My hard drive crashed recently and, after sending it back to Superior and getting the bad news that all was lost, Brayden, with the team at Superior had the good news that the warranty allowed for replacement of the drive and my Office software. Brayden spent time on the phone with me to reinstall my printer, re-connect my email account and set me up with a plan for virus protection. The best news for me was I had recently backed up my documents and photos on an external hard drive so, I have recovered most all of what was lost. I am a very relived and happy customer. After using my new computer for a couple of months, I can definitely tell that the quality is much better than I have had in the past. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking to buy a computer, and had been shopping around for about 2 days. I received quotes from 1500, to 2600, I was actually considering the 2600 quote because of the sales pitch was almost believable lol. I walked in told them what I wanted and my other quotes. After a small chuckle I was told I could get what I wanted for under 1k and he also took the time to completely remodel my laptop for no extra cost. I took my laptop in today to Superior Computers, not ready to commit to repairing it. Rather than pushing me toward paying for diagnostics, the awesome young man that was helping me rolled up his sleeves and ran through some troubleshooting steps that really helped me figure out what my next step needed to be. Now, when it comes to buying a new computer I’ve bought my last laptop from a big box store. I’ll buy here where I’ll have some guarantees and some great help if things go sideways, as they often do no matter how much you spend. I couldn’t be more impressed with these guys.

I went here as Id had a good experience previously with their second office where I live; that office has since closed down so I went to their location in Ogden expecting a similar experience.I was dead wrong.After 10 business days I called and let them know I was coming to pick up the desktop Id left there to diagnose. Id been told 3-5 business days at the most when I dropped my machine off but found that to be completely inaccurate. I picked up my machine within two hours of that time and it was somehow, miraculously, fixed. It took two hours to fix it, I waited 10 business days.When I returned home to test the work that was done the inside of my PC was trashed. Wires were not organized, things were left unplugged and the expensive graphics card Id installed originally was not only installed incorrectly, but missing the mounting screws it needed. The screws are cheap, so the money doesnt matter to me, what matters is that a component was obviously installed incorrectly and sloppily. The entire job could have been better organized by a child.The store front is run by youth, I dont blame them as I could clearly see they were doing the best they could given the situation, they were polite, albeit not professional though from what I could see they had not been given adequate direction on what to do with the business. Those young men did they best they could and were pleasant. Its the owner that needs to rethink his business plan from the ground up.When I first visited to for drop off the front desk was covered in invoices; specifically two years worth, that had not been organized in any way for that entire time. I know this as it was the young gentlemen at the front desk working there that freely acknowledged the mess, apologized for it, and expressed their distress at having to file TWO YEARS of paperwork that had never been done. If this business cannot keep on top of simple invoices how on earth are they filing taxes correctly! I was flabbergasted.Its my personal opinion that Superior Computers needs to clean up their act or simply go out of business; though I expect they are already well on their way to bankruptcy. They certainly will not have me as a return customer.

You have to purchase the computer in advance before they can build it which makes sense- but then it takes them weeks. Ive called up and have spoken to Bryce a few times- nice kid- but he told me the owner was in charge of ordering parts, and the owner never ordered the parts. In this day and era, you cant go weeks without a computer, I was willing to wait but weeks? Na man, Ill just go to Best Buy or another competitor at this point and get my computer sooner.

Simply put, I love these guys. I purchased two custom designed PC towers two years ago. I out lighted what I wanted, a strong mid range and dependable tower, a price range and they completely delivered with an outstanding PC build that continues to be a beast. Until just recently I have had no issues, to my horror, despite regular maintenance, a very odd and high pitched sound began to emit from my tower. Not knowing what was happening to my baby I took it in after work. Arrived around 6:30, I gave them my story and left it in their hands. As a selfish person I wanted to insist I get it back by the weekend, 3 days away but said nothing. Next day I get an update, they were on track and found my issue, had it fixed by the end of the day, picked it up after work. Super fast, dependable and friendly. They treat you well I have to say. 10/10 will go again if I have any issues or wish to re-spec my tower.

I really feel it is it important to shop local. Superior is a local business, but it is better than any national company. Service is prompt and prices are better than fair.

I brought in my laptop because it wasnt charging when I plugged it in. My dog chewed the power adapter, and the replacement i bought online didnt work either, so I figured it must be the laptop itself. They checked it in for a 12 point diagnosis. Then 2 days later but still before their (3rd party) technician looked at the laptop they told me it worked with the original power adapter so the fault was with the new adapter, not the computer. They said I could pick up the laptop but they still charged me the $45 for the diagnosis without doing any more than plugging my faulty laptop adapter into the laptop. Then when I got home the old power adapter wasnt working after all. I intend to contest the Visa charge and i will no longer be doing business with them or recommending them to others.

I took my laptop in because it quit working after a Windows update, the employees kept me informed about the issue and what they were doing to troubleshoot the problem. They fixed my machine and it actually runs much faster than before. A special thanks to Chad and Nick for fixing this issue.

Came by to build a PC a while back. Its been lit playing Apex on the machine they built for me and it was all at a reasonable price considering the lifetime warranty. Chad picked some good employees, Brayden and Nick are the hardest working people I know.

