They are professional and good at communication, but too expensive to get little things fixed such as oil change. After a back and forth communication, they charge me 79 dollars for inspection of yellow engine light and red oil pressure light, and refused to change oil because it’s a high mileage car, even it has “less than a quarter of oil and it’s very dark”. Of course they told me in a very polite and professional way.

First time Meineke customer. As a single female, you never know who you can trust to be transparent with you regarding your vehicle. Im about to embark on a long road trip, needed my cars A/C looked at and just make sure all my fluids, belts and over all health of my car was good. Carter, I feel, really went over and beyond to take care of my car and to make sure I was a happy customer. He super exceeded my expectations!!! I will return there and recommend them to all my friends and family. 5 ⭐ service!!!

Jamie and Carter are both courteous polite responsive and knowledgeable and the mechanic there does great work. The prices are reasonable and its always been quick turnaround on time with one exception that was due to dealership parts taking time to get there. I would highly recommend and Im lucky that theyre close to where I live.

Touching story:I was so worried that my car is making squeaking sound on the left side wheel. Jamie, the star owner and his amazing team helped me to fix it in no time even though they had a lot plate. Jamie did not charge me at the end. So thankful to have Meineke in Richland Hill

Customer service is second to none. I called last minute because my A/C went out (105 degrees). Within the same day (3 hours) they (Jamie) was able to check me in. Do a fault isolation, find the problem, and replace my part. I havent experienced customer service like this since before the pandemic.

The motor went out in it on my way to work. They handled all the work with the warranty company and got the engine swapped pretty quickly.

My cousin has a car that is in very poor condition that needed a look to determine whether it is something that would be worth the money to fix or not. I set an appointment and called ahead and they told me that they would take a look and put on a reader on the car and have a mechanic give his opinion for no charge. We showed up, gave the man at the front desk our info, and waited for them to look at the car. I could see in the shop that they currently had no cars they were working on. The guys were just sitting in chairs talking. It looked very slow.After about 15 minutes, the man at the front desk came outside and told us that based on what we told him, the mechanic said the car would need a new engine. Now to be fair, he was probably right. The car is in very poor running condition and I had suspected we would hear the worst. What I did not like about what happened is that they did not even come outside and look at the car. Did not put a reader on it, did not do a thing. He just said based on what we told him that was it. The professional thing to have done would have been to at least come out and take a look before giving us that news. We took the time to make an appointment and show up, and they couldnt even take the time to walk the 50 ft and look in the windows. On top of that, he tried to sell us another inspection service after he told us that the engine was gone after not even looking at it.The man was friendly, and Im sure the mechanics there know what they are talking about and do good work. But a professional attitude and good service go a long way, and based on this experience I dont think I would use or recommend this shop to anyone.

Carter and Jamie are always very polite, detailed, specific and take time to explain things so I know exactly whats happening with my car. I appreciate their willingness to make sure I understand.

In a 4 hour period- our lil SUV went from making no noises to being so loud my daughter was scared to drive it. found out someone had stolen our secondary catalytic converter. So on a Saturday afternoon I’m checking Google Maps and found Meineke. What a great experience! At 4 - on a Saturday afternoon- they inspected our car. Spoke with Jaime there. Gave us peace of mind to drive the car till they could replace the stolen part. Dropped the car off on Tuesday before closing- got a call from Jaime at 10 on Wednesday that it was done! My husband took my Suburban in on a Saturday morning but due to the long wait they told him to schedule an appt for Monday morning so we could be in/out for our oil change in under an hour. Returned Monday morning and asked them not to do their standard brake or tire check so I could get in/out quickly. The manager estimates 30 minutes for the oil change which ended up taking an hour and forty minutes. Very frustrating.

Wonderful customer service. Easy to make an appointment, service took as long as they said it would. There was no wait for them to take me when I arrived and they provided a great 23 point inspection sent right to my phone. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything from them considering my tires need to be replaced, so I loved that they objectively provided the inspection and asked if I had questions and left it at that. They gave me a $10 rebate to send in for my oil filter and provided me a discount. I will definitely be going back for future service.

