Casey Russell is, by far, the best and most honest sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of locating and purchasing an SUV with. I don’t normally post either good or bad reviews online, but am making an exception. Casey was extremely diligent and actively participated in locating the exact SUV I had specified I needed. No excuses, no delays, full disclosure and honesty. Casey went over every detail of the SUV’s features and was extremely professional with me, my daughter and 5-year old Grandson while picking up the vehicle. Casey also followed up with me after I had driven the SUV off the lot several days after purchase. I had been to 2 other dealerships in person, contacted 2 others via telephone prior to doing business with Casey! Those other dealerships were not honest and made unreasonable demands (not selling their vehicle unless financing with their dealership). I had already secured financing through my credit union and Casey expressed appreciation and confirmed that my credit union was one they regularly conduct business with without hesitation! The best car buying experience I have ever had! Kudos to you Casey for your professionalism. Process was simple. I found a few online. Eddy was there to discuss the pros and cons of each. MM and I forgot finance guys name. No anxiety. Easy process. Felt like family. 10/10 will refer and repeat.
Dropped my truck off to have lights worked on. After telling them the issue, they initially told me they could not find a problem. I explained they didn’t have to search for the problem, and again told them exactly what was wrong with the lights( they were not functioning on the rear of the vehicle).I paid them after they kept my truck for several days, thankfully my extended warranty helped absorb the cost of the “repair”. While driving home in the evening, same day, I discovered the light issue had not been fixed. Incredibly enough they were able to find other problems they could “fix”. I wish their service department was as helpful as their sales but they are not, I would honestly label them as incompetent in their position.
I was able to complete most of my transaction via email with Carlos my Sales Consultant. I live1 hour away from the dealership so it was important to me that I complete most of the transaction before I even stepped on the lot. Carlos sent me a video of the vehicle I wanted, a 100% accurate quote and had my vehicle washed and ready when I arrived. The finance manager, Duy, was very nice and personable and made the process a breeze! I had a fantastic experience with this dealership!

This dealership is amazing. Walked and was greeted immediately by Jason who take care of us throughout the rest of the process. I knew what vehicle I wanted, he made sure it was still available and pulled it out front. Took it for a test drive and started paperwork immediately after. Whole process took less than three hours. This was definitely an unusual car buying situation for us due to the lack of inventory. No dealerships in greater Houston had the one we were looking for available or in route. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I don’t understand how this place is still in business with the way they deal with things!! The only time anyone was nice to me was when I was buying the vehicle. After that its been downhill since then and now I regret buying from this dealership and thanks to them my next purchase will not be a ford!! Every time I take my truck here for something they never have me in the systemAnd they never have my vehicle done when they say they will!! I have had problems out of service, aftermarket and everywhere else. Today I dropped my vehicle off for a service that was scheduled a month in advance and at the end of the day I call to get a status update and they have no record of my truck at all another wasted day and gas!!! I will no longer go to this dealership for anything I will begin to take my truck elsewhere for anything! I wouldn’t trust anyone at this dealership for anything!!! Worst dealership I’ve ever walked into and also one of the biggest regrets of my life!!!!

It was nice to deal with 5 Star Ford Sam Peck. They were very cognizant of my time and once I test drove the vehicle and we agreed on the pricing. I was literally done with all of the paperwork in less than an hour. The management team Anthony Cervantes in sales and Duy Nguyen in finance were extremely easy to deal with I felt they actually were working for me. Love me some Five Star Ford! My wifes 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the wrench light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasnt getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. Its nice to know theres a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

I made my first purchase here with the help of JR Ali in the vehicle sales department and Daniel Flores in the finance department. It was late in the day, and the dealership was busy. After a relatively short wait, JR met with me and I explained I was looking to test drive a car I found in their inventory. He brought the car around, we took it for a drive, and after JR answered more of my questions and took the time to explain a few more things for me, I decided to move forward with the purchase.Even with it being as late as it was, JR helped me understand what the process would take and what my options were well enough to feel confident in the choices I made. I dropped my car off Tuesday due to my ac going out. I have a 2 week old baby and in this August heat I needed someone to fix it fast! They made me an appt right away to get my car in (thankfully)! I was told a mechanic wouldn’t be able to see it until Thursday and then I could “possibly” have my car ready for pick up by Friday. I got a call Wednesday saying they were done and it was ready for pick up! Everyone I spoke with was very nice, accommodating and professional. I’ve always been very pleased with 5 Star Ford!

Five Star Ford never disappoints. I had multiple issues with my vehicle and within a weeks time, all of the issues were fixed and my car runs like new. Caleb was the service manager I dealt with, he was very polite and informative. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend this location for all auto needs.
False advertising. Its Zero Star Ford. Service tells your wait time may be up to 2 hours even with appointment. Brought in 3 month old new vehicle for a simple tire rotation and to look at a tire sensor. At hour 2. I asked if car was ready since no one had checked on me the past 2 hours. Was told they were waiting on pricing for a new sensor and new tire. Told them I had kids to pick up. They looked up pricing on the spot and it would be another 1.5 hours to perform service. I told them I had to go now and they said it would take an hour to put tire back on. An hour later, still no car. Asked about my car again. 30 more minutes. 4 hours total. This is why consumers avoid dealership service centers. My first and last Ford for me and my fleet.

I had some recall worked performed on my vehicle. The person I spoke with to schedule the service was kind and informed me that I could either come in or have a mobile mechanic drop by and perform the work. I opted for the mobile mechanic as my time and availability was limited and it was a great experience. The mobile mechanic called well in advance of arrival to let me know he was on his way. When he came, he introduced himself, briefly reviewed the work to be completed, and let me know approximately how long it would take for him to complete the repairs. He completed the repairs well within the approximation and let me know when he was completed. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend anyone to take advantage of the mobile mechanic service Five Star Ford provides.

Jose was great at the Service Department desk listening to my issues at induction then keeping me appraised during the work on the vehicle. While they could not replicate the break system faults i was getting, we did devise a plan to monitor and report any recurrence to hopefully fix the issue should it recur
Had issues getting an appointment rescheduled due to a recall on my 2016 Ford Edge. With the help of Ford Corporate Customer Service, my first point of contact was with Joshua the GM of this establishment. He made me feel heard and validated about my frustrations and concerns, and was kind enough to offer shuttle service during the time of my vehicle being serviced (I’m outside of the 10 mile radius). The next person I met, was the Caleb Rothganger, a service advisor, recommended by Joshua. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and quick to give me updates on my vehicle, and made my first visit to this dealership much less intimidating. While I still love Huggins Honda, I am looking forward to building a relationship with my service advisor in the future, as I would rate this experience as excellent! Thank you to you both!

Mike (Michael) was excellent and he has the most utmost respect for people. His customer service by far surpasses anyone Ive come into contact with. He truly made an aggravating and expensive service bearable and although I didnt go through with the service (on one vehicle) due to pricing, he gave outstanding customer service and just had so much care and patience. I brought a second vehicle in for service and through out the whole ordeal, he remained in contact and provided constant updates.
