Service King exceeded my expectations on the collision repair services I had done at this location. They worked seamlessly with State Farm, proactively kept me updated, and completed the repair much faster than I anticipated. The quality of the repair is excellent. Ethan and Darren were courteous and professional through the entire process.
All I can say about this place is its highly disappointing! The branding Service King Collision does not do them justice in the least! It should read mechanics and managers in training...This team of individuals from management down to the mechanics do not check their work. Its incredibly important to go down your checklist and verify and reverify that things have been accomplished without just assuming things have been done.The needless amount of times my friend had to return his vehicle due to a poor inspection as a result it could have cost him not only time explaining to a law enforcement officer the reason why his brake lights in the back of his vehicle were disconnected or the fact that his running boards were on a tilt most of these things are cosmetic but there were many other things that took place and as a customer when you sign off on the bottom line you expect things were professionally accomplished without thinking twice about it.Dont waste your time or money with this place. They dont have what it takes to compete in a professional market. They dont need your business!

Service King was Amazing!! I was in a little fender bender, but Sevice King fixed my car, and even cleaned the inside. When I got it back it looked like a brand new car!! They did a great job!!

My first experience with Service King was a very positive one. I cant say enough kind things about the receptionist that works at the Colleyville location.Darron went out of his way to make sure that we had what we needed. I had some issues with the rental car company and he went above and beyond to handle the situation. Not only did Darron resolve that problem but he made sure that my car was taken care of in a timely manner. My car may have been even been delivered ahead of time.The service we recieved exceeded my expectations and helped to restore my faith in auto repair shops.

Service King has been a nightmare! Once I did receive the car after they had it for a little over 5 weeks I noticed the paint on the bumper was messed up ( attaching a picture) so I ignored it at least I have my car back. I get to the gas station I noticed the gas cap was not attached. The car is not sounding so good but there are no engine on lights so thats a good sign. After having my car back a few days I notice the front is popping out a little I will attach this pic. I notice when I go in reverse the car vibrates really bad and when driving it would sound ok for a second then it just sounded like it was falling apart the next and vibrating. There was a dent in the drivers side. I tried to make some calls to maybe talk to someone else. They said just bring it in to where it was originally fixed since they have a lifetime warranty. I brought it back they looked at it for about 45 minutes said the noise was not from the accident and that I should bring it to the Mazda dealer to have it checked out. The paint chipped on the bumper was because they said they did not paint the bumper because it was not part of the accident. They said they fixed the front where it was popping out that was a lie. They did reconnect the gas cap. So at the Mazda place hey checked it out and wanted to know when I was in an accident? They could tell the problems were from an accident without me saying anything. They said the engine mounts were totally broken and needed to be replaced. Service King takes no responsibility. I only went there because Allstate works with them and said things would go more smoothly if I went with Service King. Nothing has gone smooth and they let me drive off in an unsafe car.Since I wrote this review I had received a call from Joe at Service King. He told me he would take care of my issues and he had since fired the mechanic. It took me two months to calm down and bring it back. I brought it back and he took care of my issues and paid for the rental car in the meantime. Had it back within the week. As of this month November 2019 Joe gets 5 stars! I was nervous about bringing it back by I am glad I did. Everything looks great like before the accident.

Recently had little Fender bender..Upset as usual. Service King made my baby look brand new again. I have A 2014 Mazda 6 touring sedan that had a little ding on side totally unrelated to accident. They not only repaired damages from accident, they also fixed the ding and repainted the side. Kudos to Service King Colleyville. Would recommend this shop. Great service,quality work and done before promised date.
Very disappointing as I left something very valuable on the counter as i picked up my car on a Friday evening (I was the last customer before they closed so there is no mistaking where this went) - instead of having this returned to me, it mysteriously disappeared. Being trustworthy may be the most important trait, especially when choosing a company to work on something as valuable as your car. I will NEVER return to Service King!

