful to clients and refuses to have an open/honest conversation about their cars. They added extra fees that should have been included on the price online. Tried to put money for a down payment then come back to add more and wouldn’t let me take the car. AFTER I WAS WILLING TO PUT MONEY DOWN, JUST NOT THE FULL AMOUNT I NATURALLY WANTED TO BECAUSE THE BANK WAS CLOSED. They are definitely scamming their clients. Take your business elsewhere.

Bought a car back in December of 2020, the process wasnt hard but the customer service was bad. Sales person made some comments that were unprofessional. To top it off the car I bought didnt come with an owners manual, they said they would order one and 4 months went by and I still didnt receive anything. Only reason I got it was because they needed a paper that was important and I took it not because they asked about it or anything, but because I was moving away and didnt want to deal with it later, thats when I asked for the manual. They took it off another car. Salesman also said I would get all season floor mats but never got them, wasnt in writing. Only reason I bought the car was because I didnt think Id get approved anywhere else. Now Im on the process of buying another car and realized I didnt let other people know how my first time buying a car was. If its your first time buying or buying in general Id recommend go elsewhere.

Service never happened. I had a 10:00am appointment, an hour and a half later, I go outside and my car is parked in the back. So I asked the service representative what’s the status, then he lied to me stating the mechanic was still working on it, not knowing I just seen it sitting outside. So I asked were they backed up and then he said yes. So instead of letting me know that when I checked in for my appointment, they decided to let me waste my time and proceed to lie to me. I will never come to this Nissan Service center ever again!!! Completely Unacceptable!!!

The service was above and beyond! I should note I am deaf also but use a app on my phone to pickup what people say but the app doesn’t always work the best and doesn’t pick up to well but the service manager Lee really took the time to make sure I understand exactly everything even if he needed to keep repeating himself or talk slower so I can read his lips or write it down on a piece of paper without looking frustrated because I know how frustrating it can be. He even made jokes with me and made me feel not out of place but accepted and It’s nice to know I can come to a place and get treated like a real person and when people take the extra time like that to make sure your understanding everything and making you feel welcomed you know they really care. I took my Rogue Nissan to find out what the problem was with my AC. Mike (from Service Department) did the paperwork and told me that my Air Conditioner will be replaced with a new one. Service was alright, nothing to go out of your way for. The bad part was driving a hour and a half to look at an Armada that showed 0 accidents, just to find out it had actually been in 2. The website and first report that was shown to us said 0. Thankfully we caught on that something wasn’t adding up and we requested a carfax to find out the truth. Come to find out there was one accident that deployed the air bags and another that didn’t give descriptions. Make sure you take your time and research the vehicle because the information given can be very misleading. There was no action to reconcile this experience just an “oh I didn’t know”.

I sat for 2 hours and left with the same problems. Drivers door handle still sticking. The Airplane landing noise from the front brakes still there. They were suppose to wash it after servicing it. That didnt happen either. The only good thing is my 54.00 oil change was included for free.

My son and I looked at the cars on a Sunday, on Monday Lorena Rivera brought the car to me for a test drive. Just loved the car, the size and the color, I signed the papers and the next day she brought the car out to me. She also called the next day to make sure everything was ok. Has to be The worst experience of my life! Please dont buy there. The price on the website gets jacked up 4-6K once they get you there. I asked for financing for a certain vehicle, through a specific finance company. They lied and put my application in for a totally different vehicle that was priced totally outside the budget I wanted without my knowledge, so it would purposely get denied, just to make me go through there finance people with 29% interest rate. They are a bunch of scammers, manipulators. Larnell & Sam are very unprofessional and Disrespectful.

I went to trade in my car on Saturday 7-10-21 because my lease was almost up. I have been leasing with Nissan for 9 years now and I usually go through a different dealership but I decided to give Ziegler Nissan a try. When I got there, Djamal greeted me in the parking lot and took the best care of me. From the very beginning he tried his best to get me the leasing plan and financing I needed and I left with a beautiful new 2021 Rogue for a great monthly payment. He never pressured me for the sale, which I have felt at other dealerships before. I have owned Ford vehicles for the last 8 years but they are no longer making cars. Zeigler Nissan had great reviews so figured why not give them a go. Great decision! My Lease for my 2018 was just about up and my husband and I came to the Zeigler to check out what we wanted to do, still a little uncertain of our choices. I wanted to lease again but was more interested in the new Kick a smaller version of the SUV. But doing the numbers it would have been more in payments then what I wanted to pay. We ended up with the Nissan Rouge 2021 and pleased with the deal and payments. I was very happy with my purchases in the past and now with my new purchase. Everyone was very helpful including my salesperson Antoine Willis and general manager Sam Litwiak too. I was treated with utmost concern and courtesy service. All questions were answered and Mr. Wilis even took the time to help with transferring my phone to the radio app. too.

Went in to buy a used car. 1. The salesman brought the wrong car. 2. The salesman straight up told me he LIED ABOUT THE ONLINE PRICE FOR ADVERTISING. And did not honor the cars price. 3. LIED ABOUT 0% APR FOR ADVERTISEMENT PURPOSES. This should hurt the companies reputation. They lie to get you in, and add all the service fees worth 4k at the end . Good luck. Be careful . And do not feel pressure to buy the car. Move on.

Went to see about getting a Nissan Rogue; it was advertised on the windshield that with $3000 down a lease price for the SV would be $307 for 36 months for a $30,000 model. When they ran my credit and gave me my personal quote they offered me $560 a month for 3 years... Im confused considering I make $70000 a year with over a 750 credit score how they came to that price. Really made me feel like they were trying to take advantage. On top of that they said if I were to buy instead of lease it would be $750 a month! Youd think I was trying to get a fully loaded Lexus! Anyway, it really left a bad taste in my mouth and they tried to pass it off as well thats the market right now
