This store is amazing! I love all of the staff! The manager is so sweet & they are all knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store!

Waited for ten minutes to be helped. We were never even greeted. While two associates did nothing. Another customer walked in and was greeted IMMEDIATELY. Great way to run your business. Won’t be back. Train your employees properly. Customer service clearly isn’t important at this location! Unfortunately I can only leave one star for services your employees couldn’t be bothered with. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had awful service at this location.

An employee had created an account for me that I did not request. It generated charges that did not apply because I never was an actual customer. So grateful of Diegos (the manager at S Pine, Ocalas store), intervention in solving this terrible situation. His assertiveness and determination made the difference for me. 👍

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! The staff was really sweet and nice, everyone greeted me and treated me with kindness and not only did they take the time out to help me understand my bill but the girls helped me out solving the problems I had with my phone.

Don’t come to this 3rd party store, go to the corporate store inside the Mall, instead. I had a terrible customer service experience in this 3rd party store, they only care about selling. I canceled my account after only 1 day. Corporate sent me to the 3rd party store (893D) to get the activation fee refunded, however manager Diego denied to process it and her employee Nani lied to me. Very frustrating and dissapointing! I also noticed that on my receipt an employee signed the credit card transaction for me. Absolutely unacceptable!!

I came in the store today to try and pay off my phone because my ex wife tried screwing me over with the phone Bill . Blaśe and kortney took a lot of time and patience with the customer service center to try to help me out on getting my own plan after 4+hours of dedication we were able to get me on my own plan 10/10 will be back thank you guys for the extra effort!!! Much appreciated

This branch was amazing. The entire team working the store were so friendly and helpful when I picked out a new phone, changed my plan, etc. This store isnt in my home state, but I wish it were!

Completely loved this store, and the manager is too funny

They dont want to do anything other than sell you a phone‼️ never helpful and lie that they cant do anything but sell phones yet the corporate store explained that they get paid to sell phones so thats all they want to do! Cant even put on a screen protector correctly then complained about ordering a new one that she Ef-ed up.

Be careful with switching to T-Mobile I switched from metro was explained several times 90$plan would remain and adding 2 lines with insurance and a down payment I would only pay 140 a month first bill was exactly that then jumped to 200 I would have never switched companies I could have went to any company with excellent credit but wanted to stay within T-Mobile since being with them for 4years get your paying info in writing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love that T mobile have opened more locations.. I use to hate to have to go to the mall. The mall was always crowed seem like the staff rushed you but now I dont have that issue. I walked in told them which phone I wanted and I was in and out in mins... The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.. They asked me if needed anything else and even had me laughing loved this place... Fast friendly service!!!

The company is lucky to Sam. She was great at her job and a joy to deal with!!! WILL ONLY DEAL WITH HER!

Great service

Manager and asst were rude, and refused to refund a line within 14 day period, claiming they couldnt. When all other stores and 1800 number said they could. Were rude to my wife for leaving and entering store 3 times within a 2.5 hour period we waited there, claiming it ruins their rates.
