Riley the Manager is a great Person..I love the couch and love seat that got from them..Love the TV I paid off..

They do not notate accounts upon discussions, legit blow up your phone the day before, day of payment (they probably assume no one else works), and there are apparently 3 Rileys working there. They tell you they will do things like find furniture you want, yet they never call you back when they say they will. They like to give out dirty furniture and call it good with a free cover. Then they get mad when they dont notate the discussions you have with them and frustratingly answer their 5th call of the day. Well maybe if you didnt hire 3 Rileys for one store yall could keep track of who to discuss things with.

Called about some questions I had. Sam guided me through everything I needed to know and helped professionally and had unbelievable customer service.

I thought I would take the time to talk about my experience here. When I first walked it I was greeted by an amazing and knowledgeable staff. Before browsing the store I found myself in conversation with staff. I tend to be the in and out type of guy but they made it an experience!I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

Went in the other day to look around and ask some questions we were helped by Riley and even though it was close to closing his customer service was amazing he was friendly and answered all of our questions although the situation didnt work out for what we were wanting thank you for the great service keep it up people with customer service skills like you dont come along often, thank you!!!

EZ Rent to Own in Ogden has been a breeze. My husband and I have had an account with them for a year now and it has been nothing but smooth sailing. We first started off with Brian and he was always a delight to talk with and always gave us an amazing deal. Now we have Kyle and he’s been so helpful, patient, sociable, resourceful, and working his hardest.EZ Rent to Own will do what it takes to keep their customer happy. We’ve switched out our couches about 3 or 4 times and they were happy to oblige! Our laptop had some technical issues and they repaired it, our electrical recliner motor went out and they ordered a new motor. Unfortunately the part took longer than anticipated and Kyle suggested it’d be faster if we just switched out and we love our new set!During the pandemic, I’ve lost my job and they have been nice enough to work with my payments and it is GREATLY APPRECIATED which is why I’m writing this review!I love EZ Rent to Own and highly recommend them!

The staff here are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They always are super kind and friendly whenever I call or go in person and are super understanding.

Riley is one awesome guy and they all are to be honest, but if you want a good laugh and always a smile on his face I would go for him!

So, the manager Is super kind and helpful, ive had problems with the assistant manager but Nicole always brings me back with her sweet manner and calm tone of voice. If I could give them a negative 5 star i would. They are the worst company I have ever had interaction with. They let there staff call and belittle and threaten people the worst person is a guy by the name of Ryan as well as another one named Rylee. Ryan straight up threatened my sister who is 3 times smaller than he is. The are crooks and take money and then dont apply it to the account and then say that they dont have to when asked about it as well as other fees taken out that were unexplained . I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy I hope they get closed down soon.

Not a 100% sure who runs this business but they need to be fired!Had some guy come to my house, pounding on my door. He knocked 15 times. Some of the knocking lasted 5-15 seconds each time.We dont answer the door unless we know whose coming. So obviously we didnt answer the door.He knocked on my door so hard that he opened it!My brother came up and answered the door and the man started screaming at him. Accusing him of being the family member who DOES NOT live at MY house.He asked him to leave and the man refused.So my husband went out there and started asking him to leave. He then started in on my husband and the family member and started saying my vehicle was the family members. Who again, does not live at MY home.The man then told us he would continue sending out EZ rent to own workers to my house daily til they get their items.Which ARE NOT AT MY HOUSE.We had to call the police to get this dude to leave. And if they show up at my home again, they will be tresspassed and I will take any legal action as far as I can.This place is a mess. Theyre terrible. Do not rent/buy from here.

Very nice people, but the organization and lack of communication is laughable. Rented some furniture, they couldnt even find the color I wanted, nothing they have on the website is actually in stock, delivery people had no idea where to drop things off, or pickup at the end of the lease. Called to have them pick it up because they had no idea I had furniture from them or what I had. The sign up process was inconvenient, long, and embarrassing to say the least. Overall seriously horrible. Everyone is wonderful and nice, but the lack of communication and organization is astounding.

Great place, my family has been using these guys for years. Staff not so much. One day you could get a great employee who’s willing to help you out with just about anything, next day you’ll get someone who’s having a bad day and willing to lose a sale over something trivial, and previously resolved. In conclusion, great place, not so great staff.

Finished paying off a laptop. But they never changed who the owner of the laptop was in the hardware/software and neglected to let me know I would need to do anything about something like this. So now im needed to put in a password that I was never told about and I am unable to use it. Will call and try to resolve.

I call weekly to make payments and the staff is always very friendly, I never have any problems with them and I enjoy going into their store, they’re very kid friendly! My only gripe is that I’m usually calling to make payments during the day & i have to expect at least a 5 minute phone call because they give you their sales pitch over the phone... I get the emails and texts, I don’t need the pitch every time I call guys! But I appreciate that they’re just doing their job, maybe keep it to every other phone call.

This store and the staff are amazing. The have always been polite every time go in there. If i have ever had a problem pay my bill because I have ever got pay check late they have worked with me until my pay check came when I called them.i then had a family emergency and had to leave the state and Robbie was able to work with me on that and I was able to get it taken care of.if you ever have to go to a rent to own place this is the place to go.

The 12th st location is my favorite!Every time I go in there I find something else I just have to have. Their customer service is phenomenalEric is my go to person, he always has time to answer my questions even when hes visibly busy doing other things.

Kyle was so rude and discrimination to me about my parents.My advice is go to Aarons in riverdale best service and always willing to work with you what out the daily late fees.

Worked here for a few days, knocked on customers doors to collect their furniture payment, repossessed customers furniture, and drove company vehicle. Despite many inquiries calling and visiting store never got paid. I suggest pick a more organized and more service oriented company.

Not the best place to rent threw. They are rude and hateful. They came banging on my door early in the morning, they argue with you and force things on you. They say 3 months but if you lose your job they don’t care it has taken my wife 3 weeks before they finally said okay to come pick up the stuff and delivery or pick up people are hateful as well! Would not go threw these guys best to go threw rent a center or Arron’s!

Worst place to ever rent from.. I pay monthly and everytime I call to make a payment the price is always different.. when you call you always get voicemail and they never return a phone call.. they always put you on hold and take forever.. yet when I called today they put me on hold and sounded like they were having a party there.. worst place ever..there prices are way higher than Aarons rental.. Aarons rental has great customer skills and very friendly answer the phone and dont put you on hold another great thing about Aarons rental is you can pay an extra $9.99 and have insurance on your rental stuff which means if you lose your job they wont come take your stuff plus it gets you a lot of discounts at alot of different places hotels restaurants rental cars and so on.. very highly recommended...

But when comparing prices and asking Dominick, your employee in Ogden area, about availabilty and a few other things, Dominick was very simple and undersanding. He was easy to talk to and answered every question I had with easy steps to get what products I considering buying. I was thinking about going somewhere else for a cheaper but but with the customer service and full attention I got at this location,. Why would I. Im definitely coming back here and telling my family to consider doing the same.
