Always clean and neat.One of the girls is so knowledgeable and understanding I am so thankful she was bilingual and spoke Spanish and understood and helped get everything we needed with such a beautiful attitude and patience. My mom now recommends this location to her friends because of this young lady. 10/10 i recommend this location because of her!!

Was overcharged went back to get my refund and couldn’t even get a $2 product free for my troubles of having to waste my gas and time. All I got was an, “I’m sorry, we can’t do that”. And to top it off they charge for paper bags. Make sure you check your receipt before leaving this store bc if u don’t, you might rip yourself off. Never going back to this store!

Very knowledgeable! Got me what I needed!I havent colored in a year with Covid. My natural color is dark brown. The Burgundy color is a new thing for me, and I LOVE it! I have been coloring black for a long while. Its always went with a Salon. Ive had a few mess ups on my own, a while ago. Hicolors Burgundy, 20 developer for sensitive scalp and ion conditioner makes it very easy!Make sure to have an application brush, bowl, and gloves.

Probably the best experience Ive had at a Sallys yet! The employee Shy went above and beyond to help me out and it was appreciated as the location I left prior to this had horrible customer service. I suggest this location to anyone whos in the area!

Didnt realize yall close before the 8pm thats advertised. You should update your business hours to reflect what time you actually close, or let Cody know of actual procedures.

This store is somewhat small; however, it was still well stocked with merchandise. In addition, the aisles and displays were kept orderly and reasonably organized. The cashier was very friendly and provided pleasant customer service. I would return to this store.

Today I went into Sally Beauty NRH trying to find a new hair color. Wanting to do something specific, I didnt know what I was doing. The girl working there was incredibly helpful! She explained to me the differences between semi permanent, demi, and permanent. She helped me find two colors to make my hair two toned. She spent 10 minutes patiently helping me! When I got home, I did everything the way she explained and my hair turned out amazing!!! I am so very thankful to her (wish Id have gotten her name so I could write the company about how helpful she was), because I dread having to dye my hair, but with the guidance I received today, it is so much easier!!!

They always ask if I need help when I walk in the door. I went in yesterday and didnt grab developer since I have some at home, and the cashier made sure to double check that I didnt need any, and also asked about after color conditioner. I really appreciate that they take care of you and are looking out.
