Did not have what I was looking for this time. But I very much appreciate the greeter at the front door, very knowledgeable and helps me feel like I want to come back because the arrangement is respectful of my time.Been to this location in Utah three times and been happy every time. They were great in Oregon too. Seems less employees here. Always left happy and well supported.

Friendly, helpful staff. Only one complaint: I have an older Android phone that takes a micro-u.s.b. cord for charging and data. They didnt have any in stock. Perhaps the managers should remember that there is still a need for this type of cord and ensure they have stock. Not ALL customers have top-of-the-line equipment . . .

I buy All my appliances, computers and other electronics here. The Associates are helpful, knowledgeable and help you find what meets your needs. Carlos is the BEST!!! A pretty clear cut Best Buy experience. You are greeted at the door and there are staff around to help answer questions and point you in the right direction. Most staff knows what they are doing and usually not too busy. They have a good price match policy and convenient pickup options.

For things other than electronics their prices are higher than other stores, though they do have a nice selection of electronics. I dont think Ive ever bought anything from a best buy but my friend got a steel case for his favorite video game here for just ten bucks, a better deal than other places. Overall its not super great but I think its okay.

Seemed decently stocked and cleaned and what you would expect from a Best Buy. But wow. I got greeted by every single employee I remotely walked near and asked if I needed help. Most retail stores tell their employees to do that -- few manage it with such astounding compliance. Kudos!

Best Buy has always been the go to place for electronics. Im sure theyve taken a hit from the big internet marketers from Seattle. Really, their prices and selection are competitive. Since the other guys are online, BB has much better service, but thats not saying much. Still, all in all they are a decent place to shop. The internet guy have become more difficult and less consumer oriented so Ive tried to shop the local brick and morter more often.

I waited at the store for their most recent RTX 30 series drop. I thought that the way they handled the long line and high demand for these cards was impressive. Everything was very organized and well planed. There were about 80 people in front of me in line, but it only took about 45 minutes before I had purchased my GPU!

Once I made the decision we got set up for financing and scheduled delivery, it was such a quick, stress free, easy process! I did not feel pressured at all! Definitely recommend going to Kylar!

Over promised and under delivered. Was told that installation meant them connecting it. I already have the cords and hook ups. And they said that because it wasn’t Best Buy’s new cord and hook ups that all they could do is drop it off. Meanwhile I’m expected to connect it and move it into place by myself. Also I ended up needing a drain hose for the washer, but after this I’m just gonna go to Lowe’s for that....

Found what I needed but without the help of the sales associate. I needed a WiFi booster. He wanted to push a very expensive device that wasnt a booster costing $250. Fortunately, my son was with me and said we dont need that. We bought a booster for $100. It works great.

Ordered a dishwasher. The delivery date comes and no one shows up. The automated system they have where you can check your delivery said my appointment was scheduled and my account order details on bestbuy.com showed a delivery for today. I finally got someone on the phone and the geek squad agent says I have no appointment. They decided to cancel my appointment without telling me. After an hour and a half of being on the phone I have a delivery set up for 2 days from now but that is subject to change if the team decides they can’t make it that day. So now I have to reconnect my broken dishwasher so I can turn my hot water back on and hope these guys get their act together and show up on Saturday between 12-8 SMH Best Buy, you can do better.

I cant help but look at the tech! The price though, the price. I want it all. Customer service has gotten a lot better around here, I dont know if the sales commission pay changed or what, but it is nice to get some actual help without feeling like I have to buy something in that moment, or even worst forced to look at things I dont even want.

EDIT: I received a call from the store the next day, and an employee explained to me that the order was actually still present at the store, and that the notifications I received were the result of an error made during an inventory audit. He was considerate and understanding, and communicated clearly how I could pick up the order despite the system error. Updating to four stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW (1 star)I placed an online order for curbside pickup to this Best Buy location several days ago, and was notified 2 days ago that the order was ready for pickup. I have not yet picked up the order and was planning on doing so early next week. But less than an hour ago, while at home with my family, I received a text message saying that the order was being brought out and an email saying that the order had been picked up.After seeing the notifications, I promptly called the phone number for the store to tell them that I had NOT picked up the order and to find out what had happened. The automated system informed me that this location was unable to receive phone calls, and I was redirected to a national call center. After a long hold and a total of 23 minutes on the call, I was told that they werent able to find out what had happened, but that they would put in a callback request and someone from the store should call me back within 48 hours.I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with this situation, and concerned and confused about what has happened. I now have to wonder what went wrong: were the notifications sent in error? Did someone receive my order in error while trying to pick up a different order? Did someone claim to be me and fraudulently pick up my order, despite having no ID nor access to my phone? Has my Best Buy account been hacked? Will I get the order or my money back, or is the order gone? Ill just have to wonder for the next 48 hours or so.If this situation is resolved, I plan to update this review.

