I dropped my phone in the river accidentally and immediately put it in a bag of rice. I was at a waterfront restaurant. The charger wouldn’t work however so I brought it in to be fixed. They cleaned it for no charge and it was good as new. I couldn’t believe it. I will definitely be using them in the future. Very helpful.

I scheduled an appointment to have my Xbox repaired and they closed the store for 2 days... whatever the reason I dont care... they didnt send an email or try to call to let me know so I loaded up my kids and went to the store only to find a note on the door. Then as Im sitting in my van one of the workers shows up and goes inside 🤔 I asked him if they are indeed closed and he said yes and said I can go to the location in the villages. If I wanted to drive to the villages I would have made my appointment for there, he did answer my question real quick and went about his business. $150 to repair a HDMI port on an Xbox 😳 no thank you!!! Ill go somewhere else just based on the lack of professionalism and care for customers.

I dropped my phone off to have the screen fixed. They inspected my phone and said that they would need two hours and they can have it done. My phone was being paid through a 3 rd party insurance company. When I went back to pick up my phone, they stated they could not fix it due to a crack in the back. I was unaware of this being a policy of the 3rd party. I feel that they wasted 2 hours of my time on something that should of been picked up on the initial inspection. (The crack on the back wasn’t hidden or small)
Didnt have the parts for my acatel joy tablet.. this is the second time I get denied service last time it was a liability issue because my kid open the tablet and they wouldnt take it like that either. How do they still have business. I do not know.. I imagine if you dont have the latest brand of electronic then they dont take you. Good luck trying to fix any older or off brand devices with them.
Kyle and Alec were so helpful when I needed to replace the ram in my laptop. My laptop hadn’t turned on in over a year and they got it back up and running within minutes; same day, no appointment. I highly recommend seeing them for your electronic problems.
First time ever having a screen replaced....Worst experience. I will throw out the next phone I need repaired before coming back to that store. First. I was quoted the incorrect price for repair.Second. at approximately 1:15 pm I was told it would be done in a few hours. I said ok Ill be in first thing next morning. ( next morning) Phone wasnt even touched. ( I understand time can get away from a person, but I should have been notified it wasnt gonna be done. ) not to mention I drove 40 miles one way just to get to this store. Had to call off work and wait for my phone. And the woman ( no idea who she was .didnt introduce herself or have a name tag) was VERY abrasive and escalated the situation.Poor glass quality. Scratched within 15 mins.
They changed price on me 3 times. Got quote at drop off then they called I went back they changed the price to more. Then when I came back for my phone they charged me even more. Fast service but sheisty with the pricing. Wont go back.

Before leaving Orlando to spend the weekend in Ocala, husband dropped his Note 8 and cracked the screen. We needed it fixed ASAP, after trying a few locations in Ocala with no luck we were able to find this store that not only had the right parts were able to get eight on it and has the repair done in a matter of hours! On Sunday, July 11, 2021, I dropped my iPhone 11 off for repair with the promise it would be ready to collect in an hour. The hour passed without any contact from your associate and i thought the repair had gone well - wrong. As we called to inform the clerk we were returning to pick up the phone, he advised the repair was not completed and gave the excuse the screen would not calibrate. Your clerk later said the phone was unrepairable and suggested I purchase an after market screen from your store for an additional $80.00 before informing me there were truly no other screens available. When your clerk was told I work in a profession that requires a phone he laughed and stated that I can have my SIM card back but he could not return my phone because of policy. The clerk advised the manager would be in on todays date, and they would work on my phone first thing. At 2:00 PM I still had not heard anything from your store so I called to get the same smart mouthed clerk, who thought it was funny and told me my phone was now unrepairable and I would have to pay an additional $100.00 for a replacement. This was after he told me when the screen was removed he dropped glass on my LCD screen, which is why he thought it no longer worked. I now have a non-functioning phone when it worked when it was given to your business.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to Gainesville to get my Pixel fixed, didnt realize not every store was certified to do repairs, and the other store was out of the batteries, so I called the Ocala store to see if they could help me. I was lucky enough to get their regional manager who was SUPER friendly and helpful, and able to get my phone worked on today in Ocala. Keep up the great work, guys!
Called in around 11 am. Max answered and told me I can bring in my iPhone X to be looked at. I was there around noonish. My screen was smashed but I was still able to receive calls. Max told me it could be fixed and it would be fixed that day! (Actually it only took 45 min!!) It was fantastic. My phone is like new! Very affordable, friendly, and fast. Again, I went in around 12 and received a call around 1pm to pick up my iPhone! Thank you so much Max!

