I used to bring all my cars here but over the past year the service has really deteriorated. Last straw was car was brought in because the battery died. Was told alternator was bad so I had that replaced and the battery. Was charged $90 labor to replace just the battery (autozone does this for free) in addition to the labor on the alternator. Then within a couple days the radiator fluid has completely drained and car overheats. Take car to the dealer this time and they ask if anyone had previously worked on the car because they could tell. Radiator had a hole and now I have to replace the radiator. Coincidence? Maybe but not likely. I will be looking for a different place to take my cars now.
Went to this location today and they really saved me!My windshield wiper stopped working in the middle of rain storm so I had to pull over.I came in and they helped me immediately.Great service!

I believe Tre is the gentlemans name. Very professional and courteous. Ive only been here a handful of times but each visit is an overall pleasant experience. These guys do great work!
Never trust them. I took appointment for battery replacement through their website and paid for the battery and labor. When I came to the location, they asking additional money.Dont trust them and dont trust their websites.
I used to receive great service here, but as of recently the service has declined. The staff is friendly but they have told me jobs have been completed when they werent. I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation and when they finished, I asked for confirmation that a tire rotation had been done, as the price of the operation was super low. They told me it had been done, and it wasnt until I took my truck into another shop to identify a noise that was being made that I found out the tires had not been rotated, and one had worn much more than the others.
Brought my vehicle up here to get a patch done. Was told they couldnt patch it. Thats fine, a new tire is sometimes needed. They then told me I didnt need one new tire, I needed four new tires as all mine had dry rot. These tires were put on the vehicle a little over a year ago, so this didnt make sense to me. I asked for the price and was given a quote of 670 dollars on a buy 2 get 2 free deal, and I could only get this deal with an alignment, which wasnt needed as it had been completed 6 months ago. I then asked what the labor rate was, and was shocked when they told me it was 135/hr, which is a little more than double the average rate in the area. I took my vehicle back and went to the tire shop Ive been using for 7 years, which I should have done in the first place, but theyre in Lewisville, so its a drive. When I arrived I asked my tire guy to look at the tires and asked if dry rot was present and which tires needed to be replaced. He let me know there was no dry rot present and only one tire needed to be replaced. I had him replace the one that needed to be patched and the one he recommended to be replaced. He let me know there was absolutely no evidence of drive rot and then showed me what dry rot looks like and how to spot it in the future. Ill never go to NTB again.
Needed tires and they had their special tires sale buy 2 and get 2 free and they aligned them as well....and it didnt take all day

It was time for new tires and it freaked me out a little bit. I was able to make an appointment with NTB online and browse through their tires, prices, and warranties. I arrived at the shop with a list in hand and spoke with Josh. Josh was honest about the tires I selected and recommended the BF Goodrich that were, between the three on my list, the least expensive. He gave me great advice and did not try to pressure me to buy something that I did not want or was a higher price.I liked that they were adhering to state mandates regarding requiring masks and physical distancing.Definitely overall an amazing selection and overall experience. From start to finish I received nothing but great service. I would come back here for sure!
AVOID ALL TOGETHER.I went into this NTB location this morning to get a turn signal bulb replaced on my 2014 GMC Terrain. While installing the new bulb they claimed they found an oil leak and recommended a $129.99 engine diagnostic to determine the source of the leak and estimate the total repairs. The resulting estimate was for $2,472.60 to Replace a Cylinder head, a new spark plug and to resurface the engine cylinder head, along a full fluid exchange. Along with the estimate they said my car was dangerous to drive, the repairs were necessary. Facing such an unexpected repair bill, I took it to a highly rated mechanic shop just a mile away for a second opinion. They took my car back to look it over and found no evidence of a leak, after a thorough inspection, and deemed that no repairs were needed at all. NTB stole my money and wasted my time by insisting on me on unnecessary diagnostics. Then Lied to me about the results and tried to pressure me into extremely costly repairs.
Total ripoff! This place is a NO NO NEVER! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They will scam you! Apparently its “THIS IS HOW IT WORKS BUDDY” as per one of the employee!If there was a zero star, that is what this location deserves.
We have had experience with other NTBs and I have to say that this particular one in North Richland Hills is the best one. They were very attentive and efficient in helping us order tires for my sons car. The tires arrived sooner than expected plus we were able to make an appointment the very same day. they mounted the tires and did the front end alignment under the amount of time they said they needed to get the job done. I highly recommend NTB in North Richland Hills.
Moved Heaven and earth to help with my spare tire when I had a blow out!! Fast service and complimentary. Shopped here for years now I know why!!

