I have had my vehicles maintained and taken care of by Huggins Honda for over 10 Years. Their customer service is top notch. Tim Keller is who you should ask for when you ask for a service advisor, great guy with a hustle and a grind. Another amazing employee who has worked for Huggins for a long time and will absolutely blow you away with customer service is Steve Crawford. If you ever have a chance to work with him in any capacity you will understand what I’m talking about. I’m Also grateful for the opportunity I had to ceramic coat one of their cars (1974 Honda Civic) that will on the show room floor soon. Take a swing by to look at such a vintage oem car. I would like to thank Richard for his excellent customer service skills. He went above and beyond to go back to the shop after he was off work to locate my garage door opener that was left in the loaner car. He says he will hold at his desk for my pickup in the morning. So not only did he take my call after he was off work; but he went back to work to make sure my opener was located quickly. He is truly dedicated to his customers! Huggins Honda is a great dealership. When I first moved to Fort Worth 5 years ago, I bought a used Honda Accord. 3 years ago, I upgraded and leased a new accord. This past June I refinanced the car and the salesman who helped me with my first purchase, Jorge Garcia, now was working in finance and remembered me. I have always had great service and friendly staff to deal with. I recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.
I recently purchased a 2021 Ridgeline Black Edition. I had been looking around at a number of Honda dealers in the DFW area for the last 5 months.....waiting for the right time. Huggins made the buying experience low pressure and provided me with upfront pricing from day one. Some of the other dealers were adding about a 10 percent market adjustment to the price right off the bat. On top of that, they were charging a premium for basic items, wheel locks, front door window tinting, floor mats, etc. Total hogwash in my opinion. Huggins did none of those things, no market adjustment, no overpriced accessories, just a fair price for my Ridgeline.
I just purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot from Huggins Honda. This is the third Honda I have purchased from Huggins, and have always been very happy with the service and prices. I have been to the other Honda dealerships in the Metroplex, and Huggins has always made me feel the most comfortable with the least amount of pressure to buy a car. I contacted Huggins via the Internet and Candy Grantham helped me through the whole process. She is a Honda expert and I was incredibly happy with the car buying experience Huggins provided. From walking in the door, test driving, and then going through financing options I was out the door driving home in a little over 2 hours. Candy did a great job and I highly recommend choosing Huggins.
I moved to North Richland Hills in November. My wife and I own a Pilot and an Accord. Great cars. I was very fortunate to get Luis Ortiz as our service advisor. He is an outstanding service advisor and goes above and beyond. I gave him and Huggins 5 stars as that is the highest you can go. You can trust them to do the job correctly and timely, while giving honest advise. Cant ask for more.
They only get 5 stars from me for the great service Elizabeth French does while I was there. She has a great attitude, always with a smile and very professional. If she could be my primary advisor, I’d go to Huggins for everything car related. She kept me informed with the worked being done and other work that needed to be done after vehicle inspection, great communicator! That constant line of communication is very important. Love her professionalism! You can tell she likes what she does and isn’t there because it’s just a job.
I am very HUGE on professionalism and compassion when dealing with individuals. From the moment I called to the time of actually purchasing my vehicle, I was blown away. I had just let a few lots and was not in the greatest place due to some minor errors with the exchange of one of those past salesman. But my day was blessed beyond measure with this team. Working with Huggins Honda was a very pleasant experience. There wasnt any high pressure sales tactics. Cameron was very pleasant and patient salesman and listened and answered your questions and went out of his way to assist you. The finance department was short and sweet and provided a very reasonable low interest rate. When it came time to pick up my new car another employee Juan followed me to the car rental to turn in the vehicle and picked me up and returned back to the dealership. On the way he explain some of the features and how to use them and how to use them to your advantage. Went in for my usual servicing (oil change, inspection and car wash) which was included under my maintenance package which I bought when I bought the vehicle from this dealership. Took a appointment, went in on time, waited tor 1.5 hrs, only to find that the job was not done !! They did not do my carwash and left the service mats inside (both passenger, driver side) but included that they did in under my receipt.When I noticed that my car was never washed and called in the next day they said its on paper that they did it so its done !! They didnt hear or were ready to make things right !! Totally disappointed

Edit-just noticed another service I asked for wasn’t completed. Very frustrated.I do not write poor reviews but I am Honestly very frustrated with my experience. I brought the car in on Thursday to get an oil change, inspection and any other possible service it would need. After sitting for an hour they tell me it needs two tires and to replace a boot. That’s fine. They said the part would be in on Tuesday. That’s fine too. I call all day Monday trying to contact anyone to find out an estimate on what time the car will be ready on Tuesday so I can schedule my day accordingly. This is a very busy week for me. I leave a message. I continue to call and cannot get anyone on the phone. I call all morning Tuesday and finally at 7pm after being very persistent get someone(not my original technician). He tells me they ordered the wrong part and the car will not be ready until Thursday. Now my Tuesday is wasted. I need the car back by Thursday at 2pm because it is my work car and I have to pick my boss up from the airport at 3:30. They promise everything else is done and they will have it to me by noon. I’m frustrated because I’ve blocked off Tuesday to pick up the car and get it detailed but as long as I have it on Thursday I’ll be fine.Well I get here on Thursday and they didn’t do the inspection. So instead of being productive getting work done I am again sitting here waiting on something I was told was already completed. If I would have known I would have came later. I asked multiple times if the oil change and inspection were done and were told yes they were just waiting on the part.They have seriously dropped the ball this time around. Ordering the wrong part. Lack of communication. Not being diligent and checking their own work.I have always used Huggins but will drive further to avoid this dealership in the future.
The fiancé and I went to Huggins Honda today. Went to see if they had small SUV’s and sure enough Hailey Owens was able to find us the right color and size. HRV. Black on black. We were in and out quickly compared to other experiences elsewhere and this was a No pressure environment from Hailey to even the finance dept. We loved our experience and will hope to purchase here again when the time comes.

