Premier Toyota and David absolutely rock!!!!Excellent service was provided by David and his team here at Premier Toyota. We were so lucky to have our car troubles during our road trip close by to this dealership. From start to finish we felt we were in great hands. Although we were not promised anything in terms of being able to resolve any issues found in the initial phone call, we were grateful that the skilled mechanics diagnosed the issues in a timely manner and was able to fix it for us. Turned out the issue was only a sensor in the air filter but we ended up also having spark plugs changed as that would be needed in another few thousand miles. We highly recommend David and his team for your car troubles or regular maintenance. They are trustworthy and kind hearted people.
What a great experience. David (my understanding, the GM?) took my SOS call and dropped what he was doing to help a traveling guest. Drive through town on my home to Idaho my car started to make an unpleasant rattling. A girls worst fear being that far from home. I stopped in at premier Toyota and they fixed a loose bolt for me free of charge. This was a huge relief and I am so thankful for their customer service! I even got to bring my dog inside while they fixed it.
This is the third time we have done business with David & Daulton. The service that you get from this dealership is top notch. They dont approach like regular car salesman or push you. We got a better deal than even we thought we could get. We will continue doing business here. The service department has also been amazing. Overall this dealership gets 5 stars from me!

Thoroughly impressed by the man in finance. He was super nice and helpful. Keep him! He is an absolute hero. The salesman was also nice. Very knowledgeable. Only complaint is to listen to the customer as a salesman. I felt like I wasn’t heard. I think he was overwhelmed due to COVID. Definitely, have already recommended the Toyota Highlander and the dealership to multiple people.
I knocked the heads off of 2 bolts holding on my heat shield. It sounded like the truck was gonna explode. I had to keep driving tho... stopped for gas saw the dealer and thought Id stop in to see if they could tell me what kinda damage I was doing and if it was safe to keep going. 7am I drove up and saw 2 guys talking in the parking lot, 1 looked like a mechanic so i pulled up where they were standing hoping hed take a listen. It turned out to be the lead mechanic and the super going over their busy day. To my surprise, they stopped what they were doing one shimmied under the truck on gravel, diagnosed the problem and told me to pull it on the lift hed have me fixed in 10 minutes. While working he noticed I was due for an oil change, so he did it. 33 minutes later I was back on the road. They only charged me for an oil change. Then as I was paying and about to leave a little old lady brought homemade pie to thank them for helping her when she thought her car alarm was broken and they changed the batteries in her remote for her. They gave me pie for the road...
Was traveling and had an oil leak issue. Took in early AM and met Lois Mitchell, the Service Manager. Explained that I was traveling and what my problem was. After explaining, she says she remembers a similar issue in 2011 with one of her customers. They inspected my vehicle and are 95% sure that is the issue. The only problem was that it would take a couple of days to get the car in and parts ordered and we did not have that kind of time. Fortunately, she say it is not a fix now issue and to just keep putting in oil then fix when you get home. She printed out the parts list and cost and said dont let someone do anything else. I had to call her back to get some clarification and to set my local mechanic straight on what needed to be done. Both times she remembered me and was very gracious in helping. She has been doing her job since 1983 and knows her stuff. I would take my car there in a heart beat if it was closer to my home town of Wichita, KS. Experience and great customer service, something that is becoming rarer these days.
We pulled in on Friday at 4:40pm on our way back to Michigan. There was a noise that we needed to get checked out. The people here were great. They brought our car right in, diagnosed, fixed our car & had us back on the road in 20 min..
Service manager (I think her name was Louise?) was great - super friendly and very knowledgeable. Had my dash light up with warning lights on a cross country trip in the middle of Nebraska. They we very busy but she checked it personally. She checked them out, walked me through each error code and what they meant. Let me know that none were serious and what to watch out for in the future and reset them. Could have easily sold me a bunch of parts related to the codes, but didnt. Thank you!
Traveling through and got a check engine light on my Tacoma, called to see if they could quickly check if I could travel farther or needed something fixed. They said they could help me out in five days!!!
Our family of five was passing through in a snowstorm and had just lost a cap inside our (non-Toyota) SUV engine while at the nearby gas station. We stumbled into Premier Toyota looking for help and not only did the guys there replace our cap in a matter of minutes, but they also noticed that our iced-over grill could cause our vehicle to overheat and got it all cleaned off for us. No charge and back on the road to Grandma’s! Kudos for being the kind of establishment (and people!) that everyone wants to do business with. Can’t beat Midwest friendly! 👍🏽

Lady who works at service department was so rude. I walked in for an oil change and she said they are always booked for 3 days. I said I was unaware of that and where we are from we can just pull right up and get our oil changed right then. She preceded to tell me this is a very small dealership ran by only 6 people and asked what I wanted to do. Everything she said would have been fine if she wouldnt have said it in such a condescending tone and had such a bitter look on her face. No thanks, Ill drive another 60 miles just so I dont have to be talked to like a dog!

The salesman was great. But the signing process felt over complicated and I ended up not getting approved. I made 150 dollars less than they used to approve me and some how that more than half ed my approval rate. Dumb dumb dumb. I guess what really bothered me is they made it sound as if it were only a crossing some ts and dotting Is and it wasnt
I dont know about the sales team, but the service department is top notch. Took it in for the Oil filter and the Manager sat and talked to us for the entire time we were there. Explained everything they were doing and even told me the best places to go to back in denver. Might even take my truck here from denver since they are so honest (and a lot cheaper than denver).
We were passing through North Platte last summer and had some car problems...or so I thought. Hauling a trailer against strong wind when my car died. The transmission light came on and so I had it towed to this dealership on a Saturday night and left a message stating I thought my transmission had crapped out. The service department could have cleaned up on me but instead were honest and told me I just ran out of gas and that the fuel Guage wasnt reading accurately because of hauling against the wind...They then quoted me on some work I had been putting off (brakes and charcoal cannister). Their prices are extremely reasonable and I got all the work done I needed.If I lived closer I would take my Toyota vehicles to this dealership for maintenance without fail! I highly recommend it.
