So I was looking for an affordable place close by to get my oil changed for the first time in my Honda Accord 2011 I just purchased — Ayel (probably misspelled) came right out to my car as soon as I drove up and got me in and out less than 20 minutes! Very great customer service and quality work! I highly recommend these guys!

Normally I would go to my dealership to get my car serviced; but after my car was totaled by hail damage I decided it was time to move on. I am a creature of habit after all. Anxious, I decided to give Kwik Kar a try and boy am I glad I did! Wael was AMAZING! Not only did he go over everything he recommended, he was also super sweet with my son! I had a very important appointment to be at at a certain time and he made sure I was able to make it. He even went out of his way to locate a rear windshield wiper for my car because I had asked for one and they were out of stock. I would have gone ahead and declined if I had known this information. Everyone I interacted with the day I got my oil change and inspection were great for being busy on a Monday. This guys are the Best. I have gone to 4 Kwik Car locations in 10 years and never changing. All I can say is that the managers on site are always fair and will advice you correctly (I know, chocking!). I normally do my own repairs but for the things I can’t do I take it to them.

I went to another Kwik Kar Lube first. The mechanics were so rude. I wasn’t going to let them touch my vehicle. I googled another Kwik Kar location and I found this one. It had to be a higher power because it was a total difference experience. I was welcomed at my car as I pulled in with the biggest smile. The “gentleman” ushered me into the office out of the cold. He told us not to worry he would take care of everything. I felt really easy and secure with leaving my car in his hands. The service was quick, efficient and an all over good experience. As a woman, I have had some bad experiences with mechanics. I am happy to say i will definitely be back to this location. Thank you so much.

Great customer service! While waiting for my cat to be serviced, he told me about a promo they had going on, filled my tires with air, checked the fluids and even vacuumed my dirty little car. I came in for a tire plug and an oil change. Sam and his team got me to together quick fast and in a hurry. They also pointed out that I hadnt checked my coolant in a while, which means I didnt have any. They repaied everything for a reasonable price.

Alden was knowledgable on the brake flush that he recommended me. I googled the process and was asking questions which he answered all. The manager Wael offered to put a chair outside in front of my car so I could watch them flush my brakes if it would make me feel better. They all were very kind and respectful. Fresh coffee, juice or water offered. Nice air conditioned clean waiting area. They topped off my windshield wash fluid, aired all tires up evenly, and they did not leave my car greasy or stinky. The company communicate well through notes on each account by the bar code on the sticker they put in window. I did not have to remind them of the discount they promised me if I returned and got brake flush through them and they new what type of oil I wanted for my oil change from what was used last time. Great expierence. Thanx guys!

Today I used this kwik kar on Davis blvd and I am more than pleased with the service. I will most definitely be coming back from now on. Wael was professional and friendly! The customer service was above and beyond and much appreciated. I had all four of my kids with me and he was so kind and accommodating for us, it is very much appreciated in the weird social climate amidst everything going on in the world right now. He did an excellent job with the service requested and made recommendations and even advised things that would be needed in the near future. He also did his best at getting me discounted competitive prices. I highly recommend this location for any services you may need for your car. What a great, easy access location, quick, well priced service and delightful team making things happen.

Really close to my house but they didnt open on time at 8am. Matter of fact I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes and no one showed up to open up. So I Google oil change near me. Express oil change on Hwy 26 just down the street was open with a full bay of guys to change my oi! BAM just like that! Express has a new customer!!!

Very unprofessional even that mechanic is uncertified. He wear slippers to work and tried to mess up my engine. He told me to move didn’t want me to watch. That fishy I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

I would be highly cautious in utilizing this location for an oil change, the tech was one heartbeat away from being comatose, his personality, or lack thereof was quite evident. He struggled with being able to locate the mileage on the dash which should have been my first red flag. I asked him to use another brand of synthetic oil and not the Mobil One and he said all they have is Mobil One? I did see him actually pour something into the engine but I cannot say I am assured he changed the oil filter. He was a one man show, no one else on the premises. I watched as he filled the crankcase, put the oil cap back on and close the hood. And even though the invoice he provided me showed that the air filter was checked, and all the fluid levels checked, he never touched anything under the hood to check any fluid levels. Washer fluid was not filled and air pressure in tires were not checked. I have a photo of the air filter that he allegedly checked next to the new one I bought to install myself. And when I got home and opened the hood to check I even found excess pieces of my car just laying in the engine compartment, photo below. I am not sure what I was supposed to get for a $ 70.00 oil change but I do know that I got ripped off. The tech/manager/cashier whatever he was spent about 10 minutes on my car and there was no way he could have accomplished everything he was supposed to in that amount of time, I should have seen the fact there was no customers there when I arrived and none showed up during as another red flag. I will not only never use this Kwik Kar I will never use any other Kwik Kar locations; I would give them a negative -5 stars. Completely horrible service.

