Getting flu shots here takes several hours. I would avoid this location if possible.
Prepare to be robbed by their pharmacy. They cheerfully fill prescriptions for JPSConnect patients, they just dont honor JPSConnect pricing. So if you are a person with no income, like me, this is what they will do. They will fill the prescription from JPSConnect even though they dont honor JPSConnect SO YOU CANT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Then after youve waited SIX HOURS for your meds, they will tell you that you cant have your medicine until they take your money...which you dont have...BECAUSE YOU ARE UNDER COVERAGE FOR A COUNTY HOSPITAL. And of course Walgreens already knows this since the prescriptions CAME DIRECTLY FROM JPS. They just dont give a fxxk.
Very nice pharmacy staff
Drive thru is terrible i waited over a hour.
I approached the Beauty Counter and waited for the employee to finish with a customer before asking the lady at the Beauty counter if she had fragrances by a particular designer. She pointed to the locked case and said, Yes, they are right here. Seeing what I wanted, I was about to ask her for the fragrance. A man approaches, ignores me standing there and asks the woman if he can check out at that counter since he and his wife didnt want to stand in the line at the front. With no regard for me or that she would be happy to help them once she finished with me, the woman tells him, Yes. and proceeds to checkout the man, leaving me standing there wondering, What the heck just happened here? Wasnt she helping me? How did we move from me about to ask for a fragrance out of the locked cabinet, so I could make the purchase, to standing there waiting for what I now perceive to be a quite rude man and his wife to get checked out, by a customer-service-clueless employee. And I still dont even have the fragrance so I could purchase at another counter...like the pharmacy, photo or front counter to purchase? The beauty counter employee looks over at another Walgreens employee across the aisle to share that the line in the front was moving slowly. Neither of these two bother to call for help at the front. Thats when I realized that my transaction would have been completed rather quickly, while the rude people (employee and customer) were still trying to check out. I left the counter with intentions of picking up the one other item I came for. The employee turns to tell me I can come back to the counter any time. WHAT???!!!! She moves in front of me someone who did not want to wait in another line, she does not acknowledge that she has made the non-medical emergency decision to put someone before me, she makes me wait, and then spills a quip like that! That was the deal breaker for me! No Maam! No, thank you! I will not be returning...not to the counter and not to that particular Walgreens store, ever!
Yikes! Well, the good things here outweigh the bad by a lot - friendly people, clean, and well stocked. The only caveat is this: if youre paying via debit card, the way their system works is it charges every penny you have in your account - and if the amount is over what your balance is, it STILL takes everything down to zero and then asks you to pay the difference (instead of declining the transaction).Example: today I went in for cat food & extra big band-aids. They were both supposed to be on sale. I knew my secondary bank account only had $13 & change, but the sale proces would put both items at $12 something with tax. When I checked out, I wasnt watching closely and the cat food rang up at regular price. Even though the $14.43 debit was more than was in my account, the system charged my account down to zero, then asked me to pay the balance (less than a dollar). It got worked out easily, but it did occur to me that this is an issue that could easily cause someone else big problems. A difference of even $5-10 can be a big deal to people on a restricted budget, and since this is NOT the usual way debit cards work, it would take most people by nasty surprise.Just a heads up! Not a reason not to shop here at all - just keep an eye on the total and know your balances!
Always consistent, friendly and fast
Went in yesterday for some toothache medicine, and approached a pharmacist and one of the Isles. No greeting or acknowledgement as I was trying to explain to her what I was looking for, very rude. Another employee had to come up and help me find what I was looking for. Please teach some customer service and courtesy skills
Ok listen.. this is going to be a short review rather than a novel. The fam and I recently moved to this area so I’m happy about this particular Walgreens being our “go to” quick shop. The employees are super friendly and I am pretty impressed with their variety of grocery/beauty supplies. There’s plenty of parking, convenient hours, nice, clean, well stocked! Cannot ask for more than that. Thumbs all the way up🙋🏻♀️
They always have what Im there for and the service is always friendly and helpful.
I had 2 prescriptions there, went paid and got my bag. Looked when I got home and saw I only had 1 prescription. I called and they swore they gave me both of them. Yes, they took my license, because the one missing is a controlled substance, but I didn’t get my sleeping meds. Check your prescriptions before you leave because some one is pocketing pills! I suffer from chronic insomnia.
When I visited this store with my teenage daughter and her 2 friends, they were shopping while I was printing pictures. The Manager went to the front of the store and along with the cashier, was talking about the girls trashing the store . When I asked him to SHOW ME what they messed up, there was not one thing out of place . He told me they were picking things up and putting them down. They were shopping... I tried to explain that when he says these things LOUDLY, he gives other people the wrong idea about these kids. I really hope that the fact they were girls of color had nothing to do with this. We did not even get an apology.
Great store however Carlos their employee need to change his attitude. Hubby buying a lot of breakable and needed extra sacks. He didnt seam like he wanted to help. Even walked away.
This one star goes to the pharmacy. They love to close an hour earlier than usual on Saturdays because they wanna go home earlier. My son needs his medicine. Thanks Walgreens.
Tells me my sons seizure medication is in stock and ready in 30 minutes. Show up, wait, and find out that they dont have it in stock.Dont tell someone who desperately needs their medicine its in stock and it isnt! This isnt the first time this has happened.
Top notch pharmacy staff. They always do a great job to fill my order fast and accurately.

They always have everything I need
Great pharmacy with an understanding and reasonable staff
This place is the worst! You can never get them to answer a call. They are rude when you pick up your meds. Use some place else!
Gave me a lot of help to get multiple prescriptions for my sick mother, right before the pharmacy closed.
Their service is good.
Great staff
Clean store
