Needed a battery for my key fob and the girl got the battery and had it installed by the time I was back from looking at scratch remover for my car. Also couldnt pass up on the 6/1 screwdriver by the counter. Super friendly staff, helpful and professional. Will be going back.

I stopped by during my lunch today to grab a couple of quarts of oil. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Thomas. I told him the oil light on my Jeep came on. After getting my car info he grabbed some oil and went out to my car. He proceeded to check the oil, then put in exactly how much it needed! This AutoZone is very close to my work, and no where near my house, but you can be sure I will be back when I need anything! Customer service is alive and well at this Auto Zone location! I went to the store and got a new battery for my car. The staffs in the store are very nice. Molly helped me to install the battery. Obviously, it was not an easy job because there is a plastic shelf to fit the battery. Thanks for their excellent service!

I called after AAA told me my battery was dead. They found what I needed and quoted me a price over the phone but said due to liability for hybrids they might not be able to replace it for me. No biggie. I get there and not only did they make sure to test the battery first, but when they found it was fine they cleaned all the connections for me and didn’t charge me - wouldn’t even accept a tip! Great service and super honest.

I ordered some shocks from Molly not realizing I had called the wrong store! she processed with expert knowledge and arranged for delivery to her store by 3.The parts came in as promised and i proceeded to my normal store location rufe snow.Well of course they werent there and my time was short so true to the great Auto Zone customer service mentality Molly took it upon herself to after her shift ended, drive them over to my store for pick up.Cant thank her enough and as always Auto Zone is there for the customer.CordiallyScotty

I went in this morning for an engine air filter and battery. The store manager and assistant did a great job of helping me select the right battery and air filter for my car.Pleasantly surprised they actually installed both items for me in no time. I want to shout out about how Travis Maclin helped me with my truck. My vehicle would not start (DEAD BATTERY). He helped my husband diagnose the issue and change it out. Did I mention that he was off work and away from his store. He drove my husband to the closest Auto Zone and assisted my husband select a new battery. He then drove my husband back to where my truck was located and installed the battery. Travis then delivered my vehicle to me at my work. He told me that Auto Zone always has the right part at the right price.5 stars for customer service and helping people in need.

I went to autozone as a recommendation from a service specialist after my oil light came on in my vehicle. They were so helpful. Tim looked up all the information needed for my vehicle and Garrett topped off the oil allowing me to go on with my day until I was able to schedule a service appointment. He also added windshield wiper fluid at my request & signed me up for the rewards program. They were all so courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. A great experience. If you need help, especially if you’re unfamiliar with some of the “car things”, I HIGHLY recommend Autozone on Davis & Precinct Line. I went in at almost closing time one night due to battery trouble. I had to get a hum to head to work and then leaving work as well. Since I worked late that night, I had just a few minutes before closing time to make it in. I met an employee, Garrett, that was more than happy to help me out and even offered to test and install my new battery. I knew it had been several years since I bought a new battery and he explained each of the options to be patiently and let me make an informed decision. He is a great representative of the Autozone brand and is why I will continue to do all my shopping with Autozone.

Had to stop in on Valentines Day and replace my brake light, and a very nice young man did the work for me. I appreciate him and AutoZone!

My wife’s car had trouble starting. I went to Autozone to get the battery checked and was amazed at the awesome service. Travis not only completely tested my battery and alternator but also took the time to clean my battery terminals and connectors. BZ for going above and beyond, Travis. Car is working just fine now.

I was in need on very short notice, a Alternator for my 1995 F150 Extended Cab Pick Up. They offered me two choices. A remanufactured or a new one. Well I was happy they had even one choice, I got the new one. The price was good. The service was good, and the part worked great after I installed it that morning. Very happy customer

It was cold, rainy, and I was in no mood to change my headlights, but things have to be done no matter what the weather conditions are. Fortunately, this place was great. They located headlights suitable for my truck quickly and easily, and even included a pair of rubber gloves gratis. Little things like the gloves are great, and its a way to keep me coming back. I always look for customer service care, cleaness, organized shelves and products, knowledge of product and incentives. This Autozone gets perfect ratings on all points. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you get the what you need or will make sure you get it fast if not in inventory. I cant stopped saying enough good things about this location. Reward card holder and Retired Wounded Warrior, I get some good discounts as well.

I had a issue with my battery that I had purchased about a year ago - I called to check on warranty status and to my surprise the battery was still covered. The staff handled my situation with no hesitation - they were even kind enough to remove the old one and install the new one - needless to say I will be back - Great Service

Customer service was horrible. I went there this morning to buy a battery and the guy started bad mouthing the battery I wanted just because it wasnt one of the expensive ones. Then he goes and gets the battery I wanted told me I would get money back when I brought in the old one. I said the car is outside to which he replied I cant change it my back hurts Ill give you the tools to do it. How do you carry the battery from across the store but then say your back hurts and you cant change the battery for me. Its not so much that he wouldnt change it, its his attitude and the way he acted like he didnt want to help.

I had a great experience at Autozone. The guy that helped me was very friendly and willing to help. It was a simple car battery issue, but I walked away impressed with their customer service and would definitely go back!

I got what i needed with ease but the store clerks were not overly friendly or happy. I felt like i was burdening them or annoying them by asking for what i needed. I even tried to joke with them but they did not find me amusing at all.

So the guys at this autozone are, simply put, the best. I have an 87 K5 that absolutely hates my guts. I, however, am a very stubborn individual and want no part in owning a new updated vehicle. The guys up at this store have done everything from help me to find simple light bulbs to staying late after close to help me figure out why my truck would start but not run. They are always smiling, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, but still have enough of a sense of humor to help you laugh instead of cry about the super-hopeless hot mess you call your daily driver. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for any of my auto parts and accessory needs.

Well its close and convenient but a bit pricey. Checkout is sloooooowwww if they are helping someone else with questions and there is no one else at the front of the store but you can hear folks working in the back behind the register area.

This autozone gave me a counterfeit $100 bill when I returned a duralast battery that had failed under warranty. I didnt know it was counterfeit when they handed it to me, but I immediately went to the Chase ATM down the street to deposit the money and the ATM would not accept the bill. I was going to Houston to see some family for Christmas the next day and just took it with me to deposit in Houston, which is when I found out that the money was counterfeit. I called the store to tell them what happened and was told that they would give me more money since the counterfeit bill they gave me was seized. When I went into the store, I was given the run around and was told to call a corporate office, which also gave me the run around. I would never do business with autozone again after this experience.

Poor customer service. That is unusual for an AutoZone which typically has great service.