I sent my wife with a coupon to get a conventional oil change at ntb. They put synthetic in even after she had shown them her coupon and charged her for synthetic even though she asked for conventional. These are the type of people that take advantage of women and people who dont know better.

Both my husband and I have had horrible customer service experiences at the North Richland Hills location.Mine occurred in January where I had 4 tires installed. After a couple days my tire light came on and I returned to another NTB location. This went on for 2 weeks because of installing incorrectly.Most recently, my husband had 2 tires installed on his truck yesterday. This morning he realized they had put the tires on backwards (tire logo facing the inside). He called NTB this morning to let them know what happened. Their response was youll have to drop it off we have other appointments. No apology!Needless to say we will never go the NRHs location again.
April the 4th I took my car for an oil change and about 15 minutes after they pulled the car in a guy came to me with a brake pad and told me they needed to be replaced. He said I had about 2-3 millimeters left on them and showed me the pad which I was surprised they wore so fast. I drive a 2018 Fiesta St with 24,500 miles. I told him I would replace them myself especially when they were going to charge me $173.93 to do it. I went to Autozone after they were done putting everything back together and ordered a set to do myself. Today I picked them up and removed my front passenger tire and my pads have more than 1/2 of the life left. I also checked both rotor bolts and none of them had been touched because they are still dirty meaning they never put a socket on them to remove them. Basically they showed me another pad and lied to me trying to sell me something I didnt need. BEWARE!!!! Before you buy into their scams get a second opinion!!!!

Disappointing service and desk staff. My vehicle had an appointment for wheel alignment and state inspection. I dropped off my vehicle, and received no calls from them for 2 hours. When I called to follow up, they said they tried to call, which I know is a false statement as I was right next door at the Starbucks and my phone was with me and didnt have any problems receiving calls.They did not perform my alignment and lied that alignment was performed. I called the next day to pickup an alignment report and they could not find it in their records. My car still kept pulling, which confirmed that they lied about performing the alignment. I had an alignment package deal with NTB. I took my car to another NTB and they confirmed that the vehicle alignment had not been done as the calibrations were still off. This store needs a change in management. As with other posts about this NTB store, I completely agree and very unfortunate their management does not do anything about it. There are people that need a job these days, maybe their management can hire those credible folks.I am sure I will get a response asking me to go to a link to address my concerns, which is just a time waste. So please save your time sending me a response or a link.
NTBOn May 31st 2020 I took my Jeep JKU to NTB for an alignment, oil change & transmission service with 75000 miles on it. I was called by Lu, their associate that was helping me to inform me that they could not service the transmission but that it looked like I was due for a coolant system flush. Since I wasn’t doing the transmission I thought sure probably wouldn’t hurt. When I picked up my vehicle everything seemed OK. I live about two miles from the store & by the time I got home my fan (which I literally never remember hearing in the five years I’ve owned the Jeep) was running on high, I chalked it up to being 100+ degrees outside in the middle of the day. The next morning I drove to work (7 miles 30 MPH the whole way) @ 5:45 AM, when I arrive the fan is blowing again but it was only 75 outside & when I returned home that afternoon my wife came outside because she could here the fan when I pulled in the driveway. The vehicle sat till Wednesday June 3rd at which time I returned to NTB & spoke to Joshua Southard the store manager who recommended that I may need a thermostat so we changed it. When I picked up my Jeep on the second visit I experienced the same thing when I got home......my fan running on high. I drove to & from work once again the next day experiencing the same results so I again returned to NTB & spoke to Josh again at which time I was advised that it was probably the relay on my electric fan that needed to be changed & that should fix the problem but it didn’t. When I spoke to Josh he assured me that this was completely normal (although I knew it wasn’t). So today I took it to a recommended master mechanic a friend referred me to & was told that there was air trapped in my cooling system which was making my fan run to try to cool the engine & when they ran a dye test it indicated that I had traces of exhaust in cooling system indicating a cracked head or leaking head gasket. When I contacted Josh again I was told that they will not take responsibility for the damage to my Jeep leaving me with a $5000 plus repair bill. I would also like to add the Chrysler recommends that coolant service interval is 10 years or 150,000 miles! NTB sold me a service I did not need, did not adequately bleed the cooling system & now will not take responsibility for the damage they have created. Needless to say, if it’s not in the title of the business seek another resource.
Dont listen to the negative reviews. The new manager Josh and the team he is trying to put in place have been amazing, and should continue to get better. I use these guys for all my vehicle needs, and will continue to use them as long as Josh is there to take care of me. I wish every store had a Josh. Not only did he take care of my car, but he could take care of me if hed like ;). You have my number Josh call me.
I had a slow leak and decided to Google for a Tire shop that provided reasonable prices, good service, and fast & efficient work. Well, this place did just that. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, and a mechanical rep immediately started working on my car. I also told them I was concern about a noise I had been hearing for the last couple of days, and they didnt hesitate to run a full diagnosis. The staff members will go out their way to understand and explain to you what the issue with your car is, and they will not give up until its fixed. They have really fast service at affordable prices. This will definitely be my mechanic of choice from now on.

