I stop at this location every few months on my way to Perry Florida. The staff is generally nice and the shelves are well stocked. I am disappointed that masks mandates were not followed during the pandemic. While I didnt travel much during that time (only for serious family issues) the lack of mask wearers in the store actually persuaded me to stop at a rest area instead of my beloved grocery chain.

This is for the bakery, though at this location I have had issues with the customer service at the deli as well. I will drive out of my way if picking up donuts for my coworkers or anything because the bakery at this location cannot seem to get it right. My sister ordered my cake for my shower. The picture on the right is from Winn Dixie, but she likes Publix cakes better. We asked Publix to make it and showed them the picture & asked for blue complimenting flowers instead of purple. THIS(left picture) is what she got! My piping work is equivalent and the colors are terrible! There is no depth, or details. So disappointed and embarrassed to have it out at my shower. I feel bad that my sister even paid for it…. Publix, just another nudge, pushing my VERY FAITHFUL business out the door.

Been going here for years. Very clean.. friendly staff.. And high quality fresh food. The seafood is very good.. Cutts of meat are great. Publix butchers always do a greatJob this is the only. Place i shop for groceries..

In general, I have found Publix supermarkets in our area to be cleaner, have more friendly and attentive employees and have a wider variety of products than its competitors. Its this Publix store that stands above the others! I feel like a part of their family instead of just another customer, no matter if its the bakery, the deli, the pharmacy or any other department I get that feeling. Publix at Foxwood Farms has become my go-to store for many reasons but I actually do think their slogan is taken to heart by each employee... Publix, where shopping is a PLEASURE

This is MY go to Publix ! For my sons 8th birthday he wanted nothing more in the world than a Loot Llama, from Fortnite. The employees in the bakery - NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME!!!! I wish I could individually thank each and every one of them that work in the bakery!!!! The cake was so perfect, I want to order another one!!!! If a custom made cake is what you’re looking for - MY Publix employees go above and beyond !!!! Thank you so much for making an 8 year olds birthday special!!!!

Nice clean stores.... but who the hell can afford to shop there! You pay between 20-40% more than at other stores. Anybody thats retired and on S/S or fixed income cant!!!!

Always love walking into your store. It is always clean and everything is always zoned nicely. I hate to take stuff off the shelf. But I do pull the next one forward. The only problem I have is that your prices are a little bit pricy. But it never stops me though. Walked in here and just needed fruit. Well I walked out with $75.00s worth. Keep up the good work. The front end managers need to be trained to treat customers with respect. Vanessa is extremely rude and accused my son of being a liar when he asked her for help. I will be following up with the store manager. The stores internal insubordination issues shouldn’t be taken out on customers. Train your team to have respect & integrity.

Vanessa that worked tonight 10/06/21 was extremely rude and inappropriate to my family members. We tried to call To report her behavior and was transferred to Mike a night time manager. He tried to defend Vanessa stating that other managers are doing things in the store that are against company policy so the information she provided was correct. We advised him that the insubordination of his staff isn’t the customers problem and Vanessa needs to learn respect. The correct thing for her to do, was to report to a head store manager and advise them that other managers are misleading customers and not following company policy. She had no right to act like she was on a street corner arguing with filth. She humiliated my family members and held up a line to do so. She was arrogant and took great pleasure in her disgusting behavior. She behaved as if she won a prize for being awful to customers. This is not ok and we are going to follow up with the store manager. You should hire people that know how to be professional. This isn’t Jerry Springer it’s a neighborhood grocery store where families shop. Vanessa needs to be written up.

In my opinion its always crowded...and shopping carts scattered throughout the parking lot by people too lazy to return them where they belong... despite the staff doing a good job keeping them corralled. Otherwise they have pretty good quality products except the fruits and vegetables which I would purchase elsewhere... overpriced and poor quality. Also in general they are expensive..if your on a budget go elsewhere

I find Publix to be more pricey than other supermarkets but its close to where I live. I get frustrated in the fresh produce section, sometimes produce is just plain bad and the prepackaged stuff often has very short sell by date. Unless were planning to eat within a day or two, itll often go bad.Need better quality control in produce area. Otherwise they have a decent selection of stuff to choose from but expect to pay more.

I absolutely love shopping at Publix. The staff is always ready to help and I am never disappointed in the quality of the products I purchase.

They are always nice and courteous to each and every one of their customers always attending to our needs. The only downfall is sometimes its hard to get stuff ordered in.

Ugh. I went through self-checkout because the Express line cashier was like, nope. I had about 25 items. Self-checkout is like self-conflagration. It was awful. The machine kept stopping me to tell me to skip bagging because I was trying to scan 2 items, one in each hand and the dang thing wouldnt do anything until I pressed the button on the screen or put one item in the bagging area. Who cares where I put it after I scan it?

Publix always has the best produce around. Store is always sparkling clean. Everyone that works there is friendly and always happy to help. Ive always left Publix with a smile. Great people, great service, great products.

All around great shopping experience. Very clean store...had everything I needed, associate overhead me ask out loud where an item was and he approached me and said right this way. Seafood gentleman steamed up my shrimp and was very patient with me while I decided what to order.

Love their buy one get one. And their sushi, is very good. Also, love their Wednesday $5 sushi

Was a good shopping experience. They were just out of alot of stuff like most other places.

We sometimes use Instacart for grocery pick up at this location - 2xs in the last month we got meat (once pork chops, once sirloin steak) that was not past the sell by date that was spoiled. Publix has got me for over $25 in one month selling bad meat! I would expect it from a lower priced grocery chain but not Publix. Not shopping at this Publix again.

I mainly shop at liquor store, because they are very reasonably priced and offer frequent sales on what I purchase. Being new to the area, I cant express enough how absolutely wonderful the employees have been, always saying hello and offering assistance. Especially the woman at liquor store,she always goes above and beyond. Really a clean, wonderful place to shop.

Customer service was at a low tonight. A cashier named Sheila in the speed checkout sent me away because she was busy, said Im backed up and you need to go to Isle #5. 3 more parties went through her line immediately after she sent me away. Calling corporate tomorrow.

The bakery made our wedding cake and it was phenomenal. It looked gorgeous and tasted even better. We got so many compliments from people who said they normally hate wedding cake. It was also half the price of those boutique bakeries.

I LOVE Publix! I am from Apopka where I always shop at the Publix close to me. I have been visiting here in Ocala and was thrilled to see there is one just down the road. I cant recommend Publix enough!

Shopping experience was good but Publix prices are very high. They seem force other supermarkets out of business and there isnt enough competition. I am now shopping at Aldis and Walmart mostly but they are not as conveniently located as Publix
