Had a freak accident on my camper van of a fire under the hood. Old van, extremely hard to find the parts. These guys worked there butts off to get me back on the road and find the parts I needed when I looked all over the country and tons of junk yards no luck. This was a couple of years ago, however as I’m dealing with other mechanics now I was reminded of how great this maintenance team was and wanted to share my appreciation.

I purchased a 2017 nissan altima from janssens and within just a few days of having the car i noticed the left side driver door rear view mirror was broken so i called and they told me to bring it out so i did 2 salesmen looked at it and said we will order a new mirror ok...I waited but nothing so i called and left a message with there staff checking to see whats up on the mirror NO CALL BACK ...I waited a few more days..NO CALL so i called them back.they said they had the mirror on back order ok again i waited no call no nothing.I called back again after another week needless to say they did not order the mirror the salesman finally calls and asking for pictures of the mirror ok i sent them ..After all of this run around i still have not heard anything about the mirror In the mean time i have incountered transmission problems as in slippage and throwing fault codes as in code PO841 trans malfunction..I reported this issue to janssens staff and to this day i have heard nothing from them ..So i guess i am paying for a car that should have never left the lot ...I had the trans looked at by MOBILE 1 EXPRESS LUBE they said these cars are known for transmissions going out at higher mileage..Now i am pretty sure a reputable car dealership they are aware of what cars have known issues and what ones dont

We were traveling through from California to Tennessee when we developed a coolant leak on our 14 Ram 2500. We pulled in to Jansen Chrysler and they got us back on the road road right away. Everyone there is super friendly and went out of their way to get us on the road. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them for any and all of your service needs.

Stopped in during a 2-week road trip around the Midwest after getting bogged down in some mud and wanted to have my car checked out just to make sure I didnt mess anything up. Got right in and out in less than an hour. Super nice people!

Bought truck that described more than 60gallons for fuel tank truck has two tanks (they weren’t aware of it having two tanks). Bought it, Didn’t even make it home, Jenssen did tow truck back just refilled gas and said they would check problem. But all they did was refill tank. Only the smaller 15gallon tank worked, called and they said “That’s what you get when you buy used cars, we can’t go off and check every car we have”. As many other dealerships they put customers first even if it’s a used car. So unprofessional to mention how much towing cost. (Maybe fill your cars with gas and check for working gauges). Don’t waste your time or money just selling bunch of cars with problema since they don’t check them or will be willing to because they lose money. Talks a lot of how they represent their business.

For service, look no further! After we hit a deer, a local recommended towing our vehicle here. The service manager did an excellent job checking out the damage and coordinating with a local body shop for repairs. He got our vehicle looked at right away, kept us informed of progress, and even provided a loaner vehicle and allowed us to leave our trailer in the dealer lot. I really couldnt ask for better service, and thats rare these days. If I lived in North Platte, I wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicle here. Highly recommended!

The service department is outstanding, went into today on a Saturday. Asked if they could look at my Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Checked it had me in and out within minutes and told me what I needed to do to fix it. Amazing place.

I just wanted to come on here and share my experience with this dealership. I was interested in purchasing a Jeep they had online at the time and I made sure I called them the day I was planning on visiting which was over 2 hours of driving time. I talked to George over the phone not once but twice explaining to him that I was interested and planned on paying cash up front. He continued to tell me to go ahead and drive up there and that I would get a better deal in person which I did just that. When I finally get there at 11:30am which I had talked to George At 8:45 and 9am that morning which he never once mentioned to me anything different about the car. I get there and he greets me and lets me know that while he was on his lunch break somehow he realized the car wasn’t there anymore. I was upset at the fact that this man didn’t bother to check the lot right away that morning to let me know they no longer had the car or to at least give me a heads up so I could have the choice of if I wanted to drive that far and still see what they had for sell but in reality he just wanted to make a sell and honestly I felt lied to and my time was wasted and all I got was a sorry I don’t know where it’s at. I will never go back to this dealership again.

Had to get our pickup front end aligned and they jumped right on it. Anytime we have got them to do anything, it has always been done right and timely. So high five to service manager and techs. Good job guys.

The vehicle had a recall out on it when they sold it to me (or at the very least quite soon after Id say within 2 weeks) and I was not notified of this, in fact they gave me a blank vin search paper, and then my grandfather heard on the news like 2 days later that there had been several deaths due to the recalled parts already and approximately a month later but before the solution for the recall was announced, I was in an accident where my vehicle was totaled and I simply recieved nothing more than a Im sorry that happened. While they were polite, I also feel they didnt explain what they were doing very well and didnt word what they said very well as also I ended up being charged substantially more than what I was expecting. All in a pretty lousy experience

Called on a used mini van yesterday, told them we would pay cash but wanted to know their lowest price. We were told the van was privately owned by an employee and they would enquire about the van when said employee showed up. Fast foward 24 hours, wife FINALLY got someone to talk to her. They hauled the van off to sale at another location after we had talked to them. Sales department is almost as shady as the maintenance shop.