Be forewarned, DO NOT BUY a Groupon for this place!!! Huge bait and switch game with these guys. Purchased a Groupon for an oil change and when I went in to have my car serviced the guy asks how I was paying, cash or charge. I said neither, I have a Groupon to which he replies Our system is down so we cant take Groupons today. After questioning his response he then changes his story and says Oh, my manager wont let us take Groupons on Saturdays so come back during the week or save the Groupon for later and just pay today. I said no thanks, Ill just cancel the Groupon and get a refund. This was @ 10am on a Saturday and most of the other Oil Change places were packed but this place was empty and now I see why.

I was there for the state inspection... they told me that I need to change so many things..So I told them that I will do later...when I came home, my car won’t start...thank god my insurance had a free towing service..I went to AAA tires and lube..they fixed it and I did my inspection as well..never going here again...

Went for an oil change. Receipt says they washed my windows and vacuumed my floors, but they clearly didnt. I just assumed they didnt include it in the price anymore until I looked at the receipt. At least it was fast.

Very patient workers here, I had to look for some paperwork and car insurance while they helped me the whole 9 yards! A+ Staff and they honor the coupons! Oil change was under 15 mins and way more affordable than going to the garages off of Denton Hwy/377. Also speak different languages if you dont speak English. Very transparent and to the point. Loved their work. (Oil change, Inspection, wipers changed, helped put on new LIC plates etc I had stored away for the car)

Pulled up from an oil change at 9am and the shop was closed even though the hours say 8-6pm on google and on the door. There was no sign for the inconvenience or anything. Poor customer service. I bought a groupon for my oil change so hopefully it’s open when I stop by later and I don’t waste my time or gas nor money on a groupon.UPDATE: the manager contacted me from google and offered that I come in to be taken care of. I went back and they did exactly what they said so I feel that they do deserve a 5 star review. Things happen but it’s up to the place of business to take care of the clients!! I’ll definitely continue to do business with these guys with our two cars because the client matters to them!!! Thank you guys

I am an Uber driver, and I drive around 40,000 to 50,000 miles annually. I drive so much that I hardly have time to schedule oil changes. And the changes need to be scheduled more frequently for me than for the average driver. For this reason, nearly a month and a half ago, my car was teetering on the brink of catastrophic failure. Sludge had built up in my engine and it wasn’t a pretty sight. First, I tried getting help from a highly-rated shop near my house. To my surprise, the shop’s manager turned me away. She said she refused to take responsibility for working on an engine in such bad shape, and advised me to drive to the dealership to see if anything could be done. That’s what I did, but the dealership was processing a backlog with at least 2 hours of guaranteed wait. I got lucky, and drove directly to the nearest oil change shop I could find, which happened to be this Kwik Kar. The shop’s manager, Al, listened to my situation and suggested an engine oil flush. He pulled my car into the bay and changed the oil in about 10 minutes, getting my car back in working order. Today, I returned for another flush and oil change, and I even added fuel system cleaner. Billows of smoggy fumes blew out of my car’s exhaust, removing junk from the engine where it didn’t belong. I noticed the difference immediately. The response time for my gas pedal is improved by a fraction of a second, which is vital in my type of work. I highly recommend this shop. It is the real deal. The other highly-rated shop was more concerned about its reputation for good service than in actually providing solid service. Al has brought my car back to life, and restored its earning power, all for about $200. Trust me, Uber drivers and anyone else listening, the service provided by this shop is well worth the money.

Was not welcoming, did not honor the Groupon that was purchased for an oil change and AC Recharge. Said he could only do one of the other. Well since that was the only reason I bought the groupon this was quite frustrating.
