I had some wobbling happening during high speed with my Ford Flex. I brought it in and spoke with Pete. He said is sounded like I needed tires or an alignment but would have a tech take a look. After just a short while it was confirmed new tires were needed and they noticed my oil change was overdue so I had both services done. My car is driving like a dream again! Horrible place, no organization and terrible customer service. I arrived 15 min before open and parked in parking spot waiting since there are no signs or info to direct you. A few minutes later someone pulled in front of service door blocking it. At 7:00am when they opened I got out of my vehicle and went to the door that was locked. Someone was inside but just sitting there. Finally after 3 minutes of waiting someone came to the counter and turned the computer on but never opened the door. Finally after another 5 minutes they came an opened the door with no greeting. I assumed I was first because I was there first but they took the other customer first and the person already inside was a different customer ahead of me. How did he get inside when the door was locked? While waiting 3 more people arrived and were taken in before me. I asked how much longer and was told there were people ahead of me and that I should have made a reservation but when I called service the day before I was told it was first come first serve for quick lane. At this point it was going to be another half hour before my vehicle would even be looked at, so I just left in frustration. Horrible experience and will never go back.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL....been getting the run around regarding a tire that should have been there for over 3 days!!!! :-(

I work near this location and often get my oil changed over lunch here. Every time service if just fine - Iβm in and out and the staff is knowledgeable. Today I called after getting my oil changed at another location because a few lug nuts were loose on my tire. I was greeted by the sweetest service woman I have ever come into contact with. She encouraged me to come in right away and they would be happy to get me in. When I came in I witnessed her deal with a few rude calls (because she was a woman) and other people waiting on service for their cars yet she never stopped treating everyone with care, knowledge, and kindness. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this kind of dedication to quality customer service.

So I went to get my oil change on a Friday. On Monday my husband went to change the air cabin filter and the engine filter they told me needed to be replaced. He found they unscrewed the covers, took them out and never screwed it back in. All my filters were hanging off and not secure with no screws in sight! I called and told the manager he told me to come right in. I had to rush to get ready for work, drop my daughter off at a babysitter to get up there before work. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for them to get my car in. BUT on my way out he said to me βSorry thatβs not how we do things here.β And that was it! You majorly inconvenienced me for something I paid for and that is all I get?! No hereβs a free oil change or hereβs 10 dollars off next time you come to us. I was hoping they would have fixed the situation and compensated me.

I always get great, pleasant service when I take my car to Ford for my oil changes. When it comes to anything else wrong with my Escape, I go to Burbanks Auto Complete. KW (Kevin White, owner), is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less than Fords.

Been here many times, all great service, but i called them three different time to schedule an oil change and ask about spark plugs I have not been able to speak with anyone nor have they called be back, I even left Alex the manager a voice message and nothing quite disappointed

I had a very pleasant experience here. Amber the person who took care of me was pleasant, knowledgable and got me in out quickly.
Went in for a simple oil change took over a hour. When i finally get back in my car there was a side air bag off light on. I go back in and a manager there says there is no way they did anything wrong and i would have to get it checked somewhere else to get the light checked out. So now i have to go somewhere else and pay to have my car looked at for something they did. Never going back there again i just wish i didnt buy my car from their Hawk ford.

I went to this location today thinking I would be ok as far as waiting there was only one person in the lobby and it was only 2:44pm. When I asked for a oil change he said I wouldnt be waited on until closer to closing which is 5:00pm. He said he wasnt taking anymore people and just had room for one person. Are we working solely off appointments or WHAT? I felt like the person I was taking to had a very sarcastic attitude. As if he didnt care and when asked for an appointment for Monday he said he couldnt take me until Wednesday but then when I said Wednesday he changed and said I meant Thursday. He was not accommodating to say the least and this is not the first time Ive encountered poor customer service from him. The best one is a very nice tall Caucasian guy with a full beard and has a bald head he always gives good customer service when I go. Naturally he wasnt there today. I will definitely try NOT TO GO BACK!!
Went in for an oil change and paid extra to have everything checked out. They said everything was good and sent me on my way with only a small line of text on my paperwork saying brakes need future attention. A month later there is a grinding noise from the rear of the car and when I brought the car back to Hawk they said my brakes are toast and it has caused significant damage to my rotors. It is unacceptable that if my brakes were in such bad form they didnt even think to mention it to me when I had them inspected a month before. This is the most recent in a long run of issues with this dealerships service department. Never returning after this $800 disappointment.

I just learned how to post reviews. Im starting with the places that had good customer service. I had to be towed to quick lane. The female service rep. was very helpful and the mechanic was able to find out what caused the problem. The rep wasnt sure about how long service would take, but she said they would work to get car finished by end of the day or earlier. The mechanic solved problem quicker than I thought and when service rep explained what was wrong I knew who caused problem. What I liked was the fact that w/o saying it she seemed to recognize that this was extenuating circumstances and she work with me to fix the problem not judge it. She kept me informed as work was being done and answered my questions w/o attitude. The mechanic seemed just as knowledgeable. I was pleased when I left. My apologies for not mentioning her name especially since she stayed a little over to help. If she should see this review its from the overstuffed car customer she had a little over 6mths ago. Thanks to her and mechanic,took a while but finally learned to post.

Used to bring all my Ford vehicles for service here for many years. Always got great service from Alex. But since this year began the service has really gone down hill. Back in May I brought in my Mach1 for the works service oil change I paid close to $80 which is fine but I wanted my car checked and fluids topped off. Well they didnβt top off my fluids. And for the last couple of months I have called to get my E150βs oil changed. No one ever answers, I have left voicemails with the manager Eduardo and he never responded. I recommend everyone take their business to McCarthy Ford. Where they actually answer their phones. And I tried to give them one last chance but as usual they never answer their phone so I took my business to McCarthy Ford and currently getting my vehicle serviced as I write this review.
The people take good care of your car
No one answers the phone, no one knows what theyre talking about. I get transferred to the service department, only to get a voicemail, where the hours are 7 to 7. Also they told me theyre backed up for 2 weeks, for something that is done at the Quick Lane. Id rather drive to Plano, where I got my car than deal with these people.
Waiting was too long? There were no Slots Open for Loaner Carsπ pricing is Ridiculous for Extended Warranties my Vehicle us only a Year old and Im Continuing to have Issues with the Car they give you the Run around on Solving the Right Issues?

I am so disappointed with Ford. I tried a different location & yet again was very disappointed. The bathroom was deplorable & the wait time is unacceptable. Every location I go to, seems more disappointing than the last.
