Excellent service. My father (a computer geek from the earliest days of computers) purchased several computers from here over the years. He was always very happy with the service.More recently, after he passed, Joel helped us get the data off of my fathers computer so we didnt lose all the photos and financial records. More importantly, knowing that I was only in town for a few days, he stayed late on a Saturday to get the job done so I would have time to look over the files before I had to fly out.You wont get that kind of service at a big box store or chain!

Just needed a SATA cable and didnt want to go to a big box store. Staff was great, and had me in and out in right away. Definitely coming back for larger purchases in the future.

Lowell and Robert were up front about the slim chance that they could fix my laptop before next week however, they called me the same day and had it fixed. They were even able to fix the keyboard which hasnt worked right for a few years. Great service and far cheaper than buying a new computer.

I was in need of a CPU and thought about building one or purchasing a pre-built at a name brand store for $1200. I remembered seeing Pro Computers and decided to stop there first, glad I did. I got more for my money and was able to pick and choose what I wanted with advice from the knowledgable staff. Just like building my own with the help of pros to make sure I got everything I needed. My computer was so bogged down before Pro Computer got to it. They put an SSD into it and it has been quick as quick since then. Speaking of quick, my computer was back to me the same day. 10/10 would recommend Pro Computer and their team.

I recently had my laptop damaged and hadnt a clue what was wrong with it. I put my request seeking help among a ton of businesses 25 miles near me. G. Lowell was the first to respond within an hour and answered all my questions in a way that a person with limited computer knowledge like me would understand. Once he diagnosed the problem he offered me several options to choose, explaining and weighing them to me. I decided to got a new laptop he built as the cheapest and ultimately better option. I am loving it better than my last computer, I still have all my old data and it runs ten times faster. Additionally, he cut me a good deal on expanding the solid state drive. G. Worst Customer Service Ever. I took my computer in to get fixed, over a week later went back, because I never received a phone call and they broke my computer. They called me and my whole family liars and made me pay for a service that never was done. Instead of helping me get the information off of the computer they said I had to buy some expensive stuff to have it done. I called back a little later because I noticed they only gave me half of the computer back and when I said I was missing some parts they called me a liar again, but the parts were at the store and they had kept them instead of giving them back. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. The owner was very rude and discourteous. Very bad business was going on this place.
