Not sure who they had working today but I have never been treated so horrible. I understand the coronavirus is going around but if someone (wearing a mask)comes into your store please dont tell them they need to hurry as soon as they walk through the door. You definitely should not tell them to their stuff and go. Of course I didnt get anything I just turned around. Why are they open if they cant service anyone? If you are afraid close the store.

Purchased a ponytail from here two days ago, noticed that the color was too dark for my daughters hair. Went into the store to return the ponytail and the guy working the register stated that they do not do refunds or exchanges on ponytails. Then he proceeds to say “you should check that next time” very rudely with his arms folded. I stated to him that the comment was not necessary and that a simple we do not honor refunds and exchanges was enough. Will NOT ever shop here again!!!

Never again will I visit. The store has little of nothing. I looked and looked but left with nothing.

Claim they open at 9am but nobody ever shows up till about 9:30. Not that many hair selections

Honestly the prices are very high and they don’t have a lot of variety. They do seem nice though.

Everything was pretty much 99cents. Very small and organized store

Not able to accommodate me. Does not have compatible hair to match mine. Prices too high human hair and synthetic. Only a few limited selections
