Bad customer service .When I relinquish my vehicle because of transmission problems the moved my car and called the cops guess they didnt want the headache back.Oh Brent reimbursed me 100 out out of 200 in repairs I oaid done on the transmission. Cant afford the vehicle and will not do business with them again

Awesome experience, I saw a few cars I thought I wanted online. Got there and tried a couple but nothing really fit me. discussed where I wanted my payments to be and left it in the hands of the dealer. Finally found one that would fit me and my needs. They brought it in from their Fremont lot. Test drove it and was happy. Did the paperwork, got an extended warranty just Incase. Found the same vehicle with more miles and with I bigger price tag at a competitors lot. Never felt pushed, dealer was honest and listened to what I wanted i my next vehicle. I will be back when it’s time to upgrade. Did I mention it was a fairly quick and easy process!

Auto One in North Platte is absolutely amazing. They are very responsive to any questions you may have. I talked to them on a Friday late afternoon and by Saturday early morning we were approved and heading to get our new vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. Salesman was nice, however, nobody bothered to tell me the Silverado I bought came from Canada and was previously an oilfield truck, I can clearly read the lettering now that I’ve washed it 7 or 8 times. have had it 8 months and put less than 2000 miles on it, knocks like crazy, and have put almost 1500.00 of work into it and still hasn’t solved its problems, ran awesome on the way home though, very disappointed about that part, but I should have done my research too.

My experience with Auto One was one of the best involving customer service for purchasing a car I have had. I did not own a car at all and had no way to the dealership and they made it possible for me to get there to pick my car up and that is over an hour away. Definitely go above and beyond to help their customers.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Auto One. This is the first vehicle I have ever had that was not over 10 years old and had over 100,000 miles on it when I purchased it lol. My husband and I bought our 2012, Red, Dodge Grand Caravan in February of 2015! Scott was fantastic too us and the overall customer service was fanominal! We heard back about our car in around 24 hours! They were quick about getting back to us. Due to the quick response time, Auto One will definately be the only dealership, in the city of North Platte, NE, that we will use!

I wont recommend this place for anyone. Since day one of my car I have had issues. My test drive was perfect, but when I bought my 2012 chevy Malibu which was first hand overpriced. I havent even had this car a year and have put over $2,000 worth of work into this car that evidently my warranty doesnt cover.

Dealing with bad credit is hard to do. I went in and spoke with Scott assuming I would be denied but I thrilled when he gave me the news that I would be getting into a new vehicle. I was in a position that I needed a bit of time to come up with the down payment and I was particular on my payments and type of vehicle.Not only did he get me and my kiddos into a vehicle perfect for us, the down payment was no issue, and the payments were spot on. Everything was explained in detail and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience.I will refer everyone to a Auto One with no hesitation. Thank you for making this so easy on my family.

I definitely give Auto one 5 stars more If I could. I purchased my first car there a Toyota Camry XLE, fully equipped all the bells and whistles. Car never gave us any trouble and had low miles when I purchased it. Unfortunately I got hit by another car and my insurance company decided to total my car. We ended up purchasing a car somewhere else in Lincoln. About 1 year after that I was going to get a new job so I wouldnt be working with my wife anymore at the same place. I saw this car on Auto One website. 2011 Subaru Legacy GT. It was in there Columbus lot and I live in Kearney. But they brought it to Kearney for me to test drive. They helped me get financed for it and that same day signed papers and drove off the lot. Quick and easy. They honestly dont lie. They will help you with financing and get you into a car. Whenever I get another car I hope to keep staying with the auto one family. I recommend this place to everyone. Huge thanks to Auto One for both the vehicles Ive gotten there. They have been great cars.

Auto one in North platte NE is by far the easiest and most friendly dealership to deal with. They have help me find the right vehicle for the right price on 3 different occasions. I would recommend them to anyone that is searching for a vehicle. They will do anything and everthing to help you get the certain car you are looking for. Good, bad, or no credit they can help. And best thing for the ones with bad or no credit is they report to the credit bureau to help build credit, unlike the buy here pay here places.