They bill my insurance for a new axle & new wheel bearing. But the part was a used part. So be careful with this location if your car is currently in their shop. Before you driving off from their shop, make sure check or have someone that you know about car go with you and check whatever part that theyre replacing. Because when you driving off from their shop and something wrong with it; they will NOT fixed it and theyll tell you we dont have anything to do with it. So I ending up replacing it my own.
Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and efficient on getting you in and out. My experience with Service King Collision Colleyville was professional in every way. I would recommend Service King for any unfortunate accidents.

I dont even know where to start. If I could give 0 stars, youd get that. Your attention to detail and customer service is nonexistent. How are you even in business? 3 weeks waiting for a fender bender repair. Fine, whatever, I know some things take time. Its the 4 promises that it would be ready (it never was) which included us showing up two of those times to collect our vehicle, only to be given an excuses, my favorite being we cant, because we lost the keys....you LOST THE KEYS! What are you guys smoking over there? Your people call in for key replacement and fob programming. WE HAD TO CALL YOU to check the status (more than once) and we were told that it was ready yesterday. It wasnt, because when we went to pick it up this AM, we we told that we had to wait for the FOB to be programmed. Then we get the impression that we are putting YOU out because we cant wait. Some of us work at jobs where they ACTUALLY expect us to show up and work. Apparently at Service King, the only requirement for employment is showing up, not really caring about other peoples time, or situations that brought them into your shop and overall, being aloof and mind-numbingly irresponsible by LOSING KEYS. I still cant understand how that can happen...you had ONE job! I highly, HIGHLY suggest that the owner of this location have a come to Jesus meeting with the managerial staff about the importance of customer satisfaction. Looking at the previous reviews, you are long over due. Good luck with your repeat business, if things dont change there soon, you are really going to need it.
My experience here was absolutely wonderful. I took my jeep in on a thursday and was ready literally two days later. Talk about exceeding the guest expectations!!!! Brandy is warm and friendly and my guy Joe kept his word that he would take care of me. In this type of business that means a lot. Great Service all around, Highly recommend this body shop!!!

Austin Herriott was very professional and he took excellent care of my vehicle.
It was only supposed to take a few days to fix my windshield, and it wound up taking near two weeks. Once the work was finally complete there seemed to be little to no clean up of the area worked on as there was left over glue residue across the dashboard. They did however wash the exterior of the car and vacuum the interior.

The worst experience ever. Went in with one issue came out with triple. Had to bring my car back several times. Not very detailed or thorough. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. Had to wait on a part for almost 3-4 months. Just very frustrating and the staff is Blah!

Six years ago Idve given 4 to 5 stars to this establishment because my experience was awesome through such a stressful time...today I came to find one of apparently many reasons this business now has such low reviews. I planned to be a repeat customer based off my past experience but Matt made sure that was NOT going to happen. I was planning to call B.S. on the negative reviews until he presented his clear disinterest in helping us with even providing an estimate. How the hell do you work so hard to talk a potential customer OUT of using your service?! 🙄 And then when I called back to verify a part of the estimate, Matt spoke as though he couldnt answer my questions. If I ask you if the parts on the estimate are genuine maker parts versus after market parts, dont give an acronym as your answer...especially if you dont seem to know what the acronym stands for! Heres a tip...dont assume that a customer cant afford your services whether paying out of pocket or through insurance!!! Id rather you be honest and just say you dont want our fing business!!! Dont worry, we wont be repeat customers and well be sure to let others know this as well. Btw, this review is positive compared to what my husband wanted to write!
Wish I could give no stars. I wasnt even acknowledged while I was waiting. I wanted to get an estimate, maybe they dont do them at this location. It wasnt as nice as other SKs Ive been to. Ended up going down the road to another SK where I was greeted and helped right away (even though it was lunch time).
The worst customer service Ive ever seen, the staff is unprofessional and seemingly incompetent. If you want more issues than you started with and a shop that denies accountability and wont guarantee their poor quality work then you should take youre car here. If you want a better experience..... Go some where else.
If you are looking for a shop that cares about their customers go to the serviceking on sw 820 and ask for Jarvis. The one here in Colleyville, North Richland Hills address is the pits only problems have it in there for second time on warranty work as it was a mess when I got it out. They worked on radiator and didnt put water in it. And the list goes on. They have had it a week this time and have not called me once.. please please please take your vehicle to a different Service King
