FANTASTIC employee that spent SO much time trying to get business support on the phone to help us. (32 min). Shame on ATT!!!!This gentleman should be moved to management as he did everything possible to make my choices personalized for me. I will always ask for him as I visit this store. Ask for Mike C.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went in to get a hot spot today. I was greeted after 5 minutes to them taking my name down and saying they would be with us shortly. After 15 more minutes went by still no one had come to us. There was a lady working there just standing around the entire time I assume to be manager and she didnt even acknowledge us. After 10 more minutes of not being helped we left. Every employee saw us walk out, they didnt say a single thing and didnt even seem interested in trying to keep us from leaving. We will never be back to this store again. If I could leave no stars I would as they acted as if we simply didnt exist.

I have been dealing with ATT for 50 years. Today I went to cancel ATT and I had a rep over the phone lie to me. I started talking to them this morning for a while before I went into this store. I was helped by Mike. Mike fixed my issue and reported the issue to make sure it doesnt happen to others. I have had the best experience I have had with ATT since I started at this store with Mike. I decided to stay with the company due to this interaction. Very knowledgeable and honest. Saved a customer today.

This location has a very good team. I came in to ask questions and Nick looked over my account and advised me to update my account. I really don’t like account changes. I always feel like everything changes but I don’t save any money. Nick assured me everything was going to work out. When said and done, I had the new plan and savings of over $50. Later, when our phones came in Nick was with someone and had two appointments. David was able to assist with the trade ins of our old devices. David was very thorough with our transition from X to 12s. He was tenacious on the account to make sure we got our full value. My wife and I wanted to get screen protectors. David made sure we got the right protectors and then acknowledge the “Buy 2 get 3rd accessory free” promotion. Both of these guys were great and on top, Steve the manager was involved to make sure everything was going smoothly. Steve was being proactive seeing that we were there a little longer than typical. Very pleased with our experience(s) and appreciate a “team” that works together with good senses of humor.

Be aware of sales rep Mike, bad customer service, promise to call us with the manager never did, and ended without trading promotion and no credit to our account for our 4 lines. Porting was a hell of process, took 4 weeks to get its right. Also cant go back to Tmo because porting wasnt completed before the remorse period, service at home after he said got better reception than T-mobile, completely BS... TMO full bars and ATT none or 1. Till today. Im still waiting for his call

Employee was very polite and helpful. I can understand that the customer, me calling AT&T to sign up online theres a long hold time to speak with customer service. But driving to the store exposing myself to covid-19 I shouldnt have to experience the same long wait time when the store employee called AT&T to complete porting my number.I believe that AT&T should be able to expedite the wait when their employees are singing up new customers.

Very disappointed that the staffs hands are tied in being able to resolve an issue Im dealing with. Not their fault. Its AT&T needs to empower the employees to take care and resolve any issue for the customers satisfaction. I was given cash cards for reimbursements but didnt realize there were expiration dates. I was dealing with death and just put them away until I went to use them and they were expired. I was told to go to a corporate store but according to the corporate store theres nothing they can do! Im out over $300!???? This needs to be changed and allow the corporate stores deal with things like this on a one on one basis. Staff was very friendly and felt bad they couldnt help.

I was told the plan i signed up for would be $127 each month withmy military discount. Aftet accepting the plan i now find out is $247 a month and no discount for atleast 3 months. Looks like ATT hasnt changed since i cancelled them 3 years ago.

I’ve contacted customer service in regard to my account as some information has been input by the at&t representative that signed me up. The employee in customer service, Erika hung up on me.During the call she appeared to be escalated and aggressive. Please have someone who is able to help contact me.The customer service rep accused me of not knowing the correct information, which is not the case.My work schedule does not allow my to visit a physical store location and my wife was not added to the account in a capacity that allows her to make the necessary adjustments.

