My local Publix love to go here for the deli sandwiches but have been disappointed twice or more times when there is no pastrami. Servers at deli always pleasant and friendly. Called in my order once spoke to josh one of the managers walked in about 30mins later only to find out my order wasn’t placed. The customer service booth always pleasant and fast. Checkout lines just as. Always clean place good music smiling employees isles filled. Love it. Gave it a four star because of the order not for filled other then that I love this place.

Employees are very friendly and courteous. The subs are great but caution order ahead if you can as the deli gets very busy

Publix baked goods are always great. Just need to have weekend meat specials like Winn-Dixie to get my business weekly.

Publix is a clean albeit expensive grocery store chain based in Florida. In my opinion, they are the creme-de-la-creme of grocery chains far superior to anything else in the southeastern US. But, as I said at the start, you are going to pay for that expectation as evidenced on your receipt. I only rate grocery stores, typically, from 2-4 stars as there is always at least one negative factor, and in this case, its price. This particular store is no exception...clean, well lit, plenty of employees to help out, and lots of selection on the shelves. If you dont see it, ask......in many cases, they will order it for you.

Publix is my happy place. Employees are always happy, professional & helpful. The bakery always has fresh cakes, you can tell the bakery manager, Paul, is very organized and cares about his department.

Ordered a strawberry cream cheese cake for my sons 16th birthday 2 days ago online and paid in advance. They waited until today....my sons birthday.....to call about 11 AM to tell me they are out of cream cheese and have been for over a week. This is frustrating but I doubt they realize we are the same customers that a few years ago found an employees melted mint lip balm in the bottom of our deli chicken wings we pre-ordered and paid for. We ate quite a few before we discovered it. The manager simply apologized and gave our money back. They did offer to make us new wings but I declined. Nothing else was offered.

Publix is always clean and good quality food no matter what your getting from store to name brand.

The deli in this Publix us the slowest Ive ever been in. People here making food are untrained and move so slowly, its painful. Dont come here for lunch if you only have 30 minutes. Youll be in line for that long, it takes them 15 minutes to make one sandwich.

Sub orders are never right. Waited over 15 minutes to get something at prepared food while she stood there and never acknowledged me. Hello. Bought hamburg there it turned brown in the refrigerator the next day and smelled discusting! On and on...

I placed a cake order here a week in advance. They called me the day of my son’s birthday party telling me that they ran out of cream cheese. Very disappointing!

It’s disappointing when you place an order with the bakery for it to be ready at 7am... then you show up at 8am and it’s not ready. Response was “we just got it”....Running late as it is and then have to wait another 20mins. Not to mention you have already paid for the order the previous night.Maybe the closer from the night previous should’ve communicated to the day shift a little better or day shift should’ve been more proactive looking for possible orders. Not sure...

Publix is a superior grocery store. Always clean, attractive, well stocked, friendly service.

The quality of the cooked food in the Deli has gone way down. Onion rings and potato wedges were hard and the chicken tenders were dry.

This Publix is my go-to place! Yes a bit more expensive than Walmart or say a Dollar General or Family Dollar. Not overly expensive, but hey it’s a supermarket easier to get in and out when buying groceries. The people are always friendly especially in the Pharmacy I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My doctors office failed to call in my prescription on time, and I was out of my blood pressure medicine. The pharmacist was able to give me three days worth until I could contact my doctor. Fantastic!

Walked in today looking for some black pepper and a few things at the meat department who were very helpful about questions we had about a brisket and method of cooking/smoking. Young looking Assistance Management Gary was very helpful on finding other products that we needed. He took the time bring us down the aisle and saved us a few more bucks in the process, Martha was very kinds while checking us out and the bagger.. Trevor seemed very nice also. We walked out while cart chasers greeted us and said their goodbye.

Store is laid out different than other Publixs, and weve had some bad meat department recommendations. Id rather drive across town and shop at Churchill Square Publix, Where shopping is a pleasure.

Clean and well lit. Logically laid-out. Produce is fresh. The Publix has about anything you could need. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Checkouts accept NFC payment.

The parking lot is unsafe. People park all along the front blocking the entrance to the store and the plaza. Now they have a vape store with flashing carnival lights and all kinds of weird stuff going on around. Very uninviting place. Management doesn’t care one bit. This is hands down the most run down disgusting Publix in Florida.

Everyone from the man who cheerfully and courteously sold me tilapia back in the seafood department to the cashier and bagger were so very nice. Several times during my visit employees passed by and smiled and nodded and said hello. That is not something thats unusual at Publix. It can be counted on.

Im always amazed at how helpful Publix employees are. This store, especially, must have superb management. If you treat your employees well, theyll treat your customers well!
