Best and easiest service I have had EVER!!! was looking for a HP ink cartridge see how much they were and they had a very good price so I went to order and it offered free delivery had three delivery times available I took the soonest one two hours it was at my doorstep right on time when the website said so didnt even have to download an app on time good price delivered to my door what more could you want I even ordered a couple extra things to make it worth their while way to go Staples I think youre on to something

This store had everything from office supplies to cleaning supplies. Large selection of chairs, paper, binding and more. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My experience at the 4043 Riverdale Road Ogden, Ut store was really encouraging. The associate named AMBER was very knowledgeable and kind in helping me design and print labels. I highly recommend this business. Customer service is a thumbs up for me 👍

Helped me pick out a printer and helped me carry it to my car! Awesome people here.

We took some, small individual books in to be bound into one larger book. We were told it would not be a problem. When we came to pick up the finished product, we were unpleasantly surprised to find that they had chopped off several, written portions of many of the books. They explained that they mistakenly thought they were all one book with the same margins when in fact they were a collection of 30 individual books, each with their own margin. They did not pay attention to that. The books are beginning readers, so with the missing words, it is difficult for a new reader to decipher. The books are essentially ruined and Staples solution to the problem was to simply not charge me for the binding job, yet Im out the cost of the 30 books, shipping and my time to prepare them for binding. I really didnt feel that they made the situation right at all. I do give them 2 stars though bc the other finishing Ive done there has been fine and the workers are friendly.

Hope you go out of business with your stupid mask requirement.

Stopped by to use some of their printing services, and was helped by a representative as soon as I walked in. This building has a little bit of everything youd need when it comes to office supplies.The employees here were quite friendly and professional, I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

A shout out to an awesome employee named Maggie who works at this store. I was trying to find a product. They only had one left on the shelf. It was $75 and I didn’t really want to spend $75. She went online and saw that Amazon had it for $52. She said she would price match. I didn’t even ask. She stepped up and save me 30%. Staples just gained a loyal customer thanks to Maggie.

I had a return, but learned after I arrived that they cant take the QR codes that Amazon sends. The guy (I dont know his name) at the print counter went ABOVE AND WAY BEYOND to help me get my return figured out. I was just going to go home and start the process over, but he told me to save the trip and just do it there. He probably wished he hadnt said that by the time I was done, but if he was thinking that, he didnt show it at all. So helpful! Thank you, Print Counter Guy!!

My daughter needed photos for a science project and of course she waited until the last movie to tell me. My wife sent the order to Staples online and I went in to pick them up. I assumed they would be ready when I got there so I didnt go in until 7:50, they close at 8:00. When I got there I realized my wife chose the self print option, so they hadnt been printed. Even though the store was closing the staff was very helpful and patient in waking me through how to print them. I printed them on 8.5 x 11 paper and they just didnt look good, by this time it was after 8:00, nonetheless, Ryan took the time to help me reprint them so that they looked good. I ended up leaving at 8:15 and nobody complained or made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Good place for office supplies. A lot of stuff is overpriced, but some of their sale items are a really good deal. Copying is reasonable and good quality.

Store is permanently closed. Office depot is taking its place

On point directions time to reach destination was accurate. For someone like me thats horrible with directions it was so awesome and comfortable to just drive and listen to the direction. Love it I dont get lost anymore with my Googleap directions

This Staples has always provided me with exception customer service. I never have to fear when returning a product either, they have even refunded a purchase two months past the purchase date. I also use their copy center for stunning photo and art prints guaranteed perfect or they will re-print until you are satisfied no extra charge. Avoid office max and go here instead. I rarely write reviews but this store warrants every bit of my satisfaction.

Ordered business cards from them. They screwed up the first batch. I Was told that they would be fixed and ready for me the next day. I come back at 5 o clock pm and nothing has been done to reprint and cut my cards properly. After waiting 30 min for them to redo it only 95% of the where right. Will not be doing business with them again.

I have used this Staples for printing and they usually do a good job. Sometimes I had to wait a while to be helped, or until someone who knew how to work the machines could come help. But the print jobs always turn out very nice.

Great service even though they didnt have what I was looking for.

I ordered several items online and picked up the items that I ordered, one of the items was not delivered on-time, so I asked for it to be canceled and I would just hurry and find the item in the store which I did. I then asked the clerk if I would be charged for the missing item once it showed up? The clerks answer was it would not and that my card must be entered at the store in-order for any charges to be applied. That is not true the charge did in fact appear on my credit card for the missing item which I no longer needed. I called the store and explained this and was basically told by the representative that he cannot help me. I disputed the charge. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Staples.

Prints took 3 days when they should have only taken 1. Had to wait to be helped, and when my prints were shown to me they were terrible quality and terribly dark.. MUCH darker then what my picture I sent to them was, which leaves the customer sending pictures guessing of theyre going to be light enough or not. Because they took so long, I dont have enough time to have them redo it, forcing me to buy it how it is, and a girlfriend disappointed in the prints.

I have gotten my art copied here for the last several months. I am done going in as of yesterday. They have always been short and unkind to me, but yesterday was unreal.

They have a good variety and selection of Office Products but some of the electronics that they carry are extremely outdated.

Wouldnt even be take the time to visit a website when a computer is right in front of her face to print a resume. Terrible service. Overpriced stuff also.

A lady who works there helped me, she asked me to put the card several times in the machine, she made me 4 copies and they charged me for the card 6 times 5 dollars and once 1,10 total 31,10 for only 4 sheets
