Went into the store to transfer service, get a new phone and combine accounts. Sales person was totally unhelpful telling me I needed to have my wife present when that was totally untrue. As I learned from another Verizon store all he had to do was lookup the account call my wife and verify the information. How is it the the other store solved the problem in 15 minutes and this store was clueless.I wont mention name of sales rep.or tech but it was NOT Zach.

Zach Gray Nick Lombardi and Tristin Gonzalez were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs as a customer and helped with every problem I was having. I will definitely be dealing with these guys for all my Verizon needs.Joshua Fafard (District manager) however was extremely rude. I asked how he was after he unlocked the door at opening (no other customers in the store), he completely ignored me and walk away to the back of the store.

I was having a couple of problems with a phone I’ve had service with for a little while. Zach Gray was able to help me out with resetting my network settings and a few other things. Zach Gray was wonderful at resolving the protocol incurred at the Verizon store at 2400 NE 49 Terrace. Jared Winston upgraded my I. 7. When I got home my phone would neither make or accept calls. I went back to the store and was told it would take a day to work right. The next day I still had problems and went to the Verizon store on 200 next to the neighborhood Walmart. Zach fixed the problem and was very courteous as opposed to Jared who was condescending and extremely ruddy.

Just want everyone to know if you are thinking of switching from sprint or another carrier I have a great suggestion. I did my research on several carriers. What was important to me was no contract, unlimited data and most important customer service! I decided after my research to go with VeriZon. I visited the office by the small Walmart and met with Zach Gray. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! He was imformative, professionsal and made me feel like a valued customer. So if you are thinking of making a switch go Verizon with Zach Gray!

Came in to get my mom a new phone and ended up getting one for myself. I went into the store to pick up a device we ordered online. The device was connected to another customers account. Zack the manager started yelling at me and kicked me out of the store, he said I was yelling and that I was threatening them because I said if they can’t fix the issue then maybe we should cancel our contract! Literally made me leave the store in tears After I explained I was not yelling I was talking because he’s all the way on the other side of the store and there’s music playing in speakers above us plus the alarms to the cell phones were going off. Very rude and unprofessional

Ray was my Verizon consultant. I highly recommend him! He was the best consultant ever in my many years of working with Verizon. He took his time, explained things thoroughly and helped me with everything I needed. I would like to take him with me to Atlanta so I will not have to deal with anyone else. This consultant deserves a bonus!

I went to this location back in September 2018 to upgrade my iPhone. During the upgrade process their internet kept going off line. When they processed my credit card they processed it twice(the actual charge was almost $200.00) I protested the charge with my credit card company when I found out on the next statement but TCC told them there were 2 invoices for the same amount and the charge went back on my credit card. I then went into the store and was told by the manager that he could see that it was a duplicate charge and told me they would credit it back to my credit card. It is now 6 months later and the money has not been returned. I go into the store every 2-3 weeks and am told one lie after another but I never get any type of credit, bill adjustment of refund. This is fraudulent activity and I will be reporting them to the states attorney. I would suggest going forward that you only deal with the corporate Verizon office on Hwy 200 near the Paddock Mall.

Excellent customer service from Ray. He took his time and answered all my questions, he gave me several options to help make the best decision for a new phone. After going to several Verizon Wireless stores in the last few weeks and having also called 611 over a dozen times, this was the best experience hands down.

Completely misled on their promotional program from last year. Tried upgrading to a new phone and was FORCED to spend hundreds of dollars more than expected. Not only was I told they couldnt do anything for me to make things right, but I also found out the same sales person who gave the misleading information was terminated for this same reason. And instead of making things right the manager basically said tough luck. Very disappointing!! Not even worth a full star.