I have a laptop that was purchased new from Superior Computers in 2013. Over the years it had begun to accumulate unnecessary programs/files and seemed to have slowed down. I took it in and asked that they simply delete everything on it and reset it to how it came when new. I was told that should be no problem and be free, but probably a week or so out. Sounds great. A week later I was told by Nick, it would be too dangerous to the hard drive which is at 51% health. I was unaware this was even possible to calculate. He upsold me to a smaller capacity, but faster, longer lasting solid state drive. They also upgraded it from windows 7 to 10. Though I didnt really get what I had intended (a simple, free reset), the end result is still good and the price seemed fair.

Superior Computers totally saved me! I needed a new laptop and quick for school. I called and was able to get a new laptop ordered and build in just a couple of days. Just in time for school to start. They also helped me when I dropped it and broke a piece off of the drive. Thanks so much Superior. Ill be back!

Went into Superior and was looking for a new computer last week. The kids who helped me were very nice, answered all my questions- I dont have any complaints towards them. But when they went into the back, I overheard one talking about how He still hasnt received his pay check yet and stuff about how he was supposed to be getting it last week... something among that. The other one was talking about how he would bring it up with the owner. They werent being loud about it or anything, I just was in the right position of the store to overhear it.I like the system they built me up, the warranty seems nice and the employees seemed knowledgeable and were kind.. but I had to tell them I would think about it and left. If you cant pay your employees on time, or at all, and considering you are asking for payment up front for these custom computers before we even get them... it just raises a lot of red flags and makes me question if this lifetime warranty service that you offer will be around much longer.Let me be clear, if I find out these employees get punished for my rating, this is turning into a 1-star review. Because every employee deserves the right to be paid and be paid on time. If this talk is unacceptable to the owner whether they were trying to be quiet about it or not with a customer in the store, well paying them would avoid them saying anything about it altogether now wouldnt it? Punishing them for expressing what should be their right, just would make me question the ethics of this business all together.

This company has been great they fix your computer and clean it up. I have bought 3 desktops from them. The last one I was told the build would be done and a week later i still do not have it. when I called in they did not even have the parts in just the case. I am disappointed and am in need of my computer.

Back when I was barely starting weber state university (barely out of high school). I bought a heatsink from this store. Since I was starting to take apart computers, I asked a question. The guy on the counter answered and proceeded to charge me for the question. Now 10years later noticing it still in business, i might as well leave a review. I wish i could put 0 stars

After a horrible experience at PC laptops ( feel free to read my review on them) we came here and they took care of what my sister needed in a computer. They did recomend a little more pricey build but it was over 60 percent better performance wise where the price only went up a few hundred dollars for a better CPU. They listened to our questions and gave straight answer in English not tech jargon. They get 5 stars.

I took my Mac in with a crashed hard drive and they replaced it with a new one and was able to save my kids pictures. Highly recommend these guys.

Five days has turned into two weeks. I called them on the sixth day and no one had even looked at it. I did get a call back asking if they could order the same part I told them to order when I dropped it off. I call five days after that asking for status and no one knows if that party was even ordered but they assured me they would call back. No call back... Two days later I call again and was put on hold for 30 minutes. When Im today and Still no computer, the worst part is no one can even give me status.

IF I could give 0 stars I would. My laptop screen broke so they repaired it under warranty. The screen broke again because they used electric tape to hold the connection together! When he went to plug it back in, they fried the motherboard and the screen so they had to order both parts! They had it over a month and replaced the screen with some crappy off brand screen that has a terrible viewing angle!!! They never called to tell me when I would get it, they actually said every week I would get it next week and I actually had to ask for a call when the parts came in. This is a crap repair and a crap company. Theyve totally devalued my laptop. AVOID REPAIRS HERE...worthless, I shouldve just done it myself. At least I wouldnt have fried the motherboard.

If I could give a zero I would. Brought our computer in and they wiped everything. They knew about, didnt tell me and I only found out when I got it home. Owner wouldnt talk to me or take responsibility. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else! When I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau Chad would not even reply to their request. What a way to run a business when an owner wont personally respond to the BBB or a customer!

The guys at SC and STV are amazing! I love the service they give me and are always quick to respond to my questions. I love the tv service and don’t plan on ever changing. Can’t beat the tv service for the price and all the channels I get. You would be nuts to pay the big cable companies over switching to this tv service.

Took computer to get fixed left password etc.When I called to see if it was ready they said yes. I picked it up brought it home and had same problem battery wasn’t charging so called them the guy working on it went on vacation so I left it . Then they called needed the password! Which I gave first time. I’m not sure they looked at it at all! Now it’s back I will let you know...

I always have the best service when I come here as far a quality of service goes these guys are hard to beat. I like the approach that the take with getting you the machine that will work for you. I have been to some other guys in the ogden area that want to rake you over the coles when you walk through the door. The service is great! Everyone I ever met there was nice. But the computer I purchased was not very good. I went in recently to have it looked at since it wasnt working properly. They told me the charging port was damaged and I needed a new computer. Theres nothing Ive done as far as Im aware to damage it and I havent even owned the laptop for a full year and now I need to get a new one but since Im in college its going to be difficult.I hate to say it but if youre getting a laptop just go for high quality rather then looking here; so you dont have to repurchase.

Terrible service. Terrible warranty. USB ports never worked, was told that I had to buy the case to get them working. Warranty did not work for me! Will never buy here again. Derrick at the Brigham City store was no help. Chad Nay the owner tried, but still wouldnt honor the warranty. Very frustrated.