I just leased a 2021 Accord EX-L. If anyone has been looking for a car this year you can understand how difficult it is. I worked with Stephen Bennett and he was amazing. My lease was getting ready to expire and he went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I told him what I wanted and he found it. Tim, is a great service rep to help schedule your appointment if you are having trouble with the appointment scheduler on the internet; he explains everything and even gives you head-up on things to fix or lookout for on the next service appointment. Huggins Honda is the BEST! I bought my car here in 2018 (the salesman was super helpful in getting me the best deal) and I only do my maintenance with the dealership. The customer service is phenomenal, the waiting area is always clean and I never leave unsatisfied. There’s complaints of long waiting time but - it’s a dealership, don’t go when you have things to do. Simple.

Tried to get them to see what was wrong with the new (2021) car I bought just 3 weeks ago. Refused to even diagnose it unless I left it for 2-3 days. Would not schedule a diagnosis (repair wasnt even mentioned at this point!) unless the car was sitting there. For days. Whats the point of that? To dissuade me from bothering them. Is this a Honda problem, or just Honda service in DFW? Ill remember Huggins service (and mention them by name) next time someone asks me how I like my new car.

This team is punctual. They do not over promise but rather do a great job managing to the time and cost estimates communicated. Eric Jakoby was my advisor and he particularly did a great job being thorough and communicative, even working through his scheduled lunch to make sure I was taken care of.I will absolutely be back.
Expect to wait. Occasionally you get out within a reasonable time but mostly expect to wait awhile. Customer service is good everytime I go but you usually get notice of more maintenance or repairs you need...this can be good when you want to maintain good car health but frustrating when you only want an oil change. You can decline extra services but sometimes you feel like you dont know if you should get it to be safe and most car service/repair is foreign to me and they really cant tell you if you should or shouldnt get certain services at that time. I will give a 5 because they get the job done just be sure to communicate and ask questions.

I would never do any dealings with this dealership as long as Stephen Bennett is employed by them. If negative stars were available Stephen would be far into the negative. His hand written card labels him as a floor manager. This just goes to show his professionalism or lack there of. According to him they sale 15 to 20 cars a day so he doesnt have to justify trade in values or sales values based on anything the consumer has (KBB, other dealers offers, truecar, etc) He was condescending, rude and not able to justify any of his values with anything other than his word. Every response he had to our questions was a smart alike response. This was after being at the dealership for over an hour and a half negotiating before he came out of the back. Our sales consultant Joaquin (5 Stars) was as polite and professional as they come. I will be taking my business back to Park Place Lexus of Grapevine again. We were treated with respect, value and dignity there by everyone. Dont waste your time with Huggins Honda as longs as Stephen Bennett is employed in any capacity there. We purchased a car from Huggins many years ago yet they are not the same in the way they deal with customers as they were then. Go to Lexus, all cars are expensive now a days. You will get a better deal there while being treated with respect and not be belittled by a failed career low level manager Stephen Bennett. By looking at his laughing stock card you will see the quality and tier of the people who they have promoted.

I felt a slight wobble in my steering while braking and took my Ridgeline into Huggins Honda for a check up. My service manager Luis O. told me my rotors and just began to warp and my pads were right on the edge of needing to be replaced. Nothing serious. He did not attempt to pressure me into maintenance but just gave me the facts. He didnt embellish the the situation. I appreciated his friendly, professional, and informative demeanor. I went ahead with the repair that I could have held out on for a bit longer. I guess my point sometimes a kind person that is honest is just enough! Kudos to Luis!

Was able to get my car serviced in less than 24 hours after calling. My vehicle was due for a 100,000 mile service. They called to notify me of some safety concerns and were able to complete those additional repairs before 4 pm. The vehicle was cleaned after services were rendered. Everyone was extremely welcoming. They even gave me a veteran’s discount! Strongly recommend this Honda dealer.

Scheduled an oil change for “lunchtime”. I was warned up front that they were running a bit behind schedule, so I knew that going in.Ordered lunch at the cafe where the food was fresh and fast. Utilized the comfy waiting area with convenient usb charging port - and my service advisor (Tommy) kept me updated and got me out in the time had promised. All went great - thank you!

I scheduled an appointment to test drive and buy a used car, called a few hours beforehand to confirm that the car was still available to test drive and they assured me it was, but when I showed up that evening the salesman (Omar) told me the car was still being serviced and wouldn’t be ready for a week – he said that he had forgotten to check to make sure it was available and then tried to sell me a worse car at the same price.Not sure if this was some sort of sales tactic or if Omar just didn’t care, either way I’m staying away from Huggins in the future and would recommend that you do as well.I get that the used car market is very competitive right now and Huggins doesn’t really need my business since there are so many other buyers. I don’t get why they told me that the car was available to test drive and purchase when it really wasn’t. I went to a different dealership, John Eagle Honda, the next day to look at a different car and the difference between them and Huggins was night and day – the sales rep at John Eagle actually had the car ready to test drive and buy and I had a great experience there overall. There’s no reason to go to Huggins when John Eagle provides much better service.

Went in today to get a key for our new Fit, and they took a look at our Passport too. We were out in less than 2 hours, they even washed our cars for us! Mitchell was great with ordering the key and keeping us up to date. Josh took my concern about the Passport seriously and just went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I went in due to my 2008 Civic’s key plastic degrading over time. Michael from Service and parts coordinated really well to reserve a key replacement for me and program it in a timely fashion. Then when I went to check out Michael found a coupon to lower the cost. It felt like I was being treated like a valuable customer and it is why it’s worth traveling to this dealership instead of the new one closer to my house.
