So I came here to get my phone fixed. The screen was cracked and the LCD had a small black spot on it. When removing the back he accidentally broke it. He gave me a new one for free. After he fixed my phone it looked brand new and I was glad I went there. I got home and discovered my volume up button no longer works. The next day the glass on the back started popping up some. Today I look at my phone and the back glass has a crack internally.....how the heck does that happen when it wasnt even dropped. Not to mention my phone makes sounds of the pieces reconnecting when light pressure is applied......

If you’re reading reviews for this place just stop now and find another company that does this work. Brought in IPAD 6 gen for screen replacement, screen was replaced everything looked fine. The Battery was at 75+ % when I took it in. I get home and realize the home button is significantly lower than before, ok not a huge deal. Put it on the charger (yes Apple) and wake up to a dead iPad, no longer takes a charge. Call him up and explain and he says bring it in, I think to myself cool. I wait outside (quarantine) for a bit and he comes out and says everything is working fine. I get home put it back on charge and again failed to charge. Two days go by and I call him back to see what we can do, I did pay 100.00. He begins to tell me that he’s the expert and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. Well this much I do know- I brought him a working iPad (just with a crack in screen) and left with one that doesn’t work at all now. So I have to go spend another 100.00 somewhere else to fix the problem HE CREATED. Do NOT use this place however convenient/inexpensive, in this case inexpensive means cheap. I’ll say it again don’t do it!

I took to someone more trustworthy who told me that he broke the pin connectors when he tried to replace the screen. I talked to the owner who said it’s not his responsibility and that h would not fix it because I brought a screen to him. Oh my goodness! Please avoid this place at all costs! Go to ReTech instead. You’ll pay a little more but will leave happy.

The owner Kibria called me last night at 8:47pm to tell me that his guy said he didnt break my iPad and therefore wont be doing anything. He then hung up on me and sent me a text that read I am a better business man than any other, thats I believe. I take my customer like My brother . Completely shattered glass on my iPhone only 2-3 days before the hurricane was due to blow in. Went to this place on thursday night just an hour before closing and they repaired my phone in front of me within 30-45 minutes. I saw what a tedious process it is. Replacement of the glass also included a glass shield that is really nice. Thanks for the fast and great service. Stressful to think about being without a phone in a hurricane.

Gave these folks a try, first battery didnt hold charge, second one didnt work either...I gave up. Staff were friendly, unfortunately the replacement batteries that they get are poor quality. $35, for a lesson learned. Just spend the extra money and have apple change battery...

Took two one was working but needed a new screen and one that did not turn on. They broke the one that was working and could not figure out that the only thing that was wrong with the other was only the battery. Do not go here they do not know what they are doing. They will try to make up stuff so you pay more.