This place has changed a bit since the last time I had an oil change. You can see the status of your service on the monitor and see what they are working on. The receipt is much more detailed now and explains what has passed or failed inspection and by how much. Very handy information.Customer service was really good and enjoyed speaking with the knowledgeable lady working there.

Always Good service by the team at this location. Ive been going here for many years.The manager and service advisors are helpful & professional. Good sales prices on tires, coupons for oil changes and other stuff such as batteries and brake services. reasonable on transmission fluid service, coolant flush & brake fluid flushes.They stand behind their warranties to take care of you ... thats my experience from all my various situations with them over the years.

Choose a different place! I got my oil changed and alignment here. I was leaving for a road trip the next morning. I had no clue but I was dripping oil the entire weekend. When I got home my husband saw it and drove it up to NTB. They fixed that issue. Then my alignment was still pulling. Had another shop look at it and the told me it was not down correctly. Now EVERY TIME I have tried to go in for them to fix the alignment they are “too busy”! No clue if they will ever be able to fix it!!!! Guess I will have to just go to another alignment shop and pay again. Thanks NTB great service!!!
Bought a new set of tires a couple months ago, even w/ appt it took over 3 hrs to put tires on. Then, recently I wake up to 3 flats! We take car back there and they said they were fine- nothing was wrong supposedly- also took hrs to determine this. The next a.m. we wake up to same 3 tires flat. We go back and suddenly theyre able to determine why? Again- it took hours. I would not go back there based on these issues. They seem to be well staffed but theres a lot of guys just kinda sitting around playing on their phones etc. In the end, to of the tires were repairable and one needed to be repurchased. I guess I just dont understand why tire experts couldnt determine that our tires were indeed legitimately flat. Now only few days later and my tire pressure sensor is on. Really?

