Yea no. This is a nice store with nice things. The employees are exceptionally nice. I tried to order something and was told I needed to be on the mailing list to get a discount. I worked for bed bath and beyond in 2018 and get the mailer. They said I could not receive the discount. So I got on the website and registered. Website told me I was on the mailing list and good. Employee told me no go still and had to wait days even though I had email and such. 🙄. P.s. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANIES SERVICE CENTER. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, UNDERTRAIN YOU AND GET UPSET WITH YOU BECAUSE THEY TEACH YOU NEXT TO NOTHING ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND HOW TO HELP CUSTOMERS WITH THEM. working in the store looks fine thougj.

I’ve always had good in store experiences here. The stores are always clean and well organized.

The clearance section is jammed full, if you take your time to search there are some gems at good prices. I was hopeful for a better selection of high count 100% Egyptian cotton sheets though. They took a bit to get a second cashier up to the counter, the couple behind us abandoned their items and left right as they got a second cashier up. otherwise the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Disappointed that we drove 20 miles for a nice waffle maker that was on the website but the only ones in the store were mini waffle makers.

First time at the Riverdale location.These stores are fun to browse until discovering the cartload of fun things to bring home.My last purchase favorite is a pillow to put between my knees, for side sleeping. Feels custom formed and firm. Does not require a strap in order to remain in place overnight because of the way mold is deep.Nice...cozy FIRM pillow, obtaining proper body alignment.

Customer service is not what I expect when shopping. I went in when they first opened so there was maybe 2 other shoppers; and older couple. I passed about 6 employees, not one of them said hi or asked if I was finding what I needed. I do like their 3 pk white kitchen towels. Theyre thick and absorbent and a nice size.

Finally found a side set umbrella. Very helpful and friendly employees.

Looking for a spice rack or spice stand. The only two they had were already filled with spices. Needed an empty one.Note: when you search for items on line make sure you click on In Store in the upper right hand corner. I found a rack on the website and had the local store identified, but didnt click the In Store icon, so the one I wanted was not in stock.

This location has declined quite a bit over the last year. It now constantly looks like it’s going out of business with low stock and selection. Filthy floors where fixtures used to be and poor management and staff compared to the past.

I like B&B prices only when I have a 20% coupon and then feel like a somewhat fairer price.

I really love the unique selection. The only downside for me is that I can only shop there every few weeks. The 40% coupon is to compelling to pass up. So I find myself buying only one item at a time then coming back later to get more. At other stores that offer 40% discounts almost their entire inventory is already discounted so the coupon doesnt work on most items. The coupon is used to attract customers to browse everything in the store. At BB&B I feel like Im not getting a good deal on anything unless I use the coupon, so my typical trip is limited to one item.

Always enjoy shopping. Special and unique items. Great experience great customer service. Highly recommend, well-organized.

They are a little to pricey for me.

Unimpressed with their selection of Dutch Ovens after boasting about them online. It was more bath & less beyond.

I have shopped at BBB for 40 years but it has taken a bad turn. NEVER have I had a problem returning a defective product. Have 3 month old Therapedic mattress topper that has hard spots, wont lay right, etc. Called twice to the manager Katie before hauling the heavy thing back. She all but called me liar on every point. My husband said forget it but I wont keep shopping there...always a reason why stores close, not a covid thing, its a customer service thing, so disappointing.

I went in for maybe $20 worth of items but left with over $300 of items. Any store that can do this is deserving of 5 stars!

This location is great, I was with a friend who was searching for a specific product. A staff member searched in the back, called other stores and then ordered it online for my friend. She really took the time to take care of her customer and it was a nice change from other big box retailers. I really appreciate this Bed Bath and beyond and how well run it is, and their focus on customer service

I normally don’t post reviews but this one is an exception. I drove my 72 year old grandma to the Riverdale Utah store and she wanted to order a comforter that was in the store but needed a different size. The cashier wasn’t super helpful and said she couldn’t get it. I’m not sure what their ability is, if they can order in the store or from another store but this cashier was not willing to help my grandma. My grandma isn’t tech savvy and wont put her debit/credit card online. She physically leaves her home to make purchases because that makes her comfortable with all of the accounts that get hacked. But my grandpa can’t drive, and it’s been snowing in Utah so I’ve been taking them as much as I can so she can avoid driving in the snow.Long story short, I just ordered it for my grandma online.She should not have been treated this way in the store.I wish that the store employees were more willing to help out my grandma. I feel like maybe another senior citizen does’t have someone to drive them to the store.When they come in they should get all the help ordering something they want that is easily found online.I’m adding my update. Bed Bath and Beyond contacted me and said they will retrain the employee so she can better help in these situations. They also sent my grandma a gift card. The manager was very sweet and so kind.

Kinda disappointed with the lack of stock. Tons of empty shelves. Made it very hard to find something that we came for which was just drapes. Selection has because very minimal. Is not what it used to be for sure.

Great selection, was surprised they started carrying UGG branded everything! And I mean everything pillows, soap dispensers blankets etc..

Dont know why the hype. This location was especially cluttered and smelled kinda bad.

There store said they had a google chrome cast in stock. Then when I went there they didnt and the girl in electronics and oils was very rude about it. At 11 oclock sat. Nov. 7th

Associates were too busy changing fixtures on the floor to assist customers.

You can always find what you need, things you didnt think you needed and some interesting gadgets. Its a mid-range pricing store but anything we have bought there has definitely been worth the money. There also do bridal and wedding registry here and we had amazing success with it so check it out if you have a wedding coming soon or simply want to browse.

Great store for bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen needs. They have unique and useful items you cant find anywhere else. Simple or luxurious, you can find it. Make sure you sign up for their frequent shopper mail. The coupons are nice to get.

Went in to purchase a shower body wash/shampoo/and conditioner shower dispenser for my 94 yr old Mom to make her showering experience easier for her. Was in and out with one in under 15 minutes. That was locating one and purchasing it!! I will be back for other needs!!! Thank you tons......😀

We were in the store 3/27/17 and the nicest young lady waited on us and she was awesome. All employees should be as awesome and caring as she was. We were there around noon or so. She was very helpful and fun. Wish I would have remembered her name as she needs a raise. Great experience. Love your store.

Well yeah it’s a bed bath and beyond honestly if you seen one you seen them all but this one is a little bit more cramped and by cramped I mean I lived next to the one in Chelsea in New York City where everything is cramped and this one is more cramped than even that! they really don’t have to jam pack things in their - pillows to the ceiling - and the little knickknacks and Items everywhere honestly it’s a bit too much and yes still a little overpriced unless you get it on sale. And they are constantly bombarding you with us 20% off coupons so really if you don’t use one you’re living off the grid and don’t need bed bath and beyond anyway. Their return policy is pretty good.

They had a good selection, but prices are too high for what you get in my opinion. I only shop here if I cant find what I need anywhere else and what I need is on sale.

Very cool stuff, but very pricey

This store is a joke!! Shelves were empty and if they werent empty, they were messy!! Couldnt find any of the items that were on sale!! The tags are hard to read, the supervisor treated me like I was a 5 year old learning how to read!! The cashier was nice and friendly, maybe she should be the manager!! This is the 1st BB&B that I have been in where you think the employees dont care if they get a paycheck with how crappy it looks inside!! Skip this one and hit the ones in SLC .. they are by far better!!!
