Very crooked and dishonest mechanic to go to since new management took over about March 2021. I got ripped off about $800 or more here and will not be returning. They are NO LONGER NAPA certified either.Sleazy, dishonest and uncaring. Yes, they will be nice to your face, while they lie right to your face. Fake Snakes.

Get my car slogged here. Service is on point and if you have bad timing like me and smog guy is on lunch, theres plenty of spots to kill some time within walking distance

Went in to get a smog check and they said their reader couldnt connect and it was something wrong with my car. Told me it was Def not their machine, it was my car abs they needed to replace things to get it to work. Took my car 5 miles down the road and wonder of wonders my car passed smog just fine. Very underhanded and dishonest.

Wow! I am so happy to have found this place and Brad! We had an overheating issue and needed coolant but wasn’t aware. We were lucky to be a mile away. The moment we got in Brad greeted us and checked it out. Since we just needed coolant and nothing needed to be repaired, he filled us up! After a test drive and aggressive gas giving in the lot and our own test drive WE WERE GOOD TO GO!!!!We tried to pay for their time and help but Brad wouldn’t let us since it just needed to be looked at and not fixed. Brad was a really good guy and so happy to have met him on our travels. Come here and nowhere else and their pricing is good too!

They were very professional and was in and out less than 30 minutes for an oil. When I walked in the gentleman told me it would be 30 to 40 minutes they took me back within 15 minutes

Brad, thank you for the professional, quick, kind and caring service you provided us when my car overheated during our car trip to Utah. The technicians tested everything necessary including the fan, refilled coolant, and suggested a road test, which we did. After the road test, technician retested before we continued our trip. All to make sure we would be safe on the road. Kudos! Oh and would not take a dime. Highly recommend!

Just be careful when you take your car there and always get a second opinion. My car heated up, the warning light went on, I parked in the same strip center to have it cooled down. Then, I saw their shop. I drove there for less than a 30 seconds. They did a few test including changing color liquid tub (I had no idea and never saw that before, but what do I know? I am just a woman). Anyway, they told me the engine was dead and needed to be replaced and I was wondering the engine is working otherwise I was not able to drive. Anyway, he gave me an estimate of about $6800 to replace the engine. I decided to have my car towed and taken to my mechanic. After two days he called and said my car was ready, it just needed water and he was driving the car for two days to make sure all was good. The repair just cost me only a $25 tip.

Have had a bad AC compressor replaced on a 07Escape, valve cover gasket job, transmission service, and oil changes on it, and on my 15HondaOdyssey.Ive shopped around, and these guys impress me w their diagnostic skills, honesty and timing. Took a while but I finally found my go to auto repair shop in Vegas to take my cars to. They fixed my wifes Lexus SC430 brakes and radiator . Very fair pricing with a great guarantee . Its hard to find good places that you can trust to treat you fair and do excellent work . I would highly recommend NAPA Value Auto to all my friends and fam .

Brought my truck in for them to look at my brakes. Brad did a thorough check on them and let me know they were fine. So I asked if they could rotate and balance my tires. My transmission went out on a cross country drive and we got towed to Value Auto Service. Brad was so helpful and kind, when he realized that the problem was so severe he was upfront. Troble service! Went in for a oil change $14.99 did not let us pay. After oil change was charged $82.99. I do not recommend anyone to go here. If I could give a 0 zero I would.

Drove from Losee & Centennial after A A Auto Care Center refused a smog at 5:10pm even though they close at 6pm. Value Auto Service told me they dont do smog AT ALL after I drove there with a flyer advertising a smog check for $9.99. Technician told me it is a misprint after I showed him the flyer. Wont do business with this company in the future.

Update November 2021:So my mechanic asked them about why they did a wheel alignment and recommended work that I shouldve had done BEFORE the wheel alignment could be done, their response? They didnt charge me because they didnt do the wheel alignment. Originally they told me they had comped me for it. Either way no money wasted, just time. So if you didnt do my wheel alignment why did you have my car for so long? If I cant trust you I cant do business with you.Previous post:Had my mechanic put on new tires then he told me I needed a wheel alignment, he recommended value auto. I went there and the guy at the front desk was really good to me. We had a nice conversation and we talked about vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and I learned some things from him. They did tell me my vehicle had a leak and gave me a recommendation list with estimates. Even still the wheel alignment was done amazingly and I can feel the difference. Unfortunately, Im very cautious about who touches my vehicle so I will keep my business with my mechanic but for wheel alignments and anything my mechanic dont do Ill go to value auto.