Very disappointed. This place just tries to sell you things you don’t need or want.My husband needed new tires and an oil change. Made an appointment for THAT ONLY. Normally we’d go somewhere else but it was Sunday, and other places were closed.When he goes to drop off our car, the woman at the front desk tried to say it would be $1400 for 4 tires and an oil change. He had to pick apart charge by charge, saying ‘no I just want the tires...’ eventually was able to remove all the extra charges. Down to $900. Apparently an Acura doesn’t have normal tires? Already frustrated because we never spent this amount at Discount Tire...Told it would take an hour and a half, so we went to run some errands.About an hour and a half later we got a phone call from NTB and it was the same woman trying to sell us even more add-ons.Got our car back, dusty hand prints and mud tracked in.Never coming back.
Im not sure what went wrong from the day before, but the lady, if its the same one, was not very people-oriented today. I wasnt greeted as one would expect. Her comment about he flat was everyone is waiting for Sunday to come in with a flat. I corrected her and told her mine happened today, I didnt plan it. If it was any other day, Id gone to Discount across the street, but I have a VA appointment tomorrow and needed it fixed today.She then went on to insinuate I drove it unnecessarily flat since it caused an indentation of sorts around the tire making the tire unserviceable. I again then defended myself by telling her I didnt realize I had a flat until after I returned from church this morning at which time I put the spare on and then drove it NTB.Unless its an emergency as it was today, not going back. Thank you.
This place is hit or miss. One time I bought a tire from them and left the rim overnight to be installed first thing in the morning on my way to work. This was told to me. When I arrived before 8 am the next morning they told me it would be a two hour wait to put the single tire on my car, the spare was currently on the car. So they gave me the tire and made me install it myself in the parking lot in my work cloths. Honestly with the tools they had it would have probably taken one of the techs 2 minutes to do this. Other times they are okay.Update: This place just has no customer service. A little late to my appointment and they say may wait jumps to 3 hours for an oil change. Whats the point of appointments?
I dont make a habit of posting reviews but I just picked up my BMW from a rotate and balance. The front end of the vehicle, which has the parking sensors, was driven up against the curb and against the grass, grease hand prints on the left front fender and grease prints on all wheels. The vehicle is a high end vehicle with custom wheels and sits at a sport lower profile position. A large part aside from physical service is the customer experience. I realize Im at a tire shop but suggest you review your customer service standard as part of your business. Example, take 1 minute to wipe grease off the wheels and anywhere else it may be from the service that was requested and suggest backing up a vehicle in a parking spot to avoid the low front end scraping against the curb or grass.
Im sorry I came here now too, shouldve went to the Discount Tire across the street, at least their personnel probably act like professionals and not children. I was told 2 hrs. on a slow afternoon and 3 hrs into it and still not done. UGHI get all the bad reviews on here now. Next time Ill know better. But thanks for charging me too much and giving me scrappy srvice.
I have never had a problem getting in and out of here. The management has always taken care of me and provided quick, yet thorough, service.Other than that it is like any other NTB that you have been to and provides the same services that they are known for.My biggest downside, which is clearly not worthy of taking off a star, is that I cannot get ESPN on the TV while I wait! 😁
Within the year we’ve spent thousands of dollars purchasing 4 new tires for multiple vehicles. All with the protection plan, rotation, & balance packages. My husband’s tire picked up a nail. NTB said we needed a new tire. They stayed it would be free. We then received another call stating it would be$140. This is more than the complete cost for a new tire. When my husband got the bill emailed to him it had multiple double charges. $9.99 for a one time balance fee. Then $8.00 charge for lifetime balancing. I will never buy my tires there again.
I can always count on NTB to take care of my safety while being consistently kind and considerate of my budget.
The lady that helped me. Liz. Claimed shes been doing that for 35 years. Completely clueless about what to do. Very rude, and once you told her what needs to be done, because youre not stupid. She just said I never heard of that, and said theyre not doing it now. Told me to come back with loose tire rod bolts before theyll work on it. Reverse threaded nuts on a steering rod. I will never go back, and if anyone has any mechanical issues. Hit me up my mechanic is amazing. He just doesnt do alignments.
I call to find out the date I purchased the battery that was now not working. I was told that it was 22 months old and under 30 months is a free replacement. I get there and talk to someone else and he tells me the prorated cost will be $150. I told him what I was told on the phone and he honored that price, so I only paid $20 to install the new battery. What if I hadnt called first or talked to that first person? I do not feel like it a trustworthy place.
This is the best shop I’ve been to. These folks here always take care of me and help me out. Great tires and service!
Absolutely horrible ☹️. I was charged over $92 for an oil change (and that was with a discount coupon)... I have never paid that much for an oil change even without any coupons. It looks like I was charged 88.00 for oil, 5.99 for the cheapest filter, 3.00 for disposal charge, and 30.25 for labor minus the coupon discount. That is ridiculous 😡I usually pay around 60-65 for synthetic without a coupon so this price at NTB with a coupon threw me for a loop. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this NTB. I would not recommend this NTB to anyone.
It seems like the standard robot response from them is 1.5 to 2 hrs to do anything. If you have a fleet vehicle plan on extending that time. What bothers me the most is there is no explanation or let me see what I can do for you. The impression given is too bad if you dont like it. Even though I have road hazard and lifetime balance I will be taking my vehicles to a service center where they remember what the customer really is.
Service here has COMPLETELY made a turn around since I first started visiting this location, seems like they have better management and more organized than ever!! The mechanics were great and in a happy mood like they wanted to be there! Huge recommend to this location.
Kenny is great. There was a lot of confusion and a few mistakes with several estimates I received. I had spoken with several managers and employees working at this NTB location and Kenny was stuck in the middle of the situation when I went in to get the last bit of work completed. He listened to what I had to say and worked with me to get the price down. He turned a poor experience into a great one. Also John was the mechanic who worked on my car and he did an amazing job.
The service was amazing! Friendly staff at the front. Got my car back in a timely manner, everything surpassed my expectations. The bad reviews in this place are so wrong! 10/10 would come again.
I was in a bind and they really helped me out, very quickly and efficiently, plus my mechanic was pretty cute. Sebastian was his name I think.
Took my car in because I had a nail in the tire. They were busy and told me up front it would be an hour. They were very friendly and got my tire fixed in about 30 minutes. I recommend them to all my friends.I have purchased numerous tires from them also. I have always been very pleased.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!If I could rate a negative, I wouldThese guys should not be allow to touch a car.We took my wifes car in for tires. They suggested that we have the oil changed as well. We agreed. Two hours later our oil pan is stripped and the plug will no longer go in. No worries, they can fix it for $3k. We cant believe that you could unintentionally strip a screw like that. Speak with arrogant manager ALEX who spends more time diverting blame than training his people insists they didnt do it. He will order another plug. Days later, new plug wont work, they will try a larger bolt.Not wanting people who cant remove and re-install a drain plug properly repair our oil pan, we have the car towed. The car shows up at the new repair shop with a CRACKED oil pan and a plumbers screw (tape and all) in the hole. New mechanic cant believe it, never seen anything like it before.NTB calls their insurance company. They send their own independent mechanic who agrees that it was the worse repair he has ever seen. NTB now say that was the bolt that it came in with, although they cant explain the tape. So now it will cost us $1,700 to fix (Remember their $3k estimate?).Stay away from these guys. I would not trust them to patch a bicycle tire.PS, Ours is not the first time this has happened at NTB. Search the internet. Too bad we found out the hard way.
Seriously, I took my car in because the battery was dead. Had to jump it and the clerked hooked it up and said no your battery is fine just drive your car more. I said no that is not the problem I need a new battery. Clearly they do not want to cover the warranty on their products. She would not replace so I left. Car would not start again after being shut off. Took car to my trusted mechanic who removes the battery and charged it completely to ensure no power being pulled. Disconnected and immediately the battery went to 10 volts. This thing is bad and needs replacing and they won’t stand behind their products which is bad, but the worst part is they don’t know what they are doing and have wasted my time and put me in danger with a diagnosis of “drive more”. Puts me at risk when the car won’t start because THE BATTERY DOESN’T WORK!! Like I said the first time.

