The guys were awesome and very helpful. Ill be headed back and recommend them to others. I went to a different Walmart auto care and was worried about finding this one .. suffice to say I wont be going back to the other place. I just so pleasantly surprised by how different this experience was to the other place even though the other one is closer to me. This is worth the drive for me!!!

Tried to spend $500+ for tires for my son. I live 5 hours away my son had an emergency with a flat and was using a donut. They would not take my credit card over the phone. They would not take Apple Pay. They said that they would take Walmart pay through the app. When that wouldn’t work, they said it had to be from my phone. (My phone is 5 hours away)🙄 My son had enough money to put one tire on to replace the donut, but they told him that they were closed and could not do that and then proceeded to take all 4 tires off and put the old ones and the donut back on. This is ludicrous!!!

Best walmart auto center in USA.Walmart prices are very competitive, we all know that but customer service is where i feel like they struggle sometimes. This walmart auto center is an exception to that.Great attitude and great job by the entire crew

This is a clean auto care. I’ve been to too many Walmart auto and this is the cleanest auto care I’ve been too. Good employees there too.

The auto center has its difficulties. The service clerk that wrote me up didnt have time to listen to my vehicles particulars. The battery under warranty was replaced and then I was charged for the replacement. When I explained that the battery is under warranty a manager explained that the warranty was not effective. The receipt for the new battery explained that the product would be warranted via manufacturers sticker. This opposes the explanation I was given. I have had good service here in the past. I guess as people change so does the level of service. If I could give a Zero Star review I would. I am going to write a letter to the Wal-Mart corporate offices regarding this error.

Good: I bought 4 tires and very happy with the price and speed they were delivered. I really love the tires.Bad: The up sell for additional work was high pressure. All I wanted was the tires mounted, balance and an oil change. I then did grocery shopping with the wife while waiting and was paged to pickup. NO OIL CHANGE WAS NOT DONE. He was so focused in hammering me for stuff I did not want that he forgot the oil change. Next time I will just pick up the tires.

Went in at 7:30 am for a flat tire repair. took 45 minutes with hardly many other customers in fact a couple came in after me but left before me. will have discount tire check their work this evening.update: walmart only patched the tire. I had to have the tire redone to plug the hole. patches can blow out at speed and discount wouldnt even put it backon my truck without fixing it. beware!

Go if you have too. FYI. Buy name brand tires. The promises of replacing a flare, defective tire that isnt known, although it came with 5 stars, first mean you will be lucky finding the same one elsewhere

I was able to shop and get my oil changed at the same time!

I waited 15 minutes to be greeted. No one even aknowledged me. They saw me, looked at me but didn’t come to by car. I finally went inside after the 3 cars behind me got out to go in so I was put after them in-line. So unprofessional I will never be back.I went to quick car and was in and out in under the amount of time I waited at Walmart.

Rude and unhelpful. Treated as if I wasnt a paying customer and refused to help me change my tire due to I dont know the legal term but it can put my tech in danger, because he is the only one here is what the other guy that was there told me. I only needed to have a tire changed had the rim, its a simple 5 min procedure. So unprofessional should be ashamed to call themselves employees.

I waited 20 minutes before anyone came to assist me. Only to tell me they were closed. I said the website states they close in an hour. I was than told corporate hasnt up dated the hours on the website.

Vehicle left for new battery. We were waiting to leave town and were supposed to be called when vehicle ready. Went back to find our vehicle had been sitting ready for 45 minutes