We had a fuel problem with our Ram 2500 on our way back to Washington state for work. First thing Monday morning (we had the issue on Sunday and they arent open) they got the truck in and had it fixed before the time they had estimated so we could continue on our trip. Outstanding service!

I stopped in and they were able to get me in right away. literally had a mechanic on it in a few minutes. They bent over backwards to help me. They secured a rental so I could beat a snowstorm, until they could figure out the problem. After chasing down some loose ground wires they had me back on the road. Truly great service from there service department. My Jeep was having major issues while I was going from MN to AZ and they where the closet dealer. They seemed pretty busy but he saw I was traveling and threw me on the lift right away and had his top tech diagnose the issue. I had to wait over night for parts but that was fine after the quickness of there work. I new right away I was in good hands.

My family and I were on our way home to Colorado following Christmas and our 11 year old car broke down in North Platte. Figuring it would be better to not press our luck with it any more than we had, we looked up the selection that car dealers had in North Platte and Janssen had the best selection so we started off there. We were treated great from the time we walked in the door, to the time that we left with our new car. We feel like we got a fantastic deal and actually had a good time while there!Without a doubt, I would come back to Janssen for our next car!

Payed 500$ for my abs and brake light to turn off on dash board of truck due to abs sensors going bad and after guaranteed fix, not even a mile down the road they turned back on.Its almost as if they just reset the computer and charged me. Went back in and mechanic told me it was a for ever error and nothing could be done... still 500$ down the drainDont know if the sensors even needed replacement or they just wanted a quick buck either case be careful

I had an issue with my 2012 Dodge C/V and was called by my salesman and had a meeting with him and assistant sales manager and they were very pleasant to discuss my problems and I was totally reimbursed for my expenses on my brake problems. Very dissatisfied today with Janssen. Was scheduled to have them evaluate my potential trade in towards a potential purchase at 11am today. Was told to not worry about bringing my vehicle in because they sold the one I was interested in out from underneath me. Bad business practices in my opinion.

After getting a low-ball offer on our trade-in, we were accused of ignoring the salesman. Really, George? Who was the one sitting on the other side of the desk playing on his phone? It sure wasnt us.

We where headed to MN and our alternator failed. While running on batteries and 180 miles away from Janssen we talked to the service manager Mike L. and he said stop in and he would take care of us. The tech delayed his lunch and was waiting for us to pull in. It only took one hour from when we pulled off of 80 until we where back on 80 and headed home. These folks are the best. If home wasnt so far away I would ONLY do business with them! Thanks Mike L. and the tech that did the awesome job!

Driving across country when our 4WD and check engine light came on. I saw that service closed at 5:30 (and it was 4pm) so I called ahead to let them know we needed to get into the shop. We got there around 4:45. They checked the messages and had the problem fixed by 5:30. No delay in our trip!

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a service department. Will never to business with this place again. Had issues with a Challenger and now dealing with Dodge directly after the lack of help from this service department. I would not recommend taking any vehicle to this service department nor purchasing from them as I was able to purchase the exact Challenger for almost thousands less then what they wanted to sale for.

Excellent service and work. They replacedthe ball joints on my truck and water pump. Had me back on the road within a day.

Was having a issue with a brand new vehicle they told me I would have to pay for the problem because they cant duplicate the problem. So I guess if my vehicle is broke intermittently my warranty is no use.

My 96 Dodge Sport Van (60,000 mph like new) has been in the shop for nearly two months. Going round and round with trouble shooting. Wipers dont work. First it was the chewed wiring from mice, then it was BCM (replaced, same problem), then it was more wiring issue, then all fuses checked, now connection between BCM and Wiper on and off relay motor....? Ridiculous! Management nice for 2 stars. But, maintenance repair....slow. Very slow! We made suggestion to bypass BCM and put switch inside front panel. They forgot. ... ? Sorry, but wow! Annoying! Too bad its all about, no competition. Small town dealership. Ugh! Frustrated. CS

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Left my brand new vehicle for 4 days to get fixed and nothing was fixed. I did not get a phone call or a note in the vehicle letting me know what was going on so I took my vehicle. I then find out the parts were ordered and were there the next day, now because apparently not one person in the service department knows how to use a phone. Now I am suppose to take time off work, use my gas and mileage to take it back two hours from where I live so they can fix my under warranty vehicle. Wow one phone call could have saved me a lot of money. Oh and according to the GM they are not obligated to fix RAM vehicles even though they are a dealer!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen, definitely taking my business to someone who appreciate their customers.

Ok thats not the biggest deal, I was stuck in Colorado for my sister graduation! This was a day after I bought the car, and Mike C was willing to pay for a rental and get my car fix and even heading down to Colorado to even pick it up! This guy was not fooling around! Like if it was for him the trip would have been a wreck! He knew I had my one year old boy with me and he was not playing any games, he got my car fixed and paid for it and everything!
