I’m a truck driver so gone a lot and keep my show truck in a unit. Price are ok and 24 hr access is a definite plus for me. I’ve had a unit here for 1 1/2 years no problems

Shout out to Joy at the front desk! She was incredible. We really appreciate her filling our needs with storage.We originally had a unit down the road at a big uhaul center, but were sent here because they ran out of space. Couldnt have worked out better. Got to avoid all the crazy lines at the center and get more service.Thanks again Joy! God bless!

These are the rudest people ever like the whole family they never answer the phone or maybe when they need business they do who knows... they are just so uncomfortable to deal with they are always out of office it’s weird they could care less and it shows WHY DEAL WITH THAT WHEN YOU CAN JUST PAY 5 -10 bucks more for professionalism.... The good reviews about this place must be from them themselves who could be that happy with this place

This place is a joke! They play all kinds of games! Adding and subtracting 24 access that has been paid for sense day one! Calling police on costumers for know reason! Left the police scratching their heads! Place is in disrepair! With all kinds of safety and fire violations! Randy a manager has know idea and should be fired fast!

I had a unit here for more than 3 years and they were always helpful and had no issues. Move out was simple and uncomplicated.

I never leave reviews. But something has to be said. I got a free month at this site for using Uhaul to move from San Diego. First month was fine, I was late on a payment and that was my fault, but no problems came of it.However, the problems started when I tried to check out of my unit. I called to try to close out my unit the day before my rent was due (6/28/17) and couldnt get a phone call answered. I kept getting a call center. Call center tried getting me connected to a manager with no success. The next day (6/29/17) rent was due so I stopped by the site on my way to work to physically check out and no one was there. I called on my lunch with no success of reaching anyone. Call centers connected me to customer service. Sat on hold for 40 minutes. I finally got a hold of someone who closed me out of the unit and told me I had 4 days to get my stuff out of the unit. Well, today is (6/30/17), apparently day 1 of my 4 day cushion to move out and who contacts me? The manager Randy to say I moved out but left the lock on and if I dont remove it theyll continue to charge me rent!!!!! Are you kidding me?!This location is a sham. A joke. Terrible customer service. No communication unless they have a chance to collect money from you. DONT use them.

Reserved (and confirmed) a 10X30 unit and, when we arrived from Atlanta, GA, they had given it to someone who walked in off the street. Randy gave us 2 9X14 units, one free for 1 month, the second one for 2 months. When I wanted to give the second one up, he wouldnt apply the free month to the first unit. Even though we have rented two trucks (so far) for our move!

Great storage place with good prices. They don’t have very big indoor storage but I got 3 in order to fit my needs.
