In the process of finalizing a purchase for a new truck. Original purchase consultant was occupied, however I couldnt have asked for a better consultant in Jaden, whom greeted and took over to engage himself towards assisting me in a new truck purchase. Thru these times, you would expect to be swamped and overwhelmed with a salesy personality. Jaden however was for my interest and so far has been extremely pleasant to be working with. This is the experience so far as numbers and my offer is being submitted for my hopeful new truck. I will update on whether deal was completed, yet as for now absolutely give Jaden a strong recommendation to ask or request if having an interest for a car/truck purchase.Update- Purchased truck! Miguel was the most direct key in wrapping up the purchase. Jayden was terrific as stated before and Miguel shot it straight to get it done. Bravo AutoNation for these two gentlemen. Anita in finance was thorough and excellent with all the fine details on the closeout. I absolutely will be referring friends and family. Thanks guys and Im beyond happy with my purchase!!!
This is the best place to service your Chevy. They give great cutomer service, are honest, and dont try to upsale. They let you know what needs to be done before it is needed. Also, they have better prices than most of the dealers in the metroplex.The last time I was in for an oil change they let me know I would need brake pads soon. Not right then, but in the next few months. They also set a coupon generator for what you will need, and it is mailed out to you. Even without the coupon I feel their prices are competitive for the most part.

If you wanna finance go somewhere else because the owner said credit unions go so slow and due to covid.. & they’re money is not where it’s at right now so they need there payments fast and to make sure they have it you need to finance through them. Another then that just be careful with the credit unions.. They say they have a lot but it’s no more then about five and they lied..I didn’t see not one on the list that was mine. If curious but over all it was real coo.
I called into the service department this afternoon in regards to a couple questions that I had about my trucks’ warranty. My call was answered by a gentleman named Omar and I could not come up with good enough words to say about level the customer service that he provided to me. They had my car for a month. They fixed what was needed but couldnt get the correct parts for my radio and the old radio went in were I could get one station now I cant get anything. One month without a car hustling a ride to and from work, $1400.00 later. I am done.

The service department will tell you it will be two hours of labor at this rate, then you show up and they have added another hundred for shop fees. No parts used, just work performed and there were shop fees.

Went to the parts area to get a key made, was given misinformation twice. The next day when I had the paperwork requested, they told me their key machine was down. Would not recommend this location for any type of service or even information. Ridiculous.