Honest people my phone was not broken and they did not charge me. it was an insurance claim but since it was the screen protector that was broken they were honest about the repair. I definitely recommend them

Incompetent: I brought in a simple iPad screen that was cracked. They informed me the job would be done in 72 hours. After the 4 weeks, I had not heard from them. I went in the job was not even started. The manager then informed it would be done the next day. 2 weeks later the job was still not done and not even started. I was informed to try another franchise 45 minutes away. Very frustrating.
Had the screen replaced on my iPhone 8 Plus. After getting the phone back I went to the springs and took an underwater picture only putting the lens under. Needless to say the phone is now fried. I called the store to see if when replacing the screen they also replace the water resistant membrane and was told that it does not go back to it’s original water resistance. This would have been told when I picked up the phone! The rep recommended I take the phone to their Gainesville store and pay $49 for a water repair that may not even be successful.

They were unable to fix my PS4 (Not their fault, the motherboard was gone and that is out of their control). The main reason for my 3 star rating was the lack of communication from them. On my receipt it stated that I would receive a call with a diagnostic, never received it. After they had the system a month, I had to call to follow up. I was told they switched vendors (no biggie) and when they got the part in, they would give me a call. Received no call. After a little while longer I had to call again to follow up on the status. I was told they sent the wrong power supply (not a problem, this happens) I was told they were sending it back and ordered a new one and would receive a call as soon as it was in and they would let me know. Never received that call either. I had to follow up again and was told that the vendor sent the wrong power supply (again), so they were now going to take a power source out of a PS4 that was left behind and surrendered and they were going to fill out the paperwork and call me back by 5pm that day and let me know how they were going to proceed. You guessed it, never received that call either. I had to call back again the next day. I got a tech on the phone who had to call another tech to find out what was going on. I called back and this is when they relayed to me that they could not fix my system. I really appreciate all the work and trouble that they went through and I really appreciate them trying and going to give me a heck of a deal for how long it was taking. But in the span of over 2 months of having my system, I was the one that had to initiate every follow up. The company never once reached out to me to let me know the status of my repair. That really left a sour taste in my mouth.
So, I have awful luck with my iPhone and have, unfortunately, dropped my phone numerous times. Every time I go to uBreakiFix because it is the best place to go to get your electronics fixed. Great prices, great service AND great products. This time, I listened to Alex and spent the extra money to get the screen protector. Thank goodness I did otherwise I would already be back there fixing my phone again!

If I could give them more stars than just five I would! I walked into the shop thinking I needed a new battery for my iPhone. The guy explained that my battery was fine, explained a few other things about how to increase the performance out of the battery. As it happens I didn’t buy a thing. He could’ve been one of those shops that sell you something just because you walk in the door… but he didn’t. Kudos to you-break I-fix!

Roughly two months ago, I bought an SD card for my Galaxy S8+, and when I power cycled, it caused my phone to get stuck at the Verizon loading screen.My only options were to factory reset or install a firmware update (which, despite weeks of searching online for, I never did find), so my phone sat unused and at risk of losing years of photos I hadnt backed up.The absolutely lovely woman (Im assuming the manager?) somehow installed the firmware update, not only making my S8+ functional again, but giving me access to all my data, no losses incurred at all.12/10 customer service, absolutely would visit again if I ever have problems, and I WILL be telling everyone I known how incredibly smooth my experience was.

I came in on my lunch break to get my screen fixed and they had it done so quick! I wasnt even late getting back to work (: Ive always been concerned with the quality of work, especially when it comes to my phone but I have had absolutely ZERO issues. My screen works amazingly and it actually sped up the touch function on my phone and some glitches I was having. 10/10, I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends! Two months for a warranty repair and still waiting. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. Either they dont have enough techs, they are unqualified, or they just dont give a damn about their business.

