Nice small store they had what I wanted... Redken products... They made it easy for me to get an account with them using my Indiana cos license I just had to pull it up on my phone. Lady was new but happy to help me find why I was looking for! Will be back ...oh prices were good too 😎

You would not guess this is such a cool, clean store based on the strip mall it’s in. Nice inventory and friendly staff. Some of everything. You’ll need to show your license to shop here.

The taller blondish lady was kind of friendly, but the other lady who was shorter and a little heavier was the RUDEST person I have ever had to deal with in all my 18 years of having a license. Never have I had customer service so bad! Ive never written a review on Google before ever either but after dealing with that I realized the owner should probably be aware as to why people may buy at other places. I had a client who wanted to try Redken color, but I usually use Armstrong McCall for my color choices. I will never be back to this location!

There was a shorter heavier lady was rude to my mother when we were looking for color and told her to leave while i was with another lady. We were the only 3 in the store. And we were told that it was confirmed that she was not liscened by video and audio. And she let a kid inside the store

This is not a normal hair store a hair store should carry everything to even dress up with your hair keep jewelry items to dress up with your hair nose ring belly rings whatever a person with want should be in a hairstore as far as accessories I dont live in North Richland hills but I happened to be visiting to today in North Richland hills and they were the sorriest stores including this one that I have ever been in waste of time and energy. The Koreans and Vietnamese knows how to actually run a hairstore better than most Americans thats all I can say they keep everything as I described

Great staff and great store I always have exceptional customer service and the employees are very helpful and sweet. Feels homey to go inside and see the ladies! Love it!

I had a last minute appointment and got there 2 minutes before they close. The employee there name Lisa was awesome and nice enough to let us take our time. When we went to cash out My info wasnt updated and when trying to find my info with tdlr, it didnt show me in the system...trying on my phone also Im guess their system was down. I left and went to my car and google my name and found my info on google. By this time the door was lock. I had returned and Lisa being the awesome employee she is, let me go back in and purchase my item. Thank you Lisa!!!

Awful customer service and a bad attitude. I will drive the extra mile and go to another location! Definitely will not be spending any more then I already have with them, actually thinking I should return my recent big ticket item since they showed today they don’t appreciate my business.

Do not carry the products I use. Had to travel to a different RDA location in a smaller town to purchase
