Outstanding experience- consistently in every way! Beautiful facility, 24 hour access. Entry to the parking lot requires password! Climate controlled. Several sizes of units. Personnel above and beyond in courtesy, knowledge, available for assistance of any kind!! You couldn’t do better.

I have stored with life storage for a few years now and there has been one employee who has stood out so much. I was going through some personal issues regarding the contents of my unit and Marilyn Morgan at LS203 was so much more than helpful! She made sure that if there was anything she could do to help in my process to let her know. She was so endearing in all the interactions we had! If I ever have the need to store again, I will definitely be coming back to see Marilyn!!!

When I got back from a three week trip my car was infested with rats and I was guarantee that they do not have any kind of rodent problem because I asked ahead just to be safe. Everything completely changed once I had a problem from the demeanor of the representatives on the phone to the amount of time that I was put on hold and when I got to the top top level I was told to kick rocks and then when I mentioned that my dad‘s lawyer the treatment changed a little bit but I was still not taken care of. I just wanted the damage to my car fixed because having a rat infested facility is not some thing that should be acceptable but they told me that legally they don’t have to have a rat free facility. I noticed rat droppings all over the place on their facility

Everyone here is so helpful and patient. Even with the virus bringing even more challenges they helped me get into my unit quickly. Customer service is very important to me and they went above and beyond. Once I left my unit unlocked and they put a wire thingy on the latch until I could get there to put my lock back on. Highly recommend the staff.

When you think of storage places out think of them as dirty and trashy but this place is CLEAN. From the bathroom to the storage units to the office it’s clean and always smelling good. I plan on staying for a long time even though there are places closer to my house.

Susan and the staff are fantastic! Ive been there over three years and they are clean, well maintained and VERY accommodating for businesses. The security is top notch with keypad entry and exit, cameras and the place is VERY WELL lit at night.

I have been storing my treasures here for over 5 years. This facility is always clean and very secure. The gate is always functional and the whole place is well lit. I have a climate control unit and temperature inside is perfect for storing my things. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

I had to visit today to check on the company storage space. First time there so cant say to much about it. It appears to be well maintained though. I had a small issue and the young lady that was working was able to take care of It quickly and I was able to go about my business with no trouble. If I was looking for a reasonable place to store things I would stir them here.

Good price for what I was wanting and the employees are absolutely wonderful especially Mrs. Marilyn Morgan, she is such an outstanding employee and has gone above and beyond her duties and words can not describe how she treats everyone, just absolutely wonderful :-). Life storage needs more employees like her there

My experience was great

Excellent all the way around. Got there at closing time but they still let us get all the paperwork done and set up. We were even allowed to park our 26 rental moving truck overnight, that we had driven from Washington State, was there and ready to unload the next day. Awesome service.

Well, where do I start. Lets start with the staff. Top notch amazing down to earth staff! They were so friendly and nice. the process was simple and quick. The location is very clean and even the grounds look great. I felt safe with my belonging at this location. I will definitely store with this location again!

The whole team at Life Storage on Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills were excellent when it came time for me to upgrade to a larger unit theyre very helpful we had a lot of laughs and they were very professional they werent like other places that I rented from in the past that just want your money and lay down a bunch of rules. Life Storage will be the only place I store from for a long time to come Im glad that I rent from Life Storage and Ill give them a 5-star rating

After numerous calls I had made, I happen to call this location to get info about renting a moving truck. Miranda offered me a solution(which I had not considered) that absolutely did that! Decent prices friendly staff and you can get in your unit until 11pm about the only complaint I have with them is I do not understand why they dont let you use the dumpster it is pretty common for us to need a dumpster especially if we break something which definitely could happen. other locations have trash cans or dumpsters for their guest so this is something I just dont understand. if its not there for the property tenants I guess its just an employee one then. it has a big huge sign says do not use and its always locked so management we need a dumpster dont you think. doesnt our monthly rent help pay for that dumpster? this is like having an apartment complex with no dumpsters really doesnt work out that well. well o will update my review if I get a response or see what corporate says oh also at night time not a lot of lighting and none in your unit at all I have to use my car lights to see in the unit. we should have lights as well dont you think makes sense to me to have suffered lightning in order to see even on a timer would be better than nothing and cameras on each building would be good