Our rep J. Dow was very accommodating! He sold us four new phones and activated two watches and a couple IPads and then went above and beyond and made sure we were getting the best program for our needs as well as checking on our television service and high speed internet!!!!! It was a one stop shop. Also I wish other reps could install the screen protectors as well as he did. He treated every device like it was his own. Thank you AT&T for keeping the highest standard for your representatives and Thank you J.Dow!

I’ve been an AT&T customer for many years and I’ve never had any issues EXCEPT with the manager at this store. The employees under him are exceptional and understanding but he is the most unhelpful manager I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve had two issues recently that could’ve been easily resolved, but this guy is uncaring and rude. The most recent incident was the return of a $25 phone case that my husband purchased for me for Christmas. A week before Christmas I was involved in a serious car accident and was unable to get to the store until around January 10th. Raymond helped me and the assistant manager approved the return of the case because it was past the 14 day return window but I didn’t have my husband’s credit card with me so they couldn’t issue the credit. I was told to return anytime with the case and my husband’s credit card and they would issue him the credit. I returned a few days later and was told by the manager that I was past the 14 day return window and he would not accept the return. I told him the assistant manager had approved the return and he stated, “Well, he isn’t here and I’m not doing it.” Funny that they had no issue selling my husband a brand new iPhone 12 but won’t allow a return of a $25 phone case, totally shameful way of dealing with a longtime customer!

I went to this store to cancel my service on oct 2nd (within 14 days of activation) as I was offer a job that paid for my phone services. Everything was find and dandy until several months down the road I finally get a hit on my credit report that I owe them $833. I open the bill the phone I RETURNED I had to pay for it. I’m assuming the phone I returned was stolen by the employee. Calling ATT will update review. State police and my fathers attorney have been notified!!

I hope the manager sees this and acts accordingly. My mother came into the store to upgrade her phone (She had the s8.)Keep in kind that my mother has very little knowledge on how to set up and prepare a phone to be used and she has horrible social anxiety so this was very hard for her in the first place. Nicholas was the employee who came up to help her, my mother was interested in the note 10, she asked Nicholas if there was any she could see since there wasnt a display phone out, he said no, didnt offer to check another store the entire time she was there, didnt offer to look around at the phones with her and rushed her to choose, she chose the note 20 (Way over her budget.) He didnt let her see the phone in the box, didnt offer warranty, insurance, accessories, none of it. She bought the phone and he didnt offer to help her set it up, didnt tell her how to transfer her stuff, didnt even mention the SIM card. He simply pushed the box across the counter and said shes good to go. When she got to the car, she couldnt figure anything out or how to even get into the phone, so she had a breakdown and cried because she just signed up for a 1k phone that she thought she couldnt use. After she composed herself, she went back in and asked one of the female employees if she could help and explained what happened. That employee told her no straight to her face, all she did was switch the SIM. Didnt explain how to or anything either. I had to help my mother set it up the rest of the way when she got home. Jump to like a week and a half later, turns out he signed her up for the phone upgrade plan and insurance. (Keep in mind, she was not informed of this or spoken to about this.) After a call to the manager who seemed completely uninterested in the issue and a call to corporate, me and my mother went back to turn in her old phone so she could get credit to the overall price, we were greeted by a really nice employee who I unfortunately did not catch his name. He sat us down, started going through the process, examined the phone and said we were set, all we had to do was log into my moms google account and wipe the old phone. We had some issues getting it wiped so we went into the parking lot to leave when we then got into the account. My mom waited outside because she wanted to wait for that same employee and he was busy. Nicholas insisted on helping her which she even said she would wait. He sat her down and started examining the phone and said there was a small crack on the corner so he couldnt take the phone, after the other guy said we were good. This is when my mom started getting irritated and the situation got worse. Nicholas started to be rude and snarky with my mother. He stated again that he couldnt take it before saying that he could only give her 22 dollars credit when the other employee said she would get full. She was beyond confused and upset by this point and said to Nicholas that she had a horrible experience with him last time. He then proceeded to say no she didnt, she was smiling during their previous encounter and that he could prove it because they had cameras. My mom is very serious about Covid and kept her mask on the whole time during both interactions. She said she wasnt and Nicholas said he could tell she was from under her mask. My mother was fed up by now so we left with the old phone and just went without the credit. The old phone has more use than $22 left in it. My mom was so upset that she started to cry in the car on the way home because her anxiety was so bad by then. Me and her will never do business with At&t again after our phones are paid off. Any customers that are debating shopping here. DONT! Go to a different company. We are still confused why Nicholas acted like this on both occasions because while we were being helped by the first employee, Nicholas looked like he was being polite and professional with the customer beside us. He only started acting rude when he was helping my mother, which we suspect was because of her pride mask. (Im not accusing him, just stating.)

