We showed up late right before they close within about 5 minutes. Our server was awesome she took good care of us. The food was very good.

Publix is my favorite supermarket. What I like the best is the courtesy of the staff. The staff is always ready to help you and answer your questions. The young people that bagg the groceries are very polite and very help full, This is what make publix supermarket diferent from wallmart, Aldies, Win Daisy, and dolla stores. Went to meat department Didnt see any chicken wings so I ask. Mike, said that they didnt have any out, but he offered go back and wrap some for me.He did so and brought them to me down in the dairy isle. They were some of the the best looking wings I have ever purchased from Publix and I think that Mike deserves notice for being a valued, customer service, 5 star employee.Thanks Mike!

Publix is always a great option for dinner if your day goes awry...weve gotten delicious chicken and ribs several times along with yummy sides. Much better than greasy fast food.

Normally I love shopping here but today this cashier seems like he hates it here and made me felt unwelcome to be here.

This store is always clean, and all of the employees go above and beyond to help you locate items that they have on their buy one, get one free sales every week. Also if that item isnt on the regular shelf in the store, they will go back to the warehouse section of the store and look for it.

This is a very nice Publix. Its sparkling clean, friendly and helpful employees. All shelves are well stocked. They have a nice deli near entrance and a room upstairs to eat lunch.

I rarely shop for groceries, etc anywhere else. Employees are always available and kind. Publix is always rotating items, we get new things to try, their stores are very clean, management does a great job! Its a pleasure to shop at any PUBLIX!

This a clean store, well stocked. Staff is helpful and eager to assist. Masks for customers appear to be optional as I didnt see any mask required signs. The Publix staff does wear masks.

Publix buy one get one is a good deal when there is something worth while getting. Love their vegetable selection it is the only place I can find Broccoli Rabe aka Rapini. Their fresh breads are great recently tried their Everything loaf-its great with cold cuts and probably just as good with butter. Mmmm!

Rude workers at deli. Don’t seem happy and order was not ready on time. They had an hour to get my subs ready and wasn’t there when I went to pick up. Also order quadruple meat because this is what I was given. Absolute worst service and sub I have ever had at a Publix!

Store clean and well stocked. The deli area was very slow. One customer in addition to me and 4 people behind the counter. A young lady came by and asked if she could help. She went behind the counter and into the back and sentsomeone out to serve us.The food was excellent but the staff very disorganised.

Of all the Publixes (Publices?) in the Ocala area, I’ve found this one to be the best. Typically it’s a little less busy, aside from peak hours (around 11-4 on weekends) than the other locations around town. Due to its location and the neighborhoods in the area it’s typically families or older folks shopping here. I think it has wider aisles (especially the frozen aisles) and the deli/bakery/produce area is larger and seems to have more selection. Even the parking lot seems roomier than the other locations. It’s my preferred Publix, even though there’s another one a little closer to my house.

Its Publix. Best customer service out of ALL the other grocery stores. A little higher priced, but worth a couple of dollars just for the service. If you so the BOGO specials, then Publix prices are better.

Moving from Pa to Florida, you expect southern hospitality... but at a grocery store!!! They truly earned every right to use their slogan WHERE SHOPPING IS A PLEASURE! I go in there upset about whatever and come out like i just had a therapy session...I think they hire ANGELS!!!!

I have heard that customer service is the number one concern of this company. I am a witness to that. I was on a phone call looking for an item that seemed everyone was involved to find the item including the manager. I will definitely be spending my money there.

Joey (assistant produce manager?) was super helpful when I needed some assistance picking out flowers for mothers day. Im colorblind, so I almost always struggle to pick the nicest flowers... especially with all the pale hues. He was very polite and helped me pick some flowers that were a hit! Thanks, Joey!

Great place to get flowers. They have items difficult to find at other places. This is an upscale supermarket. They sell wine and beer. Great place to get a birthday cake and the will write whatever you want on a cake for Free. Good seafood and meats.

I used the app to order my sons birthday cake (24 hours in advance) to be picked up at noon got to the store at 12:05 and they stated they did not have a cake for me after telling the lady there was an order and giving her my information she finally went to the computer and pulled up the cake order which was there. she said she hadn’t even started it yet and we will take for a little bit of time. I wasn’t able to leave the store until 1243 both the lady who made the cake and the assistant manager had no concern that they were 45 minutes late with my order the assistant manager even told me that sometimes the list gets longer and they miss orders. how is that OK or a way to treat a customer who you are making late because you forgot an order.

Terrible wait at express checkout. Asked them to open another register. Manager Joe didnt seem too concerned with irritated customers. Poor management, poor people skills, very uncharacteristic of the Publix reputation for service and friendliness.

I know theirs lack of help...but I miss the help to the car....last 3 visits I had to put the bags in the cart after paying.

Annoyed cause they sent my scripts here and then decided my insurance no longer covers what it litterly covered a week prior.

It was a great experience because I got my first covid vaccine there today. The pharmacists are all friendly and courteous. In addition to that I love shopping there because I can always find things there that I cant in another grocery store. Plus, the quality of the food is great. I just wish there was a Publix closer to Marion Oaks.
