Very professional and courteous staff. I purchased two tires today and they quickly got the job done. Very reasonably priced tires and the staff was very knowledgeable. Will be buying my next set from them.

Their customer service is horrible the guy was nice until my husband applied for a credit card once he was approved we just became a number. I read about a rebate that he made it seemed we were getting in the Pin pad a cash rebate if you buy 2 tires but then he said no because we needed to buy more tires this is false advertising on their part if its not available discount tires should not advertise it. I explained to the employee who just brushed me off.

Edgar knows more about truly helpful customer service than anyone I know!! He had the most cheerful attitude and made me feel like a VIP even in 105 degree heat. He will be successful in any career he chooses as he obviously LOVES making people happy!! Give him a BIG HONKING RAISE!

The guys at Discount Tires are professionals. Instead of having to wait a couple hours I was given the option of an appointment for early the next morning. I went back the next day and was in and out in 32 minutes, thats service my friends. Many Thanks Guys.

Really impressed with the speed and care taken on my fiancés vehicle. A previous shop told her the tire needs replaced and gave no further information. However the store manager at this location (Nick Shaw) took the time to explain why the tire needs replacement and that simple explanation earned my business. Too many pushy tire shops out there now a days but guys like this that take just an extra minute to earn your trust is what truly matters.

Skip this place unless youre rich and like being taken advantage of. My wifes air pressure gage came on and she went in to get it checked. Guy told her she needed to replace all 4 tires and it was going to cost $600-900. I checked the tires. One needed air and the rest were fine. All of her tires were new as of 2019. Discount my backside.

I purchased 4 tires from the store on Craig Rd. When I went to get my brakes done it was discovered they put a lock nut on and stripped the threads never told me. Getting them to correct the problem was like pulling teeth, but eventually they gave me a voucher to go have it fixed. Never did they apologize not ever. Then when I went to take it to get it fixed at the place that they sent me to the person at the counter mentioned this happens all the time over there.

Fastest service, best stock, and most accommodating warranty for the best price hands down. Will be recommending.

Julian, during my initial service discussion and checkout, provided excellent customer service and provided me with reasonable choices with my budget. Simple tire rotation would take more than 4 hours wait, got it done only block away asap and the cost were much cheaper!!

Good people, just didn,t have what I needed.

Ive been a faithful client to Discount Tires for more than 10 years.. They treated me well so I provided repeat service to them.. I never had to second check anything they did for me... until now.One of my tires was experiencing a slow leak which usually means a nail or something similar. I immediately scheduled an appointment to have it checked and repaired. Brought it in and not too long later a Service rep comes to me saying that the technician accidently broke the tire they were checking and they will replace it. Which was great (but I should have questioned more as to how this happened as this would be only the beginning). I opted to add a 2nd tire to match the one being replaced. Due to Covid I work from home so the vehicle did not get any highway use until a couple weeks later we decided to go to see the Boulder Dam. That is when I noticed the handling was off when I hit a bump on the highway and the steering wheel shook in my hand. It scared me and my wife at first but we thought it was just us. After it happened several times, I knew something was wrong. I cautiously drove home and checked everything only to find the tire pressure was set on the tires to 50 psi instead of 35, which is dangerous especially on bumps and imperfections on the road. I let the air out to 35 psi, but the damage to my suspension was already done, as my alignment was off and my shocks were blown. I had to take the vehicle to PepBoys as Discount Tire does not do that service. They confirmed the alignment was bad, but I also had to buy 2 more tires as an alignment cant be done without all new tires. I paid the amount, not happy with what was caused by Discounts tech. I contacted Discount only to have them do nothing but have me file a claim. The manager would not see me personally but on the phone only. The manager also attempted to discount my concerns of the tire being over inflated and the dangers that can be caused by it. I almost lost control a couple times .. At this point I will not bring my vehicles to Discount Tire if all they do is corporate speak rather than take responsibility for their errors.

Make an appointment a day ahead and next thing you know, your in and out with no problem, plus they would give you the best deals first before any other purchases.

I have been a Discount Tire customer for over 12 years. The staff is personable and courteous along with their services being outstanding amongst many.I am posting today to say THANK YOU to the guys who put me at the front of the line of a 3 hour waiting list! I suddenly noticed my tire going flat while I was taking my 94 year old mother back to her home across town; I was shown empathy and compassion to not have to wait a long time for repairs.I can never thank them enough! I am a forever loyal customer for sure now!

Got my tires here in Reno, found a nail with the back tire and it was on the side were it cant be repaired. But because I bought the warranty a brand new tire was only $11 bucks. Ill take that deal. It was quick and easy.

Have to wait for two hrs even with appointment before they get to your car! The service they did only take 5 minutes. I had to complain to the front desk otherwise might have to wait for 4 hrs?

We bought tires online and scheduled an appointment for installation, I took a book to read while I was waiting and didnt even have time to open the book before the job was done. Great use of scheduling.

These guys are awesome. I had placed an online order for a set of AT tires for my truck and they wouldn’t be in for a week due to back order. Found some screws in a rear tire (hate construction sites) and spoke to Russell about changing up my order last minute for a different brand AT tire (can’t be rolling around with screwy tires ya know?). Not only was he able to do it, he was also able to get my tires the following day and fit in an appointment.Now, at the actual shop, had an appointment at 5p and they were done in 30 min (another place I had went years ago, won’t mention any names, took almost 2 hours). I was utterly impressed with how fast it took and the professionalism. They even kept the best old tire per request (to replace my spare) at no extra charge. Will be taking all my other vehicles here from now on. On a side note, Mike cracks me up haha, keep working on those cards 😉

12 cars in front of me to get tires, so that would be a long wait for 2 tires for which they would charge $320. You should not be allowed to call yourself discount tires.

Very happy with their service. Representatives are in the store very friendly very knowledgeable and they dont pull bait and switch. I had to wait two hours for my car do the overbooking but considering a coronavirus I didnt mind I appreciate them and suggested anyone go there for their tires.

I always have great service with them but I have a problem with this.This is Discount tires not the vet office. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Its obvious theyre NOT support dogs. Ive heard barking and the dogs are antsy. With people having allergies not a good idea to have animals in a place of business. Not to mention if a dog decides to bite someone

I have literally been going to this location for over 10 years...even after I moved and there are closer locations. The first car I took here was my 2006 Kia Sorento. I bought new tires here and after I noticed some weird road noise, they replaced them for free. Over the years I came back for another set of tires/spares and same great service. Well, today I brought in my Kia Soul that I took to Kia 3 times already, once for a patch (that cost me), and 2 times to have air added. My gut told me there was something wrong with the tire, so I brought it to Discount Tire---I am not the type to drive around with lights on and pray it is nothing serious. Good thing I did because I had a nail in the tire. They replaced it for free and, guess what? That pesky tire pressure light went off. Discount Tire is amazing and Ryan is an awesome employee. He got us in and out quickly as he was able to find the problem immediately.

Worst place I ever visited, took more than 4 hours to fix one tire. There was a female asking for an appointment for next day, they didn’t have availability for the time she asked but they took her outside and started talking to her, they fixed everything for her right away and in less than an hour she was done, very disrespectful!
