Called them up 3 min before they were closing asking for a dryer fuse because my dryer stopped working! He told me he had one in stock and would stay and wait for me to get there!! I showed up and he asked if I had tested it, to which I replied no so he tested it and it was fine! I told him it had stopped heating and he pulled up the model and said its probably the heating element which he didnt have on hand, but he did have the heating fuse kit which I bought. He told me not to open it because these fuses hardly ever go bad and that I could return it if that wasnt the case so he showed me where it was and told me how to bypass it to see if thats what was wrong or if it was the heating element!! Well I did exactly what he said and sure enough it heated right up so I replaced the fuse he gave me and works perfectly!!! Would highly highly recommend them!!

I needed an off-the-wall part, and the gentleman there pulled out a brand new part that had been on the shelf for a long time. He charged me $30 for a $160 part. Very helpful.

Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Lots of parts available. If they dont have what you need, they can get it fairly quickly at a comparative price.

Kinda of pricey and not alot of stock

Completely disappointed with this company. Will not recommend to anyone. Customer service lacks in every aspect. I’ve had to call 3 different times only to get hung up on. They can’t keep appointment straight, change service dates without any notice. Dont make the same mistake that I made....go to a different company for any service.

We went yesterday to buy a part for our washing maching. The sales associate refused to look up the part for us. We will never go back.

Amazingly high mark ups! Fuse Link for Whirpool dryer was $15 at Boyle Appliance Center and $24 here! For the exact same Whirpool part. At least a 60% mark up ABOVE competitors. They are WAY overpriced. Can you imagine how much more you pay for a more complicated part. Heaven knows what you will pay for service. Do NOT go here for parts or service. Unless you want to pay double for the same part or service. Amazingly overpriced. Terrible customer relations. No veteran discount, either. We dont do anything for veterans. Would give zero stars if I could.

One of their employees helped me unload my icemaker into there shop,after I gave them ALL the info about the machine.3days later they call me to say they don’t work on that machine.i show up 12 minuets before they close and they are closed for the day already.honestly surprised they have been around this long.
