Found these guys just by chance, we drive a 2013 GMC 3500, on the road full time, started throwing an engine light in CO, the dealer in Canon City could not get to us for a week. He reset and the engine light did not come on for a couple of days. Got here to Janssen in North Platte, tech checked code out, they had the part, and installed next day. The professionalism of the service manager and tech were top notch! The whole experience was great. Not that I want to check out every GMC dealer across the nation but these guys knew their stuff!

Went in for a newer model used truck or suv. Salesman talked down to me and only showed me 50000 new trucks. If you dont have inventory just say you dont. Dont waste peoples time.

We were looking to test drive some trucks to figure out which kind we liked better. Bob Spady had a lot of selection. Jess was the gentleman that helped us. He was happy to get cars warmed up and deiced so we could drive them. I drove 3 or 4 and he was very up front and honest about the trucks. We also had a trade in and I was happy with what they told me theyd give me. I ended up not buying a truck from them simply because they didnt have the one I wanted. If they would have had it, I would have happily bought it from Jess!

Not sure what is happening here but you need to check that service work is actually being completed on Saturdays. Service writer was friendly enough,However . They are not doing full inspections like they claim during services. Service sheet had the following marked off as ok but were in fact missed. They missed my grease zerks. They missed a battery that is fully discharged at 12.0v. They missed checking my diff fluid levels. Transmission was not checked. Power steering fluid was missed. They missed a leaking cv boot on the left front. Trans line leaks not mentioned. Oil cooler line leaks not mentioned. They failed to reset the engine oil life monitor. They changed the oil filter and oil. Filled the washer fluid and put air in my tires at least. As a former GM technician myself I’d suggest to the company to CHECK THE QUALITY OF YOUR SATURDAY WORK cause it was very poor.

My Dad recently purchased an older Chevy, nothing fancy, but the crew at North Platte Buick made him feel like he was just as is important as a guy spending millions.He really appreciated that hospitality!We had some mechanical issues and they took it right in and fixed 3 major issues at no cost. Even gave him a loaner vehicle to use during the repair process. I am very impressed with this business and the crew. Thank you Thank you!

We were lied to us about the size of engine in our car. Were told it would get 28-29 mpg. Found out after purchase it is the Z and gets 20-24. Were told our car would be detailed and fix a spot on the leather that had no finish. Supposedly they could paint it. Big lie. The carpets and mats were filthy and were not cleaned. Lied and told us we would get new mats. Were suppose to do an inspection and make sure everything worked. Big laugh. One of the tires was loosing air rapidly. 20 lbs they next morning. Offered us an old wrecked Avalon if we would pay sales tax on the car we bought. They had a crew of thieves in from Florida. The slogan should say We will do what it takes to rip you off. NO STARS

Dont go here the service writers are rude and gave me attitude. The older guy in service was the worst part. The only good part was the tech who did my oil change did a great job and caught a few problems I didnt know about. And the guys who washed my car couldnt even get it clean.

Very unprofessional. Employees are not trained properly before being thrown into sales. We waited a total of 6 hours, and still didnt leave with a new car. 5 hours the first time we went in, which wouldnt have been so long, had the salesman been trained. An hour the second day, for something they could have told me over the phone. We wont be returning.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. We purchased a used old car and had it shipped to us 800 miles away. Was told car ran good with no problems. When car arrived it was smoking a huge amount of white smoke and smelt like burning oil immediately within 5 mins after getting it off the truck. The motor was bad and needed rebuilt. Called the salesman, he said, ”it was fine when it left here.” I spoked with the General manager, he said he would check the service records and promised to get back to me. It’s been a few months and he never returned any of my messages. You would think you could trust a large dealership. We purchased this vechicle because it was supposed to be a good driving car . It is not driveable until the motor is rebuilt. The dealership had to know about this. There was thick oil in it... Seems like they were trying to disguise the smoke. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Thought we were getting a vehicle to drive around with my family. Instead I got a giant yard decoration. They got there money, so apparently it’s not there problem. Shady business! Can’t trust the salesman, mechanics, or GM here.

Bad experience bought my envoy 07 here and said it went threw top quality inspection 2 days later was paying$400 to be fixed then 1,080 2nd month I had it and now in shop again . Paid cash for it because I thook their word and ended up on side road twice now with my 3 children . just saying next time a single mom of three comes in to buy a car with all she has u people should make sure it is what it is . David was the one who sold me the suv he was very genuine but he needs to communicate with his co workers before giving his word . They may act like they want to sale u the best for ur money but in all reality they dont care. Update thanks for ripping me off suv is to much for me to fix this time

The salesman (Patrick) led us to believe that we signed a great deal on a car that was approved by the sales manager, but when we arranged to get the vehicle, the salesman informed us that we signed a deal that was $2,000 dollars more than we offered because of a bait-and-switch he pulled with the terminology. We talked to the manager (Russell) the next day and he refused to honor the deal we originally offered, calling it a misunderstanding that he shouldnt be responsible for. They tried to screw us over, but we fortunately caught the scam and walked before being had. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM BOB SPADY IN NORTH PLATTE NE!!!

My hats off to the service team. I recently got my oil changed prior to a long trip, and the tech that performed my oil changed caught a broken motor mount, saving my the future headache of multiple repairs.
