The service department at this dealership is amazing! I don’t know the lady’s name at the counter but she was incredibly nice and helpful earlier today. I was passing through on my way from South Dakota to Denver today and in the reception black hole of HWY 83 between North Platte and Thedford I got a transmission system warning. I was able to get my dad on the phone long enough to tell him and he informed me there was a Honda dealership in North Platte. Both him and my mom called ahead. That nice lady was watching for me and opened the door and got my Pilot in with a Mechanic immediately. My vehicle was in and out within 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Of all the dealerships I’ve been to in my 21 years of driving (in 18 countries and 41 states), this was by far the best experience I’ve had with a service department. I think I just might go out of my way to buy my next vehicle there. Thank you again!

Our van broke down on I80 outside of North Platte coming home from vacation...the alternator went bad. The service folks at Bill Summers were very nice and helpful. They got a new alternator put in quickly. The price was fair for the work done. Hopefully we dont break down on I80 again, but if we do I wouldnt hesitate to go back here.

So 5☆ for him personally. They overpriced there cars pretty good amount. The offer for my trade in was a bit offensive. However they kept sweatening the deal. I got a much higher trade in value with woodhouse in eastern nebraska They pick up and deliver so Ill stick with them in the future.

We needed to get Recalls done on our 2018 Honda Odyssey Van so they called us several times to set up Appointment to get it done as they said Honda had already sent them the parts. After setting up the appointment we drove 2 1/2 hrs one way to get it done only to find out they didnt even have the parts after they told us they had them. Not happy at all with their service.

I have never written a review online. I have never experienced such poor customer service. They worked on my ford car for over 3 weeks and would never call me with updates. They also kept adding money to the original price quote I received. When they finally finished the work they attempted to add $400 to my bill. I would never buy a car here, have a car repaired here or recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

We were travelling on I-80 when our low tire pressure light came on. None of the air pressure systems were working at any of the gas stations, so we pulled into the Bill Summers Nissan dealership.
