Boyle’s is a great place to get appliances because of their great customer service. When we purchased our washer and dryer, Steve Boyle did not recommend the most expensive units but rather the one that best suited our needs after taking the time to listen to what we wanted. Delivery was great too; Kolbey and Gavin delivered our appliances and installed them and made sure they worked before leaving. They even offered pointers on how to use the units most effectively.

Ordered a microwave and it didnt come in on time because of slow production during the pandemic. These sweet people at Boyles let me buy the one right off the showroom floor. The customer service is horrible they do not stand behind there word. They told me wrong information on the LG fridge, So I called them back to ask them about the fridge and they said they never told us this information. I would have not brought this fridge is I was not told this information in the 1st place. Also I was told they could get curtain fridges faster then other companies and that was a Lie. I well never do business with Boyle Appliance ever again. When I told them to come get this fridge they were very rude on the phone, did not even say good buy, thank you nothing just hung up on me.Also told them to call me before they deliver the fridge, they also said they would call 30 min before they are arriving, and no call.Also spent a good 20 mins in the store before anyone would help or even say a word to us.

Having your fridge/freezer just up and die is never a fun time, but these guys were great with getting us something wed love that was in stock and could be delivered quickly.
