I go here alot. They have golf cart access for the locals. And a very excellent staff. I also get my vaccines at their pharmacy!

This “employee” was not asking guests if they found everything ok. This “employee” was not offering to help people to their car.Nothing brings a wider smile to my face then to see the self checkout empty and the lines with cashiers 2-3 deep.I know I can’t stop Publix for insisting installing these, but I can post every time I see one empty with people in line.I choose Publix for service. If I wanted to be treated like a Walmart shopper, I would shop Walmart where I would save money but I wouldn’t receive the friendly interactions.

Love our Floridas Publix Super Markets! Friendly, professional, and well stocked. Love that I can purchase the Publix brand of EVERYTHING . This allows me a little control over who gets my money AND WHO DOES NOT.

Publix is always made a terrific company. But today I was really blown away by the service of the deli manager Travis. Basically there was a problem with our online order. But we found a solution and he went above and beyond. It is really refreshing to get good, kind service specially during this covid time where everyone is short-staffed. It is easy for people to be overwhelmed and take it out on the customers but Im just really thankful that theres good people out there that work hard no matter the circumstance.

This is my favorite Publix. I’ve had multiple conversations with different managers there and they seem like great people. I have two children that are looking at joining the workforce and that seems like a great place to work

Deli close early! They are in a rush to close up and by 6 PM. When you ask for a fresh box of chicken they said they can’t do it because we have to order it early! Bad customer service and very Rude staff working in the Deli. They don’t even change they glove after move away from they working station. They will touch door, phone etc and come back and making your subs! The staff need some Serve safe Training or some course about food bone illnesses. Staff touch mask while making sandwiches. Please address these issues before someone gets really sick

Its a busy place, but always well stocked and the staff is friendly. Its my go to grocery store.

Scheduled appointment at Pharmacy, was taken care of an hour after appointment time. People are taken care of based on walk in time, no preference for appointments. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait an hour.

First visit, had pedicure & brow wax. Shop is extremely clean, liners in place for foot tubs, tools sealed in packets, everyone wearing masks. Chair gives back massage during pedicure, very nice touch. Selena did an excellent job on pedicure and brow wax. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this shop!I had a completely relaxing experience.

Employees are Always polite and helpful. I shop at Publix because it it clean and easy to navigate. My only concern is the public.My husband and I are fully vaccinated, I still wear a mask for 2 reasons. My husband and I just finished cancer treatments and our Dr said our immune system was compromised. Some not masked lean over me to get product. REALLY? Your old and retired Whats your hurry? My prayer is for ALL to apply the Golden Rule. Do unto others as you want done to yourself.

This store is clean and organized, aisles are wide enough for everyone, meat and deli counter look clean and well organized. Our favorite bread at the bakery is thin sliced Italian 5 seed. Lots of ice cream flavors, restroom clean and convenient for seniors, their main customer base. I miss the free cup of black coffee...

I will never come back to this store again. You need to have 2 people at the check yourself out line. When everyone one has a problem at the same time and gave to wait for ever. How ridiculous is that numerous problems. Nobody was happy in line when I was there. At 5:00 you need more help so no brainer.

Literally the 2nd publix I went to today that nobody helped or wanted to help me even after I asked customer service, I only wanted a simple question answered

Public has the best meats and fresh fruits/veggies. They are a little more expensive than everyone else but with it Everytime

Pharmacy very slow & no sense of urgency at all. Wife called in script refills told 2 hrs. My wife shows up 2.5 hrs later not completed, clerk said shouldnt be long. Over an hour later before it was done, unexceptable when told not long. 3rd time, rather them say 3-4 hrs instead of waiting in store.No drive through so not sure why waiting customers cant be more quickly filled & others done between those. May go back to CVS🤔

I love Publix. A little more expensive than others but a great store with friendly staff. You don’t have to go more than 20 ft to find someone to help you.

I only come to publix for pastries. I dont like going there much. Lots of old white people who look at me like i dont belong there. I really dont feel comfortable in that store. But they do have some nice fresh pastries so i go there. Other than that its a little pricey. I can get the same things other places for less. If you want fancy supermarket go there.

Crowded and always full. There are too many riding carts and too close to On Top Of the World. Otherwise the store is a 5 star. Just cant take most of the patrons. Worth driving a mile down the road for a little less headache.

Publix is a clean albeit expensive grocery store chain based in Florida. This particular store caters to the self-entitled On Top of the World residents who flock here in all their rudeness. I make it a point to try and avoid shopping at this particular location because of this fact. However, its great if youre a self-entitled rude person, yourself.

Publix at Canopy Oaks is a nice friendly clean supermarket. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is the ridiculous amount of parking spaces for golf carts. Ive seen handicapped people having to walk while golf cart people have the convenience of parking close to the store.

The employees in the packed deli couldnt have been nicer. Same with the cashier so friendly like they all actually liked the job an the people that shop at there store. So refreshing to have such awsome customer service.

This store is lovely, but its overwhelmed by the number of people using it. Shelves often empty, run out of sale items quickly. Its too bad it isnt larger, maybe someday Publix will realize thus area is growing so fast, they arent keeping up.

Very nice place and can get just about everything, however, the prices are getting to be somewhat out of reach for the average person. It may be time to skip the nice part and consider a more reasonable place.

Got there around 9:01 on Fri. night, didnt realized they closed at 9PM. GF needed last minute party favors. Awesome closing manager let her in, plus a few others after her. Great guy, and terrific customer service. Working years in customer service, I rarely ever did this for people haha (just wanted to get the heck home). I dont know who he his, but you got a good one Publix. A+.

Great place to get flowers for my special someone when I dont have the time to get to or my Florist is closed. They do have products that you just cant find anywhere else. Always great customer service.

No one here wears masks and after my first visit I caught a minor cold. I would avoid if you are super concerned about hygiene. Not the friendliest crowd as confederate flags are a frequent sighting in the area. In terms of appearances its your standard Publix.

This market is okay but they dont have things like Philadelphia they dont have great crab legs they dont have chicken hot dogs they got turkey hot dogs which are nasty..they never hardly have smoked turkey wings sometimes you have to buy big drumsticks.. their greens look like very old so I have to go to Walmart to get my greens

Just stopped in Publix at Canopy Square for a few things at the deli when I heard the nicest exchange between the deli manager and an employee. He was highly praising her for an exceptional job well done. He was so proud and complimentary and thanked her for her attention to the stocking of the cold foods at the front of the deli area.