I took my phone in for a LED & screen fix, alex took care of me & he was absolutely awesome! it did not take long for him to do & he was very careful with my device! he even took the time to explain why my phone and the problem it had unlike many other techs i’ve had bad experiences with who do not do that! i definitely recommend coming here, will be my #1 go too for sure if anything happens again!
My cell phone life started to get shorter and shorter so I called this store and the staff was very helpful with my options. I came in to get the battery replaced and they had it done in under 2 hours. If something happens to your device I would highly recommend this establishment.
The best customer service and the most capable and professional representative that I’ve received and seen in over a decade!Went in with a “broken iPod Nano” and was dismayed to see 2 people ahead of me with one at the counter with an obvious issue. The Young lady working the desk and with the customer took the time to acknowledge those of us waiting not once, but several times. Next customer got up with a laptop issue (gonna have to wait another 10 minutes or more probably) and started diagnosis. After just a couple minutes I heard the technician say, “Going to have do do a full reboot.” So I figured it would take even longer.NO! While that computer was rebooting, she asked me what the issue was, then took a quick look, disappeared in the back room and returned my iPod to me saying the Lightning port was just dirty, she cleaned it, it works and have a great day!!! No charge.Her competence, professionalism, awareness and multitasking ability puts her in the top 1% of any representative that I’ve seen in over 40 years. I can’t recommend this location strongly enough!
Don’t bother.Brought in Monday after making online appointment. Called Tuesday (after 4 attempts with no voice mail and calls dumped), and was told the person finally answering was not qualified to fix cracked iPad screen. Was told someone else would fix it today and call me.Called three times Wednesday ( again no voicemail) and was told they (two iPads) were sitting on the desk and ready for pickup. No promised call to tell me they were done.They may be able to fix a problem in the one hour mentioned in their write up but not this time. They have a LONG way to go to be a business.
****DO NOT USE THIS STORE**** If I could rate in negative stars I would!!! First they did not keep their scheduled appointment after our schedule was rearranged to accommodate it. They sent an email to cancel it, with no phone call, due to an emergency dental appointment, and said to come Sunday when we showed up at the location. We show up Sunday only to be told the tech had the part with then in Gainesville and we would have to reschedule again (after being told it was indicated in the system the job was complete). We told them it had to be fixed that day due to our schedules and were told we would have to drive 35 minutes to the store in The Villages. If you need repairs I recommend making the drive to The Villages. The were much more customer service driven, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.I even went today to the Ocala location today and was lied to by an employee who said an email was sent out by corporate saying they could no longer use Cell Helmet on the phones. That was a lie. So if you want a liquid screen protector go the THE VILLAGES location!!!! The Ocala store is 100% HORRIBLE!!!!

I visited this location on Monday to get my Samsung galaxy s10 plus screen fixed. I walked in and it took 20 minutes for the guy to even come from the back of the store to help plus the store was extremely hot and looked dirty, but once he finally came up front he was messing with another customers phone, going back and forth with another customer and myself. He finally finished with her and started looking in the computer system to see if they have my screen in stocked he couldnt find it so he called another guy and told me to wait till he got there he could find it. 10 minutes later they guy gets there and he couldnt find it either so he told me that I just needed to go to another store like in the villages or Gainesville why would you send a customer to another store? But anyway after that I didnt even wanna ask if they could order it I didnt wanna give them my money. When I got home I called the villages location cause I didnt wanna drive all the way there to be treated the same way. The lady at the villages location was super nice and helpful she told me they didnt have it in stock and that I could come in for them to look at my phone and they could get it ordered for me she ever gave me a quote for home much it would be and how long it would take she even apologized for the horrible customer service at the ocala location. So if you need a phone repaired I highly recommend going to the villages and saving you some time.
I had been to a Ubreak before in Orlando and was glad to hear they opened one in Ocala. Regina treated me exactly how you would expect to be treated and seemed to be very knowledgable. I would recommend this place to my friends.

They rescheduled my phone insurance claim multiple times, when i tried to go in to the store, they couldnt fix it because the right person wasnt working. Finally got it fixed but they told me to come back in an hour, they were closed when I got back, the tech did not tell me that. When I picked up the phone the next day, the battery was dead so I had to drive home and charge it to see if it was fixed.
