Good place, and good service my only eyes popping thing is that the price only goes up every year. Like clock work. I may need to move my stuff when it reaches my unaffordability line. Soon the way its going. But that is just my financial situation, if that is not too much of a issue to u, come on right in... It is a great and secure place.

Great staff! Vicky at the front desk was awesome, worked with us on short notice to get a locksmith to get into our storage unit, which we had lost the key for. She even stayed a bit after closing to get us a new lock! Would recommend.

I needed to store all the stuff from my grandparents house for a couple months. I originally chose this location due to its proximity to the location the stuff will eventually be moved to and they had good reviews. I was not disappointed, Nicole has a sweet and friendly positive attitude that made this a lovely hassle free experience. The facility is clean and well lit, and it seems like they run a lot of specials so it’s easy to get a good deal. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to for a storage unit in the 76180 area

They helped me save money by offering recommendations on box sizes as well as the other packing supplies. I was even able to get a discount on all my boxes! I ended up going back to pick up more boxes, for things I forgot about in my attic, and those ladies were just as awesome. They even remembered me! If I end up needing storage I will definitely be going to them! Amazingly customer service ladies, thank you!

I retained a unit here for 4 years and this facility was always well maintained and security was excellent. The on-site Manager, Nichole was very professional and truly helpful at all times. Her work ethics were above expectations and therefore allowed me to feel confident my property was always secure. I have also used this facility in the past and personnel have always been helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend to others and would use this facility again if the need arises.

I had I situation where could’ve easily been worked out. They did comp me one month but yeah if you only knew the regional managers attitude toward me. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. Two months after I had been with Them, went from 189 and that to 225 a month roughly. He actually told me to move out, just long story short. 100% I am not the type to even put a review on something. But this situation was wow. Regional managers name is Justin. Loved Zoe. Super sweet very, understanding where I was coming from. I was just trying to make sense out of the situation and he literally had no compassion whatsoever it was like I was another number. Never said I’m so sorry for your Situation, how can I make it better. Nothing he could care less about any of it. I’m sure he’ll have a different story but yet you I kid you not. I’ve never thought a regional manager would talk to the client or customer that way.

Horrible customer service and facilities. They raise your rent 50% every six months. Very dirty and the gates and elevators are constantly out of service. Poorly managed at not just the local level but also Corporate level, they don’t return phone calls and never answer the phone...

I have received nothing but great service from Nicole and Zoe since I started renting my unit. I rented a unit a few years ago as well. I have always had a great customer experience from this location.

The front office staff, especially Nicole, are fantastic, been with Public Storage for couple of years and recently had to change unit. Nicole was awesome it helping us locate a smaller unit with a great price. She provided exceptional customer service, and she is the reason we stayed with Public Storage on Rufe Snow.

Needs help with their customer service

Great experience setting up rental of new unit. I received a call from Nicole, the manager, after booking a reservation confirming that he would be coming in to look over the unit and finish the rental. When I was running late I received a call from David to make sure I was going to be able to make it in. Once I got there the service was exceptional. David showed me around the property with explaining all safety measures taken and walking me step by step. Overall, so far, I highly recommend this place! Friendly service, extremely clean interior of units and office, safety and security taken as a priority.

I went in to reserve a unit and Jon and Nicole were very friendly and patient since I had to take my 19 month old with me. Jon showed me the unit and helped me with the check out process. While checking out Nicole happily kept my child entertained so I didn’t have to chase him around while filling everything out. Jon took the time to make sure I was getting the best possible rate for the unit I was renting and gave me a really good deal! Overall they helped me save money and I felt very valued doing business with them.

My girlfriend has been renting there. The facility is always super clean. The people there are very understanding. And the cost is much better compared to others. 10/10 would recommend

I give Kudos to Jason and Nick. Jason is super awesome. I was dealing with an issue on my cell phone and Jason was so patience and very kind to me anyway. The process was so quick and efficient. I made the error of selecting the wrong size with the 1-800 representative, simply guessing what unit maybe suitable. Again, Jason was so courteous to me the next day and found a larger unit and he was also concerned with trying to keep the unit in the same area for me. Man-Jason is a FIVE-STAR customer service agent! Nick came into the office and he offered me clothing boxes for my hanging clothes. The application was processed quick and the showing of the unit was a good experience Jason explained everything in a professional manner. I love the experience I had at Public Storage with these two guys. I have never used any other storage place and with this type of customer service from Jason, Ill never will!. keep up the excellent work guys! The BEST customer service ever!! Brandy (with a y) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Sure made my move-in easy, her personality is soothing especially with the stress level that moving causes. I highly recommend doing business with them. Pricing is very reasonable!!:)