Called to see how long an oil change would be was told 30 minutes no problem no ones here! GREAT! I told him that i was literally 4 stop lights up as soon as I walk in it went from 30 minutes to an hour and a half and was told well if I got there five minutes earlier..... Glad I fell for that yeah sure come on in....Oh by the way only 1 person waiting in the waiting room one envelope waiting in the to be done folder.
This store is completely disorganized. My husband bought tires from them and had a blow out. Went in to have it replaced as they were still under warranty. He was informed that they would call us when they got the tire in, but that call never came. When he called to ask if it was in, there was no record of it and there was no attempt to review past transactions. They told him to ask for Will, but he had no recollection of the interaction. Attempted to contact the store to make a complaint, but no one answered after letting it ring for 3 minutes. Furthermore, they rarely have someone there to do inspections and the oil change is over priced. Per the receipt, they do a battery check and provide advise; however, they didnt do this either as my l vehicles battery died two days after the oil change and inspection of the battery.Needless to say dont go here unless you want to receive bad customer service.
Very disappointing experience! I had an appointment for 3pm memorial day to service a flat tire. We arrived a bit early and greeted by a gentleman. He stated they were a running behind. I was a bit disappointed since they require an appointment. We opted to wait since my husband travels for works and needs his vehicle. About 5 minutes later, a lady walks to the front to check us in and states that they are running late. If i wanted to wait. I told her i had an appointment and she said it didnt matter i had to wait. I told her it was ok. My husband sat down while i checked in. She struggled to find our vehicle in the system and i told her my name was up on the appt. screen. She said it didnt matter, she couldnt find my vehicle. She was very rude and annoyed. She tried searching by phone number and address and couldnt find the truck in system. She yells at my husband and says why was he sitting if she needed the keys to go check the mileage. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she rushed out to the vehicle to get the tag number. She ran around in circles, just to say that my tire had a plug and i needed to buy 4 new tires. I thanked her for her time and wished her a better day and we left. Very appalled at her disservice.
I have the 3 year alignment package with them and every time I ask for the tire rotation with the alignment they tell me it is not included in my package. However on their website it states that it is in fact included every 6 months or 6000 miles. They always end up honoring their corporate website so thank you MTV for that, but how is it that none of their locations (at least three at this point) know their own packages to the point of probably charging unwitting customers X dollars for tire rotations. I like NTBs work and normally they are very quick and friendly, just wish I did not have to pull up their own website every time I come in. It is getting old.
Bought a battery for my truck from NTBDied after a yearTook it back up there after being stranded and they told me it was my alternator.Told them I had charged the battery myself the night before cause it wouldn’t start and no way the truck would run correctly if that was the case.Anyway. Took truck across the parking lot to Walmart and got a new battery. Truck running great for several weeks now.Bottom line. They do t stand behind their products and will lie to you on what needs to be done.Avoid at all costs.

