It has been a great place to store my belongings. The transition from the old owners to the current is scary because of so many changes in the rental agreement...Backround- Ive been renting this storage unit from 2005 to present...I the dust settles soon...

The agent was very knowledgeable of all procedures.He took us on a tour to inspect the unit. He gave a great presentation of the cost of the unit. I was quite surprised to receive the welcome package in the gift bag. He made this experience very easy his patience and professionalism won me over.

The gal at the front was amazing! She went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for her! Thank you for a fantastic experience while we were waiting to move into our new home.

The young Genet man who was the manger was very nice and polite he took his time with me helped me find just the right shed just really nice enjoyed spending that time in there in stead of rushing him or me yes i like this cube smart ahead even though iv lost two sheads because I just couldnt pay it Amy longer I asked the young mam you dont remembered me he didnt care because I couldnt pay he was still nice to me and said why yes Im.still gonna rent to you that was a blessing for him to telle that tjaml you Jesus he rented me one I had to get the truck back I love this cube smart behind d taco bell even though I lost my shot he was still courteous and nice to me even though they had to get that stuff out of that s*** and I had a bunch of clothes in there he didnt judge me or anything you need more people like you

Really seamless move-in and move-out. Good facilities and great management. Really convenient for Park Circle and Hanahan - would definitely come back.

Convenient location and good prices if you can actually get them to honor the rate you reserve. The facility is in disrepair. Multiple leaks that cause a humid environment and some leaks are dripping through light fixtures creating an electrical hazard

CubeSmart Self Storage on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a great storage unit option for a safe and secure place to put your extra things for a good value. I have been happy with everything that they offer and it has worked well on the different occasions that I have used them. The staff here is also very helpful and makes sure that everything is well taken care of.

The management is very kind and courteous and respectful. Excellent and in good shape. I plan on staying at the CubeSmart for as long as I need.

I walked into the location Im currently renting from at closing time and both workers took the time to look and see if they had a space that would work for me and then wrote down the size and website to go to in order to get the discount and price that would work for me. Mr Jamound has been extremely helpful encouraging helping me whittle down several storage units that I have had for a very long time before I moved way out of town in Feb 2019. Had he not been working here, I may have not had the support to believe I was able to accomplish this. Words cannot express my gratitude -- he helped me believe it was doable & otherwise Im not sure I would have thought it could be done. Thank you very much for helping me save so much money!

My storage unit was broken into several times over the past 3 years, lost eveything that was stored in it including 100 years worth of family photos and heirlooms well never get back. Sure they reimburse you if you have insurance but thats it. Youll never get anything back that gets stolen, and they refuse to do any upgrades to the storage units to prevent theft. All Ive seen them do is add cameras.

Ive rented in 3 different areas. The staff has consistently been knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

My husband and I relocated back to the Charleston area last year, and chose CubeSmart as the location to store our household items. We were treated like royalty from the start. We reserved our storage unit over the phone, directly with the general manager. When we arrived at the facility with our moving truck, we were greeted with a positive attitude, very helpful, and the exact size storage unit that we needed. This place is amazing! I needed a storage unit fast and they were there to help me. Only took about 15 minutes and the staff were amazing! I would highly suggest getting a nice and clean unit from these guys.

The people at this location are incredibly helpful and friendly. The storage units are neat and clean and well-maintained. I love that I can access my storage unit from 6am till 10 pm. Plus if youre hungry, Taco Bell is right next door.

Addam, Dominick & Harry are 1st class people. They are sincerely interested in the customer and genuinely care about the customer as an individual and what is going on in your life. This, bar none, is the best customer service experience l have seen ever. I am especially aware of exceptional customer service since l am in sales management.

I have been extremely pleased with the service the gentlemen provide me here at this location. Each time I have needed assistance with my account they have provided top notch help. The general manager, Addam, is respectful and attentive to the facilities needs. I recall when showing me the unit there trash on the ground and rather than walk by it he chose to pick it up. This would be why the grounds always look so clean.I would recommend this storage facility to any family or friends looking for storage in the Charleston area.

My daughter just moved to the area after completing college and this is the first time away from home. After filling up her new apartment, we realized that we needed to get a storage space for this extra stuff we had. We found a flyer for this particular CubeSmart at the apartments clubhouse and decided to give it a try. We both were pleasantly surprised to find a great location at an inexpensive price. The manager Adam took good care of us and was very professional when we arrived. I have never got online and reviewed anything in my life but I feel like this gentlemans customer service just floored me. I hope this review helps anyone out there looking for a great spot to store there stuff. Cheers!

Ive had my storage unit here for years now and have never had any problems. The staff is great and they know me and greet me as soon as I open the door. Dominic really went the extra mile for me when my lock broke and I had to be somewhere else. He put a lock on there until I could come back to get a new one. I went before office hours. thanks again!!!!

Friendly and professional staff. Clean and very accessible. It provides a very confident feeling that your items are stored in a safe location. I had very important items stored through Hurricaine Irma. Despite heavy flooding all around the tri-county area, there were no weather related problems at all with my stored items. Been a customer here for 8+ yrs all they do is raise rent. Change staff way to often.Crappy security, many units had locks cut including mine. Today was informed i had to buy their 25.00 lockThey require everyone to have this lock now. Zero notice from corp about this.I felt bullied by the staff, having been told if i dont buy their lock, they will refuse my rent payment.This customer is GONE! Will NOT recommend this place ever again.
