Im not sure why I havent written a review for here earlier but Ive been using InVision Computers for over 20 years and they are literally the BEST Computer business around. The service is QUICK and priced well and the quality of their custom built towers is none-other. I have also purchased a coup,e laptops that have lasted much longer then any of the box stores. Friendly knowledgeable and honest. Ive been in the store a few times. Reid (hope I spelled that right) has earned my respect and my future business. For example I needed some case fan screws. Couldnt find any except online. Needed them now. He sold me ones that they kept around for extras. Couldve charged me a lot. But he sold them to me dirt cheap as they came out of old computers. Since he was so fair I have returned for more purchases. Keep it up guys your doing great.

Have been there twice in the last few months for some quick needed repairs on my laptop and they were great to get things fixed and in very quick time. The manager was really nice too. Highly recommend them.

Dont give me excuses for not having any laptops in stock whether it because COVID-19 and the demands for laptop is hard to keep up. If you cant keep up with the demands then you shouldnt be doing business in computer simple as that.

The manager of the shop, Tucker, has provided me with excellent customer service. I took my laptop in for them to fix a virus issue a couple of weeks ago. It only took him one day to repair my computer even though there was two customers ahead of me. My computer worked great after that. I started having attachment issues with my Surface Book (because it can detach for tablet mode) and called him today. When I called, he told me that he was leaving the store in 15 minutes for vacation (which I had know from our prior conversation that he was leaving for a while). I rushed over right before he left and Tucker still took the time to trouble shoot the detaching issue. My computer has not had those issues since I left the store. Im confident know that if a problem were to arise, Invision Computers will take care of me. I also called and spoke with Bryan (the tech guy) about my recent Windows update. He was more than helpful, listening to my explanation over the phone. He told me to call him if I had any other questions or concerns. This Roy location has a customer for life!

Friendly and knowledgeable front desk associate. The older fellow was not quite as friendly but still professional. Very reasonable prices. Good location on Washington. Best PC store Ive been to yet. Helped me through a super difficult time with my PC. Sean had many multiple reasons and opportunities where he could have taken advantage of my desperation. He was 100 percent honest, fair and patient with me while I came up with the money for the service he provided. Even though I ignored his advice and tried to install my own parts at home, he still took my PC back, and checked my errors and told me what I did wrong. I wont go anywhere else for my repairs now.

Absolutely THE BEST!! This team built me a screaming fast laptop for hundreds less than their competitors around town. Same specs! I was impressed by how professional and personable their team was... Over the years I have had 4 separate systems built by them including a gaming system for my son who enjoyed working with them so much he decided to join their team!! Please folks.... save yourselves the agony and money of going with anyone else around town, even the big box stores, go with THE BEST!!

Great place to geek out! This is a safe space for gamers and tech nerds to hide out and dream of upgrades or new gaming rigs that are so fast they defy quantum mechanics and can basically do your homework for you

They did a great job in fixing my computer they just lacked communication on when I was getting my computer back and what not. If you need it by a certain time then make sure to communicate that to them and what not. But did a great job fixing it and was only 100 dollars.

I have used envision computers for a couple of years and a couple of computers. I have been thrilled with there customer service and ability to fix problems remotely, as I work out of state. My next computer will definitely come from Invision.

I had been dealing with a weird issue with my tablet connecting to myhotspot, it was one of those small issues you could mess around with andget it to work but it just was not seamless like you would expect. Istopped by and showed the tech what it was doing, turns out it was justa simple checkbox. Only took 45 secs for the tech to recognize and fixit. I tried to pay the tech but they said no charge. Pretty cool theydon’t nickel and dime you for basic advice. It made it that much easierfor me to buy my next laptop from them.

I used to bring both my laptop and desktop computers here. They done such a wonderful job. They were so nice and always willing to take the extra mile to clean them and if I called them they would help troubleshoot your issue over the phone. I felt they were honest and didnt have to worry about a thing.Now, the other day I took my laptop in for a new keyboard and battery. A no brainer, so I thought. The new guy that works there now seems to be rude and arrogant and nobody knows as much as him. I asked were the other guys were and he said that they didnt work there for about a year and wasnt saying very nice things which I really didnt appreciate. I say this because they always treated me fare and respectfully. They always took care of me. I havent been there for about a year and a half or so. I was unaware they werent there anymore. So thinking I would get the great service and respect I have always had recieved from Invision, I left the laptop. I told him I needed it back soon because I was starting at Weber State University.Two weeks later I called them because he didnt call me as he told me he would. He told me he had to break in the shell to get the numbers. I told him he shouldve had them in the system already. It was only a quote, not a diagnostic. He said he didnt but I didnt believe him but let it go until he told me that it was going to cost $40 for the battery and $65 or something like that of the keyboard and an additional $65 for diagnosing and some other numbers for his hourly rate. I told him that I wasnt going to pay the diagnostic because I already knew what I needed for it. So he said okay I can just charge you $35 for my time.I was dismayed that I let it go. I told him I will not do the keyboard but the battery I need now. I again waited for him to call me when the battery arrived but he didnt again call me.When I showed up to pick it up he had a bad attitude. I will NOT be returning to Invision Computers in Ogden.

Fast & Friendly, Explained what they did which was a nice change of pace from other techs, I was in a bad place lots of work to get done and I manged to pick up virus that took out all three of my web browsers. Jason with InVision Computers saved the day... seriously.