Very professional and did a great job on my car

I had an appointment at 4:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. At 4:38, I received a detailed report of my car inspection. I was told that my rear brakes needed to be replaced as well as all of my tires (2/4 of the tires were “illegal to drive in Texas” according to the gentleman assisting me). When I asked if I would be able to replace my brakes and tires, the gentleman said, “unfortunately we won’t be able to do that today because our brakes are stored at a warehouse in Dallas and it is almost 5:00. You can come back tomorrow though.” I explained that I had to work the next day and was going out of town right after work. He asked when my shift started, I told him 7:00 am, and he said that I could drop the car off at 7:30 pm. At this point, I become frustrated and just want to pay for my $51.00 oil change (40% off discount included?!) and get my car serviced for the repairs elsewhere. I call a mechanic place that I know and trust, located about 1.5 hours away. They tell me to send a picture of my tires using the penny trick. After sending them the pictures, I get the ok to go on my trip for the weekend. I swapped out cars with my dad yesterday so that he could take my car in for the repairs today. I received a phone call shortly before writing this review about the status of my car. The update? My brakes are fine and my tires still have at least 5,000-7,000 more miles on them before needing to be replaced.Very disappointing, especially since this place was recommended on my employer’s website.Moral of the story: this place is a rip-off, especially if you are a woman.

They wanted nearly a thousand dollars for a job that some random guy did for $380, and Im completely happy with the work done by the random guy.

We are blown away with the level of professionalism and work ethic/integrity Jesse (30yrs+ tech exp) and Jaime presented. Truly amazing. They were willing to diagnose our vehicle and inspect the work a dealership did. They very ethically recommended we go back and ask that the bad work done at the dealership be fixed. They could have just taken advantage and given us a quote for work but THEY DID THE RIGHT THING. They were thorough in their analysis, took pictures, clearly communicated their findings. I made an appointment for a tire rotation and state inspection, that Ive been putting off due to covid. They all wore masks and were very safe about covid. Service was on time, quick, everything was super clean. Jaime explained everything thoroughly. I will totally be back!

The service professionals had to diagnose and repair a leak. They kept me updated with photos, videos and reports of their findings. They also got permission before each next step in the process to ensure only the approved repairs were executed. They then tracked down the source of a faulty part we had recently gotten installed and we were able to get the right part installed all within 24 hours. The leak is gone! We are very pleased and would recommend them for sure!

Both Advisor and Mechanic were amazing and fast. For the cost of a high mileage oil change I got a full inspection of my car and an prioritized list of what my truck needed including pictures of the problems that could be taken pictures of.Already have recommended to 2 friends and Im definitely coming back here for all my truck maintenance and work needs

Like how they called to verify my appointment and helped schedule a more convenient time for me based on what I stated my car had. When I went in, I saw they respected everyone by wearing a mask and requiring everyone in the lobby to so.I liked how they took their time and did not rush to find the problem and to fix it. My is all good now, and found out that bad tires can also make the car seemed to be misaligned.

Judging by my experience and on prices I would say overpriced because I found a another shop that would labor for way less in price 1900 is you price comparison to 120

The initial phone call was pleasant, the visit was on time, there was no cost to look at my car and tell me what was needed. Communication was adequate in forms of text messages and emails. Cost of service was very reasonable and Jaime was very courteous and professional. I definitely will be back and recomend to anyone.

Went in for a standard Oil Change the employee kept trying to sell me stuff that I did not need nor want told me that I needed a $70 oil change which I did not need nor want so he told me he couldnt change my oil so I have been going there for the last year I will not go back there and I will go to a different place to have a simple oil change.

The NRH Meineke location was very clean, the owner went over and beyond to service me with excellence. My questions and concerns were addressed patiently; I am a very satisfied customer and will return!
