Clean store. As with most Publix stores, the employees are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable as to product location. If they dont know something, they take the time to locate an item with you or go ask someone. Prices are slightly higher. I choose the pleasant and helpful environment over saving a few dollars.

Loved shopping here... My favorite Publix so far.. was just perfect and clean. Fully stocked and the Deli is impressive, tons of food to grab and go .. everyone was nice so early in the morning

Wow! The most friendly Publix store Ive ever been in! ALL of the employees in the store I had contact with were very nice, all smiling and very polite. (thankfully all having a good day) The lady that made my wraps had much to share about the different ways to create a yummy sandwich. I enjoyed her conversation while she created my early lunch masterpiece. At checkout they moved me to another lane to expedite my checkout and someone came from another register just to say hi. They all made me feel like a celebrity in the store 🤣. I only visit this area occasionally but I look forward to going back ASAP! ☺️

I was a first time shopper. I had a lottery ticket, Josh and Noah at the service desk were fun and very nice and professional. The store is well stocked and very clean. The prices are fair market value. I bought many items and the milk prices were a bit high versus Walmart but the rest of everything is fair market. Very nice cashier and bagging associate. I will definitely return to that very nice and friendly store.

The bakery employee was very sweet! She offered to write on the ice cream cake I was just going to grab and buy. Always a great experience at this Publix

Best Publix around the area- to me.Great produce section, deli is top notch, all departments are well stocked with choice brands. Plenty of organics and green cleaning supplies. Good staff and super clean store.

This is My Publix. :) This is a smaller Publix so you might find limited or unavailable items here. Honestly, the only thing I havent found here is Family Sized Smart Popcorn. Staff are super nice and always helpful. Store is very clean and well stocked.

Prices have become excessive at Publix, they seem to think they are all that. What happened to the friendly affordable local grocery store.Where are the products that we like to buy and is not available.Its gotten to the point that we only shop there if we have to.Get off your high horse and come back to consumer friendly store.

Place is pretty nice . Just to not be bored I cruised around the parking lot for a few minutes with the doors all open in reverse while waiting for some groceries....lol no one seems to be to nosy or complaining Im sure theres been alot worse in that parking lot due to the Ale house being so close ...fun times

Good Publix. Perhaps a bit smaller than some but has all the good products and services. Great produce, lots of organic and healthy options. Great BOGOs every week. Excellent people. You may pay a little more than some competitors, but well worth it. Less expensive than Earth Fare.

Visited store to cash in some scratch off winnings. Less crowded then the On Top of The World location on hwy 200 Ocala.

They did away with handy cap parking and put in pu & go spaces .make handicap people walk when they have a hard time

Publix is always on its best behavior, young men/ women are pleasant and interesting. I always inquire of them what school or your career ambitions after school . Shopping is pleasant here.

I absolutely love Publix! Always top notch with cleanliness & the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! My only tiny complaint is that I wish the deli staff paid more attention to the online orders on the thickness requests of the deli meat & cheese. Sometimes it is perfect, however, other times it is so far off that I wish I didnt use the online service. But still not worth giving Publix anything less than 5 stars!

Churchill Publix off 17th street in Ocala,Fl. Has the best selection of groceries and their meat department has a wide variety of all meats. I love this store.

We bought chicken wings from Publix on 303 SE 17th street and they were disgusting. The wings had more chicken feathers on them than they had meat. It was so gross. We work on Sunday at Ford of Ocala dealershipand get lunch since we are busy until we close. We are not coming back there anymore for food.

Very clean, hospitable and superb bakery

This Publix is typical, but feels smaller than others.The biggest complaint is the signage. Walking in, you cant easily see signage where things are for departments. I needed a sheet cake tonight and saw no sign anywhere from the front of the store for their Bakery location.So, I had to sweep around the entire perimeter to finally find the bakery where a pleasant fellow put writing in a pre-made sheet cake. It was a waste if time looking and walking. All of the other Publix stores where I have been are clearly labeled by department.Kudos to the guy in the bakery, but how about appropriate signage?? Really!

The deli department is a joke. Two times in a row now ive preordered subs over an hour before the pick up time and it wasnt ready. The two women in front of me ordered online also and their ordered wasnt ready either.

Its Publix, so of course it was great. I chose this one because the one closer to my house is great but super busy all the time. There was plenty of fresh produce and deli options, and everyone was super nice as usual.

But we had a terrible experience with a deli associate she messed up our sandwich order something terrible and acted like she didnt want to be working and couldnt care less about customer service. My wife to kind of a person to make a scene. I was off getting other things we needed. Lets just say if she would have told me before we paid. Things would have been more difficult for deli associate.

Ive had a heat stroke and it leaves me dizzy and cant breath. I am so happy no one made me put on a mask. The mask makes it harder to breath and I become dizzier. I should not have gone out in the heat of the day but I was out of a few things. Thank you so much.

Top notch customer service!About an hour before my sisters wedding, her cake got knocked over. Desperate, my wife and I drove to this Publix, walked to the bakery, and asked for help. Tiffany, who seemed to be the shift leader, didnt skip a beat and, within 20 minutes, had put together a substitute cake (we transferred over the old decorations) and a sheet cake for serving.The result was perfect, the new cake looked beautiful, and the reception took place without a hitch. We are truly impressed and in your debt.Thank you again!
