I am so happy we found this place! I have been going there for a few years now, and I love the service! Ive ALWAYS been wary of mechanics because I feel like they are going to try and take advantage of me. I have never felt that here! The representatives have always been courteous and respectful AND they did not make me feel foolish for asking ALL my questions. Never once have I felt like they were trying to sell me on something I didnt need! Actually, they have saved me money!!! I highly recommend this establishment!

I had to have a motor mount, a belt and an alternator put in my car. They told me what I needed for the car to work right. It was a little high price, but that was because of the labor on the Focus to get to the alternator and they did give me a discount. They checked my air condtn for me too. I was happy with the help they gave me.

We live in Nevada and visit our daughter and family twice a year. This year our a/c went out and side mirrors locked up. Last year our exhaust rusted thru, sounding like a tank driving down the street!!In both cases they took us in and repaired everything in a timely manner. They charged a fair price for their services and in both cases they completed the work in a timely manner. Their security on our vehicle was very good, inside a bay overnight, etc.I would and am recommending this family business to anyone, visitor or resident of the area. J.Whitney

I HIGHLY recommend Hi-Tech Auto! Rick and Melissa were extremely professional and took the time out to explain everything to me. I needed my timing chain replaced. They sent me pictures of that along with a belt that needed to be replaced. Rick explained everything to me in great detail AND I had taken it to another mechanic and he quoted me $400 more than what Hi-Tech auto did! This made my entire day. I appreciate the fact that, when I take my car in for an oil change, the mechanic looks the car over for any upcoming maintenance issues. Great service.

I had an appointment to find out the reason that my heat wasn’t coming on until 40 minutes or longer and 15 minutes in the afternoon. I took the car in and I was told that the heat is working. So, I made another appointment to bring it in early morning but by the time that I got there the heat came on. While I was there, It was suggested that I got a diagnostic test done which resolved the issue. Hi Tech is a very clean auto shop. They practice social distancing and wear masks. Customer service is great ( Marlo ) The only issue that I had was not being informed about the diagnostic test until the second appointment. That would of saved me a trip. By the way, the prices are reasonable so I will be returning for other car repairs.

Its hard to find an auto mechanic you can trust, Ive been bringing my vehicles here for many years, even when they were Meineki, theyve always been very knowledgeable and professional.

I went in for an oil change. Rick found that one of my, recently replaced, shocks had started to leak. He got a replacement installed in record time and best of all it was covered under warranty.

I have taken 2 separate cars there and both times, my cars were returned running smoothly. I’m top of that, they tell you about some things that your vehicle may need in the near future but are honest about it. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here as long as I’m in Oak Lawn.

The order for the replacement tire was made and I was able to pick the car up in two hours. Very professional by all staff members.

This company has great, friendly, service and when I needed a part installed, they were able to call part the service provider to speed up delivery of the part to their store to get installed.

Very friendly and helpfull. I got a flat down the street from the shop and was unable to get the wheel loose, they took the wheel off for me and put my spare on for no charge. I am very greatfull, BTW I took care of the tech that did the work.

I was referred to this place for my brakes. When I came in the place it was very clean. Marlow was very professional and nice at the desk. I had appointment at 8am. They begin to work on my car after receiving my part. I believe it was José who work on my car. He was very nice and he even check to see if I blew a fuse in my car because my cigarette lighters wasn’t working in my car. Which he fix it. My car and riding good. The price was very reasonable. I experienced great service. I will definitely be back soon for my oil change and front brakes.

The service is exceptional. They call you before work is done, send pictures of your car and what needs to be repaired, call you and explain in detail what the issues are. I couldnt be more impressed with this place and the manager, Morlow. I will be bringing my car back to them for oil changes and general maintenance.

3/23/21 I was having issues with my Jeep hesitating and stalling in traffic while I was driving, this was immediate concern for me, I pulled over and immediately called Rick and told him what was happening, he had an idea what the issue was but wanted to check to make sure. I had my Jeep towed to Hi-Tech where it was thoroughly check the problem was found and repaired. I trust my vehicles with Hi-Tech and I am confident I will get the best service.I’ve been taking my cars (3) to Rick for years and not only is the work good but the associates are knowledgeable, friendly and they will answer any questions you have regarding your auto. They will also show you what the issue is with your auto and give you the best price and they also offer a guarantee on their work. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee/tea/TV and magazines. I thoroughly recommend them and believe you won’t find better service anywhere.

Got me in earlier than my appointment and they never try to make you do all these extra things to your car like all other shops usually do. They recommend things you might need done and give you estimates of how soon youll need them done. I drive 30 minutes each way to use this shop and will continue to do so.

I came in for new battery and was done within half hour. I have always received excellent and timely service. The personnel is very efficient also friendly. They always explain what needs to be done and get it done in a timely fashion.I recommend this place to anybody that needs auto servicing.

So I normally go to three places to get car work done and think i finally have narrowed it down to Hi-tech only(formally meineke).The prices are competitive and this is the third time having work done and the problems were always found and fixed.Lastly I feel they are honest as i had a dealership tell me I need an alignment 3 months after I just had one and my steering is perfect.Hi tech verified i did not need an alignment.I WILL be going back.