No assistance or leeway whatsoever during the peak of Covid pandemic. I was blessed to still have a job during this mess but due to Covid my pay dates changed suddenly, I now get paid on the 15th. I explained both to the office and corporate customer service that I can continue to pay as normal every month but I would need assistance so I’m not charged crazy late fees. They provided none! On top of having to pay an additional $168/mo in late fees during this time, even when my account is made current, the location manager placed a lock on my storage so I couldn’t access it even when my account was in good status. I was told that in order to remove it, I have to physically go there and purchase a new lock to put on.I am beyond frustrated. At this point, as soon as I’m able to get into my own storage which I’m overpaying for, I’ll be moving to a different storage company!

I went today to set up my unit. My family and I are moving to a larger home and we need to get our current home show ready for pictures and open houses. Tina was great. She made sure I had reserved the correct unit. She showed me the unit and completed the process for me with easy. She is a great employee. She was so friendly and likeable. I checked other places on the internet but initially chose this place because of the cost. I am glad that the customer service was great there as well!

Absolutely, the best experience Ive ever had when renting a storage unit. Nick and Jason were without doubt committed to providing the best customer service possible. We had reserved our PS unit via phone that morning, and had rented and already loaded up a moving truck - when we arrived a few minutes after closing time, they helped us anyway, staying well after closing time so that we could get a unit that night.That was just one of several ways they exceeded our expectations that evening. And the facility is easy to access, well-lit and clean - again, more than any other storage facility weve ever used. Jason you are so very kind to me and all of the other tenants. I would like to say to anyone that need a storage, go to the Rufe Snow location. There, you will meet one of the nicest people in public service, his name is Jason. He has helped me when Ive gone by and forgot my gate code, he actually came out to tap in my code, what awesome customer service. The center usually smell of lemon pine sol, and that is a very clean and welcoming smell. The three gentlemen there on Tuesday were very nice, and had smiles on their faces showing they cared about customer service. I have not had any problems there and I do not expect any, the facility is up to standard. Ive seen police patrolling the area several times Ive been at my storage in the evening. As I say these wonderful things about Public maybe they will give a small incentive to long term tenants sometime, for making their company boom with business. I would love to experience that. I was pleased with my customer representative Lillian. She was overwhelmed with online cancelled reservations and walk in customers. She was very professional and pleasant through the caos. The storage unit is clean and affordable. I am pleased with this place and staff.

This place reminds me of the last scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark. There are seemingly endless rows of doors. I had the feeling that my precious cargo would disappear from public view. The building itself is three stores tall and appears to have a masonry exterior. This would make the facility more resistant to the occasionally destructive north Texas weather. The building has a sprinkler system, and some (maybe all but I didnt check) units had electronic monitoring.The upper floor units are noticeably less expensive than the ground floor units in this property and in the area generally. Tina was sweet and very helpful. She showed us a climate controlled 10x20 on the 2nd floor, but it was our first day looking for a storage unit and we did not reserve it. Jason to the rescue.We needed to start moving stuff out of the house now. Jason put us in a 10x10 climate controlled in the building most likely to have a 10x20 come available.Many thanks to Jason and Tina for their help.

Have to say one of the best experiences I have had renting a storage space. Whitney answered all my questions quickly and so kindly. I was a bit nervous about leaving my sentimental items in a random place but Whitney made me feel so comfortable about the whole situation and Nicole was right behind her backing her the whole way to make sure I got a great deal. I would definitely have to recommend if you are storing any personal or sentimental belongings like I did to take it to this location and talk to Whitney and let them do their thing. Also recommend you use their locks so you dont have to worry about anything getting broken into worse case scenario. They were much safer than what I brought. Thanks Whitney, and you too Nicole!

I have had a unit here 3 or 4 times over the past 15 years. They are always pleasant, helpful, and professional. Jason is the best! Jennifer is helpful too and my favorite is a black lady whose name I cant remember. She is very personable.