Ive been coming here for years. Theyre always friendly and helpful. One time, I went in only needing a tire rotation, and they did it for free. Another time, a tire patch that they had put on the previous month got another hole, and they couldnt fix it properly, so they gave me a new tire. I dont go anywhere else!
This isnt only the worst ntb but could possibly be the worst business Ive tried to use in a very long time.Called several times over two day and was put on terminal hold each time by the same lady. Normally I wouldnt call back after the first time but as a retail consultant I thought Id see just how bad they are.I was treated so poorly that through some industry channels I got the regional managers (Shawn W) number so I could call and explain just how bad I was treated. SHOCKER! Shawn didnt answer or return my call. Called corporate. SHOCKER! No one in the complaint department was available.Theres an old saying in business. The fish stinks from the head down which is surely the case here.This is a store thats directly across the street from one of the best discount tires in the area which means they not only need to be as good but have to be better.Store will fail as soon as they decide to quit throwing money at it.To bad there isnt negative stars to give.I have discount my $1200.Thanks Jeremy Rios at discount.Go see him first, dont waist your time at ntb.

I have a warranty with NTB on my tires, that allows me to have them rotated and flats fixed for free or a reduced rate.I took my car in today to have my tires rotated before a holiday road trip and the guy who checked me in was so rude! Just getting around to my review but I wanted to give them a second chance.... First time getting an oil change here about 6 months ago and my father happened to be with me, took less then 20 minutes.When I went back recently it took them 2 HOURS for the oil change on the same car. I was told repeatedly that it was almost done yet I was the only one in the whole service area and 1 of 2 cars. I dont know if they were just being lazy or taking advantage of the fact I was female but I would not go back to this place again.
There were no Adults in the front when we walked in .and when a person came to the front found out what we needed then went to the back with the men and yet we were left in the lobby ALONE
A few weeks ago they tried to overcharge me on a warranty replacement tire. I cought the dishonest misrepresentation of remaining tread depth, and an error in fairly simple math and saved myself $$$.Today they said the wait to repair a puncture would take 3 hours. I asked if they could simply take the tire and put on the spare for me. I was told it would still take three hours. I changed the tire myself, in the NTB parking lot, in the cold rain while the employees stood around and watched. I did it so i could get my car seats home and into my other car in time for a childrens Christmas party. Ill buy my own tire mounting and balancing tools before I ever give them another dime. If the repair wasnt covered by road hazard protection I bought when the tires were purchased, I would have gone to Discount Tire. Its right across the street and will have my business from now on.