I called ahead and spoke with John who was super friendly and beyond helpful. my phone died suddenly and he helped ensure there would be a new one there for me when i got off work. the system went down as soon as i walked in, and John was very kind while we waited. Whitney helped complete my transaction once the system came back up and she got me all set even through the computers being incredibly slow and frustrating. honestly i have never had such a good experience at an at&t store, even with the technical difficulties. if i could give more than five stars i would! this team is awesome. if y’all read this, THANK YOU!!!!

Today was my 1st time coming into the Ocala AT&T store. We came in to look at the iPhones because my teenage daughter was getting a phone. Her father is a truck driver and stays on the go so he was unable to come in with her but he was adding her to his acct. Nick helped us with the process to get her phone and the manager was spectacular as well. We received excellent customer service here. I highly recommend anyone to come here and get a phone. I havent been able to say that about many places here in Ocala, FL. We were treated like royalty here. Thank You Nick😊 and the whole AT&T staff.

This place was the best. I was having a problem activating my cell phone. They called support and they were having problems activating my cell phone as well. But they kept at it until they got it all worked out. While I was there for awhile they never gave up they got their manager involved and at one point the manager and two associates were working to get me activated. Somewhere in their system my activation process got corrupted and would not let them go pass a certain point. Needless to say I now have my phone working perfectly. Thanks to everyone who helped me that day. You are the best.

Had the worst experience ever in an AT&T Store. As many times I have been at this location I have never experienced such unprofessional service from not one female employee but the second female employee as well. I guess when the manager is out they don’t have to be professional. The lack of courtesy and understanding when it comes to comparing phones was ridiculous. It was as if they didn’t want to sell a phone. We wanted to see a phone and unfortunately their displays were stolen, we ask does an employee own one we can look at and she said the girl you had an issue with has one but she isn’t going to let you see it. Geez. She told us to go to Best Buy so we did and I will never return again. Great deal at Best Buy by the way... $100 off the phone and waived some of the fees. Rudeness never wins. Thank you to those employees for recommending Best Buy 😉

About 6 months ago I went into this store to use the kiosk of my prepay. No problem then I walk out. Theres an older woman parked in the handicapped space says can you help me. I said sure, she said she could not leave the van, and asked me to go in and ask for help. So I go and inform an employee of the situation. She says, youre the 3rd person thats told me. Its against our insurance regulation to assist anyone outside of the store. So, I said, can you ask the manager to go outside and explain that to her. On my way out, I explained everything to the woman, but I had to leave. Wonder if she ever got any customer service at all.

TheRepresentative that my wife and I had when we visited AT&T to get upgrades on our phones was absolutely diligent and very smart! He knew his stuff! Go to AT&T and ask for a Errol. He’ll shoot you straight. If you’re coming there with confusing issues and you can barely get it out, he knows what you’re saying and will put it all into perspective for you even if you’re still confused because that’s how I was and he brought light to my worries! I was promised to receive the new Samsung watch and was being delivered to my house when I received it, I thought I had the new watch, until I saw someone else with the new watch and realized they sent me the older model, I dont know what is up with this particular corporate store in Ocala that they upgrade your phones without your consent and lie to you telling your going to receive something and you get something else, Ive never been so disappointed. They should compensate me in giving me what they promised and dont charge me for the upgrade.
