Dollar General always have dollar items so neat and awesome. Need more stores put one on Rosedale west run family dollar store out of business. That in Fort Worth

Ken is a great employee!! Im a cancer survivor, limited strength..he carried my bags to my car for me.He did so with a big bright beautiful smile. Such a kind hearted beautiful young man!!!He deserves to be recognized!!!

Huge metal bins stacked with merchandise on every isle so you could only shop half the isle. Not like it was almost closing time and they were stocking..no this was 2:00 in the afternoon. I took my disabled elderly mother here to shop because its close to her home. She couldnt get into the isles to shop with her walker. I couldnt help because i couldnt get past the huge metal bins that blocked my path. Update with photos below..went again yesterday..same experience.

This is a great little neighborhood store. They have just about everything except fresh produce. It is tight on space inside and gets pretty busy so the checkout lines can be long. Still. Id rather wait in line than drive the extra miles to get to a larger store when I just need a couple of quick last minute items.

Whatever Marquis is getting paid its not nearly enough. His customer service is some of the best Ive seen. He treats every person with the most genuine courtesy and kindness, truly exemplary. Quite frankly his pleasant attitude is the reason I go to this location instead of the one closer to my house. Give that man a raise!Store is cluttered, though, and could probably use some more staff.

Cheap and fresh during the Covid, especially recently. Not everything is a dollar but close enough and the quality is there. I will continue to buy things that I need from here.

Good deals for coupons. Average to lower pricing. Most stores are generally messy. Customer service is pretty much as expected. Customer service at the corporate level has been a good experience for me in the past. Generally willing to help out to make sure the customer is happy and will continue to shop at the locations. Parking has never been a problem as most stores are located in a strip shop mos of the time. I do pretty well getting deals using their app for coupons and using manufacturers coupons.

Close great sales and mine is open till 10 pm

The staff was excellent. Could not have gone to a better Dollar General based on how the mgr and staff made us feel while shopping there. The BIG uggh ....no one wore face mask or gloves in view of the fact that there is has been a spike in new Covid 19 patients for this area in Texas. Guess its not important that we wear them since the man in the white house nor the staff or most customers at this DG Store worn protective apparel while we shopped there. But dont take my word, just as to see the DG store video for Sat between 12:45 and 2 pm that all DG retain for future use.

The employees here are amazing. They do appear to be short staffed or very under managed because the store is usually a mess. Where is the District manager?? Regional Manager? Also these employees could use a register that works efficiently. The one closest to the door could use a tune up. Managers stop by Dollar Tree up the road and see what a well stocked store should look like. Help your employees out.

Its a very crowded dollar general. The lanes are close together and the store itself feels very stuffy.The associates are fine no real complaint there. Nothing sticks out as amazing or terrible, besides the store is cramped. Avoid if you have claustrophobia

The store is small and cramped but they always seem to be stocked well which is good for my couponing. The digital app is wonderful for great savings and #Nathaliasaves on Instagram can guide you to great savings for this store and Family Dollar.

Over priced and over stocked. You can barely get through the store because of items everywhere in the isles. Needs new management that knows what they are doing and orders appropriately for the space they have making it more shopper friendly.

This is a great Dollar General location. All of the women that work there are friendly and go above and beyond the basics to make things run well. As an example, on Labor Day I ran in to grab some things and found the shelf empty of corn tortillas. One of the girls stopped what she was doing to go get me what I needed! (Had she not, Id have had to go to Walmart... Enough said.) This place makes my weeks less stressful.

I love going to Dollar General on Davis Blvd, NRH,TX they are friendly and welcoming Everytime I come to the store and very helpful from Staff to Managers!

The Davis Blvd store is extremely cluttered and dirty.It was fine before they remodeled, after which it became an awful place to shop.I used to love going there, now, not so much.I hope they can get it together and make it a better place for the community.

This place is dark, with small isles, and very little for just a dollar. They make you think youre getting a deal with low prices, but then youll notice that the packages are smaller or number if items fewer. When you look at the oer item or per ounce cist, prices are better at Kroger.

Always within a buck or 2 of Walmart prices...and you dont have to go to Walmart. BONUS!!!

The food selection is a much better than out used to be. They sell beer and cigarettes now. I seldom speak to anyone who works they anymore. But it is great for a fast in and out.

This place is a mess. Rudest employees EVER!! Youre better off to go to the one by Kroger on Blvd 26 those employees are the best.The burnette manager at this store leads the pack. Ive watched her engage with anger customers many times. She is not professional, inexperienced in how to handle situations obviously.

Cluttered and employees did not seem to care about their own personal appearance let alone the disarray of the store! My purpose in visiting was to pick up money via Western Union and was told their location Western Union Services only work via the Western Union App.

I like the store, they just need to hire more help, one cashier is just not enough. Theres always a long line of people waiting to be checked out. One person can only do so much.

Could use some updating. Its crowded and unorganized. They dont have bathrooms. The employees seem to not care about the store value. I think its a place for quick stop for convenience of certain necessities you need rather than going to a big store like Walmart or Kroger and be stuck in long lines.

This store is always so clogged with carts of merchandise that needs to be stocked that its hard to get around.

This is a fun place to go through and browse. My children always love seeing what they have in stock, but that also means a lot of Mommy I want this! Oh mommy buy me this pretty pleeeaaase! LOL. Their products can range from fairly pretty good to break the next day in terms of being sturdy, but I expect that from anything with dollar in the store name. Having said my previous statement, I will say there are plenty of items I have purchased here that have held up well, better than any other stores with dollar in the name so far. Point in case, I have a set of sheets that while not the most luxurious sheets ever (not that you would expect luxurious sheets from a bargain store like this) are comfortable and have held up very well for somewhere between 15 - 20 years. I apologise for the date spread, Im not entirely sure when I purchased them. Overall this is a good and fun store to go to. One word of warning though, do some research before shopping here. They have wonderful deals, think sheet sets, clothing, and other things, but they also sell things there at a higher price than you can find at grocery stores or even places like Wal-Mart, think pull ups and a lot of name brand chemical cleaners.TL;DROverall, great store but make sure you know the normal prices of what you are looking to buy.

I Like their inventory but it needs to be put away, can barely get up and down the Isles 90% of the time.