Ordered tires from Tire Rack, all this place had to do was install them. Was told 2 hours. Showed up 2 hours later and only 1 wheel was done, asked Luz what was the deal and she replied with dont get started with me. No problem lady look across the street at discount tire Ill go to them next time. I now know why this place is empty.
Wait was horrendous. Work was shoddy and expensive (took two trips to get the balance on my tires correct.) Lack luster CS with poor communication on progress. And please explain why you need my air conditioner going at full blast on a tire replacement?? My truck overheated and damaged the engine further than it already was! Will never be back.
Quite possibly the worst NTB location I have been to. I ordered tires from an online retailer who has contracted rates for install with NTB. I showed up and Liz tried to charge me almost double. I told her the price was wrong and she argued with me about it, said she worked there for 30 years, and never heard of such a thing. She finally corrected the install price but then tried to tack on other things that were not necessary. I pointed that out and after smashing keys on the keyboard and mumbling things under her breath she said “we don’t even know if we can install these” like they were some kind of special size. Then I was talking to the installer about the tire pressure sensors since my wheels had two valve stem holes (and one is specifically for TPMS) and he argued about which hole to use. Then I pointed out there was a BRIGHT YELLOW sticker saying to use the hole I said. I finally had enough. I said to just give everything back to me and that I would be taking my business to the Discount Tire across the street. What did Liz say? “That’s fine, we take most of our tires over there anyway”....no, I am not kidding, that is what she actually said. I may go to another NTB location, but not this one as long as these incompetents work there.
Not sure if “the lady” people are talking about is the same one my husband dealt with, but the short Hispanic lady is super rude. So rude in fact, that she has gotten a reputation at my work of being terrible to all of my coworkers. Should have talked to them before we went there. Went in for an inspection, left having gotten chewed out by someone with an ax to grind. Never again!
Went for a tire patch, was told 1 hour. That turned into 2 hours. For a patch? Every time I’ve gone in wether it be a rotation or alignment. Immediately are told how busy they are. This is the first time I bought a set of tires from them because discount tire did not have coopers in stock. Definitely the last. The lady Luis basically has programmed answers she spouts off before you even finish your question, just rude. When I asked for a print out of the alignment in May, was told the printer doesn’t work. Went back for a re-alignment in July, and was told printer still doesn’t work. She said it was a corporate thing. Stay far away from this place. Took my truck in for the second alignment and said the steering was not centerd. Was told that there is nothing wrong the alignment from Luiz, she said the tires were old. I said 7,000 miles. Are you kidding me? Any reputable person who does alignments would make sure the steering wheel is centered. I bought a five year alignment package from them with two more years left and I will never go back. Only if they prorate and refund the remaining two back to me will I ever walk in that door. Just buy your tires from Discount across the street. Way better service!!!
Very noteable and timely experience. Will helped me out very nice guy perks to the guys in the shop who worked hard doing my tires.
The guy up front was rude and annoyed that I asked about how long it would take. He said he had another mechanic coming at 9am and Id be his first appointment. I waited 30 min for 9 oclock, then another 25 min before checking again. This time the guy was downright disrespectful...I asked for my keys and left. I love NTB and am one of their best customers, but I will never come back to this location!
They had some trouble finding the right tires, but got it sorted out and stayed late for me on a rainy night... Much appreciated!
I spoke with Julie, the store manager about a tire warrantee. I know she worked hard to make it right and to make a happy customer.And I am happy that NTB took care of the warrantee with the lowest cost possible to me and peace of mind that my family would be driving the car with safe tires.Thanks again Julie and happy holidays.
Purchased tires here a few weeks ago. Immediately noticed wheel shake at highway speeds. Took the car back to NTB when I had a chance a couple weeks later and ALL 4 TIRES were not in balance! How does this happen? The only way I can think is that they werent balanced correctly in the first place.
This place is terrible,went in for a oil change and trie rotation was told they could not rotate my tires because the tread was low thats why i wanted them rotated but ok......then get a call telling me i need a new alignment and all 4 tires not ture either so i say i just want the oil changed.picked my car up and what do you know the is magiclly a screw in my tire. Will never give this place my money again.
Called for simple tire rotation on a Sunday and they couldnt even work me in within 2 hours. Went to Discount Tire instead who actually do tire rotations for free. Wont use NTB again. They are short staffed and cant get simple jobs done promptly.
Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, had no appointment so I had to wait but my truck tires were replaced. Watched football in waiting room and was updated with my vehicle periodically. Would go back again.

Tried to get tires rotated...twice! First time I went they said it would be 3 hours and half they bays were open. Just went back and was there 5 minutes before they opened. They unlocked the doors and said it would be an hour because she only has one guy. Its just a tire rotation, it takes 20-30 minutes. They said they had 3 appointments but none of them were there. This place is awful and they dont care about your business!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! Just observed 2 employees drag racing through the public parking lot behind the NTB and almost wreck into each other. Id hate to see what theyd do with someone elses car..at least I HOPE it was their cars!

Worst service ever and on top of that they flat out lied to me. I was told my tire couldnt be patched by them, took it across the street to Discount Tire and they said it could be patched no problem. Avoid this NTB location like the plague!
I think the wierdest thing is everyone I go there it is like I have to practically beg them to aknowledge that I am there to get at least some help. Mainly have gone for air in tires, and each time ends up being a longer visit than necessary due to waiting to be greeted.
While on vacation in the Ft. Worth area we were so lucky to find this NTB to fix trouble with our 2011 Dodge Nitro. We have a NTB in Alvin, Tx . But this place on Precinct IN Richland Hills went out of there way to make us fell everything was going to be ok. .Thank you Ms. ANDERSON....
Considering I was 1 OF ONLY 2 in lobby was NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE RUDENESS of the Saleslady behind the counter OR HER LACK of wanting to try to help solve my problem.
