They were courteous, and professional.They let me know what services were needed and how much it would cost. They also used a coupon so I got a little discount. The waiting rooms were not crowded. Which is a plus during Covid. Also, I went on a rainy day and one of the staff offered to bring my car to the door so I didnt have to get it from parking area when they were done. These are some of reason I continue to service my car at Oak Lawn Toyota!
Joe and Frank on the service department were great. I did not gave an appointment, but a serious issue with my 2014 Sienna. I dropped it off before closing Friday. Frank contacted me the next morning with a diagnosis and repair estimate.I picked up my van Saturday afternoon.Everyone was courteous and professional.
I dropped my car off for the afternoon and had them call me when it was ready. Worked out great as I had a million things to do that day and my husband was available to drive me around.Received a phone call around 3 hours later and picked up my car. Great service and I would suggest trying Oak Lawn Toyota!!!!

The Service Employee was Keith and he was very professional and gave me a report at the conclusion of my appointment which was thorough and most accomodating since I waited across the property in the Used Car building, which I find quiet.

I called Toyota Service of Oak Lawn because I began to have major car issues while 300 miles away from home. My check engine light came on, and started flashing, the vehicle was shaking severely. I knew there was no way I could drive it 300 miles home in that condition, nor get anything done while I was in the Chicago area. I called yesterday just after they opened and was told the first available appt was Monday 9am. I asked if they had rental cars available (I hadnt been able to find any nearby on my own) and explained the issue I was having with my car. I was placed on hold and when the representative came back she let me know she spoke with Frank, a service advisor, and he let her know it was a major issue and I could bring the car in that morning and ask for him. I was so grateful! I was at a nearby hotel and risked driving it there vs getting it towed because I didnt have a lot of time. wasnt certain Id even make it there in the cars condition. Thankfully I did. Frank the service advisor was very pleasant and assured me theyd look into it and get me back on the road. They did just that! It took under 2 hours to diagnosis the issue (a bad ignition coil), get parts and replace 2 ignition coils since both had likely been replaced together in the past. I was so grateful to Frank for allowing me to come in yesterday and to the technician for figuring out the issue and repairing it properly! I highly recommend this place. Frank was literally an answered prayer!!
I had a very pleasant experience with Toyota. They recognized the issue with my tire and handled it in a prompt and professional manner. Thanks to having the tire protection plan, my damaged tire was replaced with no charge. Thank you Toyota!!
I Truly Appreciate the service that Joe always gives when I need to take my Corolla in for any issue. Hes professional and courteous he listens to my questions and concerns. Took my new Corolla in for its 5.000 mile maintenance. I requested an oil change be done at this time at my own expense. I was there for three hours waiting for my car to be serviced. The mechanic got into my car with filthy hands left grease on my door handle and hood. And then didnt perform the oil change. They had to bring the car back in further delaying me. I expect better from a Toyota dealership and will have my car serviced elsewhere from now on.

Everyone knows dealers cost more for services and Oak Lawn Toyota is a good an honest dealership. I wish they would include some of the little things for no cost..especially if you purchase tires through them.
They were professional and courteous. But they didnt inform me that they would be installing an air freshener when they did HVAC servicing. I am allergic to scents, and they should have asked before replacing this.

Joseph from the service department claimed I stated my battery was dead. I never even brought up my battery having issues. He told me I needed a new battery. He told me I needed cabin air replacement. I authorized the replacement, upon driving home from work the next day the air conditioner was making a loud noise. I called them back they told me to return that next evening (Juan the service manager)When I arrived Keith said there were leaves in my supposed newly replaced in cabin air filter. I park in my garage so apparently they didn’t clean the “leaves” when I had my original service appointment. They didn’t show me anything they just claimed that leaves were the issue. I now question the battery replacement since Joseph made the statement on my paperwork that “I” claimed it was dead. I had not been having any issues with the battery nor did I even bring it up.
Great service department! Do not try to sell you things you dont need. Will actually talk you out of stuff if you dont need it. Do good work.

Damaged wheel had to be replaced. The wheel, labor, and tax WAY OVERPRICED!!!!!!The car is my daily driver and I have a long commute. I need the car, otherwise I wouldnt have gone through with the repairs.They got me this time, but I no longer will be going to this dealership.Cant recommend this stealership.
My salesman John Beris went above and beyond for my Service appointment. He arranged the appointment, greeted me when I arrived, checked in my vehicle, provided me with a bottle of water while I was waiting, and then had the service people wash my vehicle before returning it to me.
Tend to talk down to you or not listen to you if youre a woman. Have had this happen on more than one occasion.

My Service guy was nice but Wow, $348 Labor for items i was told I needed AC odor eliminator $87.50 Labor part $35.53 and Brake flush $125 labor (Prices wasnt detailed while I was waiting) right rear stud broken? $4.71 bolt hub and $87.50 labor, now all this was performed at the same time 3 charges for labor ###lesson learned!!!!