Really have to get a shoutout to these guys! I bought a pretty pricey router two months ago and it had been nothing short of a pain dying every two weeks. By all rights they had no right to return or exchange it but they were awesome and helped out with the problem as a warranty at that point would have been months out! This is an awesome team at this store and I’ll definitely continue to do business here!

Went to Best Buy. Called my purchase in, pulled in the parking lot, within 5 minutes was on my way home. The young man was waiting in the parking lot. He was polite, kind, & very fast! Never had a curbside pickup, go so smoothly! Thank you Best Buy, & the young man that helped me. He waited on the other customers as soon as they pulled in also. I am amazed! Ill be back soon!

It was having issues, a supervisor named Brandon took great care of us! He was very customer service oriented and knowledgeable about different products. MORE LIKE WORST BUY!!!If you are looking for any amount of customer service, you are sincerely at a loss here.We ordered an Oculus Quest 2 from this store. They promised in store pick up by a certain date. When the date came around, our order was not ready. We saw online that the product was fully in in stock, but our online order from days before still had not been filled. We live 30 minutes away from the store, so we wanted to call and clear things up before we drove down. We called a number of times to speak with an associate, usually to no avail. On our last attempt that day, we waited for 40 minutes, eventually heard someone pick up the phone, say nothing, and hang it up. When we called back, the phone said we are now closed, meaning they took our call only so they could turn off the phones. We called back the next day and sat on hold for another 35 minutes. The phone call was then answered, we could hear people walking around in the background, but again no one ever spoke to us. We were then hung up on for a second time.Here we are, still waiting for our product. Still have not received a response from Best Buy customer service. We are extremely frustrated and hoping this issue can be resolved quickly.

I walked in with the toy catalog in hand, that came in the mail, ready to shop. As a paying customer, I love it when an associate approaches me asking if I need help and thats just what they did. A couple things were out of stock but I walked out with 80% of what I was looking for. Walmart sales out quick so if you need something and Best Buy carries it, you will definitely find it here. I have tried calling about 6 times wasting a total of about 5 1/2 hours just waiting for someone to pickup the phone but no one ever does. On top of that if you get disconnected you have to try to yell at the robot on the phone to get it to let you speak to someone. Today the one single time I was able to get a hold of someone they said let me transfer you to another person who can help you with that and no one picked up. I am sick and tired of this mess of a phone system you have. Its faster to email their support team.

I recently went into this Best Buy store looking for a Mac book. The manager spotted me right away and came to help me. He was so kind and generous with his knowledge. He helped me find the best laptop for my needs and made sure I got the best price available. He did all of this while still directing employees to guests that needed help. I was so impressed. I’m not sure if his name but he had dark hair. That special attention to guests is what makes the difference. Thank you.

Dont order online they suck on that if someone else comes to the store and buys it you have to wait for the other to come in instead of having them pull.it from the shelf and hold it for.you and then tell you its ready to pick up. This has happened twice to me wont happen again if they dont have ill go some where else. I went here ready to buy a washer. I stood by the washer I wanted for ten minutes and the two workers near by would not come help me. They looked at me, we even made eye contact but still they did not help. Then my husband showed up and I guess only then the worker wanted to help. Im extremely upset that the workers chose not to help me when I was ready. Will definitely buy my washer somewhere else.

DO NOT SHOP HEREI just waited on hold for an hour at 1:00pm on Saturday 12/26/20, just so that the insanely rude female employee at this location could hang up on me. I asked to speak with an install tech and she wouldn’t transfer me so I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor to have my issue taken care of and she hung up. I can’t believe this is how Best Buy handles their customer service relations. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy and will not be returning unless an issue like this gets handled properly. I would not recommend anyone to ever shop at this location. What a joke. To bad that employee will probably get away with being rude to customers and losing Best Buy business.
