I was also told Id have service. I am constantly going around in circles trying to connect. 3/4 of my work every day us on internet/ phone. Also I didnt catch it at first but I always pay on 15 every month but last month I was cut off on the 9. I still didnt catch it . but then again this month? I got a message saying Im being cut off today but not due until 15. So my question is this. Where are my extra 6 days of service going every month ?

Was really hoping that Cricket would be a good experience, but all weve had since switching is problems. We were told that we would have reception at our home but cant make or get calls in this area. Also we switched to cricket because they had good rebates at the time, we sent all of our rebates off at the same time only to have the 150 dollars of rebates denied. Its a weekly battle calling cricket customer service with all the issues we are having.They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Most of the time I cant understand the person on the other line. Also when dealing with issues they tend to say they will call you back with a resolution, those calls never come! save yourself the headache.
