I love this store, everyone is always so welcoming, not to mention the store is always clean!! Even during rush hour every one has a great attitude. Staff is always available to help while making sure lines move quickly. 10/10

Clean store with friendly employees. Their pharmacy personnel are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Most of the customers are polite and considerate. An overall friendly environment which makes the slightly higher costs worth every extra cent

I love the customer service here! The employees in the Bakery saved the day by picking up a last minute cake order, after another Publix called me the day off saying that they ran out of cream cheese. Thanks guys, you’re appreciated! :)

Publix is more than shopping its an experience that everyone should enjoy & this Publix lives up to that... very friendly helpful staff... I wish we could get one in Waycross GA

Publix is almost always a great experience but lately the deli has been so slow and the customer service has not been on par.

You can never go wrong at Publix. The food is always fresh and staff is always helpful. The prices are higher, but the buy one get one items saves you a bunch of money. And there special buys are great.

Rude lady in the pharmacy that didnt want to be bothered w helping us in the drive thru but other than that publix is wonderful.

Avoid their potatoes. They should be covered so they dont turn green.Avoid the gluten free labels if you have actual celiac. Their food is mostly dangerous.The water treatment salt goes directly into the water system. It shouldnt be stored next to pool bleach.

Store was clean and organized. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Quick and friendly service at the Deli. Check-out was easy and plenty of parking at this location.

One of the best Publix stores around. Always super clean, well stocked with hard to find items. Fresh organics and healthy snacks. Employees are very nice, friendly and helpful. Its a whole nother world with this Publix vs most in Marion County.

This Publix is always clean and stocked with the stuff I need. If there’s something I am interested in that they don’t carry I can usually talk to a manager and they’ll try and get it in. Their beer selection is great and it’s always a pleasure to shop here.

This is an excellent store! The workers dont run and hide when Im confused and dont know where something is. They asked if there was anything else they could help me with! I cant shop by myself because Im disabled and they never act like Im putting them out when I have asked for someone to help me, other stores (not Publix stores) have! Produce is beautiful and so is the store actually. I moved here from far away and have shopped at other Publix stores, this is maybe the medium sized store and they have everything I look for and things that made me stop and say, hmm, if like that too! I always shop the bogo sales so Im always fully stocked and super prices!I used to shop at other stores for their sales but after doing the math and having frozen and canned items that were spoiled at the other Southern store who says theyre meat people- whose meats were subpar and after discovering that that big store that claims to be so cheap- even club stores- Publix pricing averages out pretty equally especially when you figure theres no spoiled stuff needing returned! I used to shop at the grocery that claims most of their foods are organic but became friends with someone who turns our to be a buyer for wf and learned that she believes the sales people who tell her what to but and stock Not her education or experience which she has none of in the food industry. So Publix it is and always will be!

Very nice and clean, good customer service, most products are very high quality and slightly more costly, but fair IMO, very good prepared takeout hot meals, etc. Pharmacy is very good.

This is a fairly new publix great store and knowledgeable staff. And as most Publixs great quality but it still doesnt beat the Publix at Church Hill Square. Please dont shoot the messanger. Check it out for your self.

Nice store but no customer service!

Stopped for deli meat. Wanted turkey for Roll Up meat-/-cheese things. Guy, rather the cut INTO the breast, started low on brand new breast, & wound up with tiny slices. Had he been customer oriented hed have cut it in half. Watch what you are offered or given at deli.

Always clean, friendly staff and they have the best chicken in town!

Really disappointed with this Publix. The vegetables and fruit are usually rotting. The meat almost always has fat hidden underneath it. BOGO deals are usually out of stock the day after the sale started. I understand COVID supply chain issues, but this was occurring years before the pandemic began. I feel like this Publix in particular doesn’t really care about their appearance or their service.

I usually live coming to this Publix but the pancetta I purchased last night ended up tasting really old and being stiff.

Convenient location but a little difficult getting in and out during rush hour traffic. Fabulous roomy parking lot and pedestrian lanes. Store is exceptionally clean. Friendly associates. Groceries a little higher priced than other stores but everything looks fresh.

Be careful if you are one who buys pre-made meals from near the deli, Ive heard conversations that employees were spitting in the food and some are poisoning the food because there is a local homeless person that goes there to purchase his food and they dont like him and want him dead FYI.

This is a nice clean store that is well stocked. The sale items were priced nice and every employee that I made direct contact with were polite and extremely helpful .It is conveniently located in the heart of Ocala on Maricamp road. All in all this was a positive shopping experience. I look forward to my next shopping trip here, and recommend this store to all.

This was my 3rd visit since Saturday and I was disappointed each time. They show a special at the deli and 3 times I tried to order it, it was out. I am talking about the grouper finger meal. The closest I came was Monday when they said a 15-20 wait. Saturday they were just out and today a 30-40 minute wait. Dont advertise a special if you cant meet the demand

Only 2 checkouts open. 4 people waiting in each line. Otherwise it was great, as usual.

Service desk lady was so rude. She didnt want to scan a few items i had. While there was long lines.After paying i forgot to get ice. I went bag to pay for ice she walked away left me standing in line. She just started to help bag for a cashier and the cashier had a bagger already. So rude. I went around 330 pm on sunday oct 25. So i hope management will talk to her cause i didnt get her name

Watched a young male walk out the door with something cluched in his hand, from the vitamin/yogurt isle, through the aspirin isle, pass the coffee maker and out the front door. He bipassed the checkout with one of those 5 finger discount coupons I believe.

Shopping in Publix has always been an extreme pleasure is the best place to shop for all things you might need for your house groceries air filters for the air conditioner cleaning items Etc the meat department will help you with your Meats cut your Meats to order the deli department will help you with the all needs everyone there helpful and will do anything possible to make your shopping experience a joy. Leah Lizzie Kyle Cody Stephanie Kent and everyone else I forgot to mention are always there to help you answer any questions that you might have.

Multiple instances of meat department product going bad within a day (five times in the last year). When returned I was promptly given my money back and told to have a nice day, even after requesting to speak to a manager.Insanely long wait times in the deli for meat and cheese, one instance of an hour long wait for a sub, and the hot case hardly ever is stocked to any useful degree.The store is generally clean and kept up otherwise, but Ive had way too many bad experiences over the last three years to keep going there. Visit the store in the Shores for a much better experience, or make the trek out to the Pearl Britain store for the best experience.

Publix is usually amazingBut lately anytime I come to this one... deli is broken down for closing several hours prior. Such as right now. Hot case not well stocked, sub station barely manned and half empty.I get trying to be effective in stocking etc but there are 3 more hours for this store to be open for business...? Come on. And I come here almost every day but you know who Ive never seen at this deli? Go figure- the 2 bozos pictured on the wall as deli dept manager and assistant.Hmm... go figure.
